Solving an immigration difficult case is challenging for any lawyer; However, with attorney Nasim the impossible becomes possible due to the the considerable experience and expertise she has in this field. As matter of fact, my case was rejected at the first time and then things started to get more complicated. At that point Nasim told me that my case might get forwarded to the court within 30 days. Yet, Nasim said that she will definitely adopt the further actions needed to ensure justice is being taken place. She’s a good fight, actually no , she’s is the best fighter seeking for the truth ! I was not expecting at all receiving a mail of approval for my case which was supposed to be forwarded to the court. Nowadays, even the absolute truths needs to be fought for strongly. Thank god for having me met with such a person like Nasim and thanks Nasim for everything.

I’ve lived in Los Angeles for the past three decades. I arrived here when I was only twenty one years old from the Philippines, I did not have any proper documentation. Within my time here, I got married and had 4 beautiful children. Everything was great until I received a deportation letter from immigration. We were so worried, we thought about what would happen to my two young children if my husband and I were to get deported. We desperately sought help from several lawyers hoping that they would be able to remove the deportation status. Most of them gave us hope and asked for a down payment but towards the end they told us that my case was so complex they wouldn’t be able to help me. Until one day, I went to the office of American Law Center at Riverside, and my attorney Nassim Arsani gave me hope again. She fought hard for my case and never gave up, I was finally able to obtain my green card. She was very detailed and specific in explaining the process of my case. She also made sure that we communicated regularly and explained the technique she used to approach my case. I was so relieved that I finally found someone who was willing to be there for me even though my case was complicated. With her hard work it only took two years to receive my green card, and I didn’t need an immigration interview. I'm so thankful for attorney Nassim Arsani and her team. If it wasn’t for them, I would have been deported to the Philippines. Even though the Philippines is the country I was born in, I’ve spent most of my adult life here in America. The last time my husband and I were in her office, my husband took pamphlets to give to friends, family and coworkers. Her office is located in Riverside and it's an hour and half drive from LA but it was so worth our time. She would fight for your case no matter how complicated. The Lawyer that is there for you every step of the way and dedicated to your victory! Attorney Nassim Arsani is currently working on obtaining my passport. I am an American citizen married to a Guatemalan woman. We have been living in the U.S. these past 7 years and Guatemala before that. My wife and two children were born in Guatemala and have had green cards to live in U.S. legally for years. I came to Nassim Arzani for assistance in naturalizing them. Nazzim told me she had a procedure that was not well known that could result in immediate issue of a U.S. Passport. I was skeptical but we proceeded with her plan. Lynne is really good at what she does professionally but equally importantly she is a wonderful person. I consulted her for a VAWA case and was touched by her genuine concern for me. I hired her and while it took 3 years (conditions beyond her control), she was with me at every step of the way and got the outcome we were looking for! She is really prompt with her response which is very comforting as we mainly communicated through e-mail. I am truly very grateful to Lynne, Emily Arnold (who has since moved out) and her staff. I totally recommend Lynne if you are looking for lawyer with expertise and a heart! I know i would go to her again if i needed an immigration lawyer in future.

Immigrating to any country is a significant life-changing step; immigrating to the United States is even more so. While the immigration system provides a reasonably precise set of guidelines on the procedure, personal extenuating circumstances and varied experiences of different people, adds ambiguity to the entire process. Ritu is an excellent immigration lawyer. She is very prompt in answering/addressing her clients' questions/concerns. Needless to say that she is very good at responding to phone calls and emails. We had a very pleasant experience working with Ritu despite the USCIS delays which the attorney or the clients have no control over. She puts so much effort into creating the document packets that get filed/submitted, that, it really shows and helps the case so much. This really really told me that Ritu is very experienced in what she's doing and she knows how to make her cases standout from the crowd (in a positive way). She is pretty easy to work with because she understands her clients and their needs so well. Any immigration case calls for a lot of efforts from the clients themselves and the attorney. We were very prompt in submitting whatever documents, proofs was asked of us to her and we heard personally from her that that helped her a lot. Ritu has an amazing work ethic and I highly recommend her to anyone.

I don't know where to begin . But Josh is a miracle maker and a gift from God. After waiting for over a year and half for my son, who was under Administritave,to be issued a visa , the consulate called him to bring in his passport only after Josh filed a writ of mandamus. Only one week after Josh filed in the lawsuit. I cannot beleive it. HE IS AN ANGEL. As soon as I signed with their office, the lawsuit was filed, same day. SAME DAY !!!! One week later the consulate called !!!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU JOSHUA

My wife was involved in a multi-vehicle accident after being hit by another car which caused my wife's car to lose traction and slammed into a semi-truck. I am very great full being connected with Anish, he is knowledgable, experience and professional attorney. My wife had received a 221g when she went for visa stamping, we are worried about the same. But Anish, helped us by asking the pin pointed questions and collecting answers to create a case for us. It’s only document submission for us as per 221g, but he had created a document bunch which helped my wife to get her visa stamped. He mentioned while in free consultation that, for my wife’s 221g response I don’t need to hire him and I can submit the required document by my own. I highly recommend Anish as an immigration attorney. In the past I was represented by a couple of incompetent & unknowledgeable attorneys who wasted precious time which ultimately forced me to change my legal status several times. After my OPT application was denied due to an error made by the university, I was forced to leave the country and returned to the US after I found my job. I was looking for a knowledgeable and experienced immigration attorney that was solely specialized in immigration law and found Anish through the California Bar Association. During our consultation Anish explained clearly what my options are for applying for a Green Card, what the process is like, and what a realistic timeline would look like. He also answered all my questions and once I left the consultation, I felt confident that he is the right attorney. Once he took my case, he worked diligently on it and was always available to answer any questions that I had and gave me updates on any of the forms that were submitted and eventually approved. When the time came for the Green Card interview Anish prepared me well, especially for potential questions about the more problematic areas of my immigration history (changing visas, denied OPT, staying in US for several months without a visa before leaving, being denied a visa etc.). On the day of the interview, he came with me and my father to the interview and was able to guide me through the interview and help me when the officer wasn’t knowledgeable about certain immigration laws and was trying to make a case for a denial. He calmly explained to the officer the law and the officer decided to delay the decision on my Green Card. I became worried at first but Anish quickly tried to find a solution as we were leaving the building. In the meantime, I was considering my options in the case that my Green Card application gets denied. Fortunately, after several weeks of waiting Anish informed me that my Green Card application was approved. I am very thankful and grateful to Anish for everything that he did for me on this case. If you’re looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, competent, and professional immigration attorney, Anish is the one to choose and I highly recommend him!

I reached out to Attorney Kramer in regards to seeking legal support for an Adjustment of Status case. He was very prompt in replying to me and making himself available for an introductory call. Attorney Kramer was very personable, easy to talk to and clearly very experienced and up to date on immigration law. All subsequent email communications were answered promptly and with clear information that made sense (not in complicated legalese or hastily written and therefore difficult to decipher for a "regular" person such as myself.) The only reason I was not able to move forward with working with him is it turned out he is not local to where I would eventually require an interview with the USCIS and I decided I wanted an attorney present for this part of the process. Thank you Attorney Kramer for all of your valuable time and useful information regarding the case and current immigration news.

She is very attentive, detail-oriented, and most definitely committed about being of service to her clients. I'd never even met her in person – half the time we had her as our lawyer, I was in Bahrain. Communication was always smooth and detailed, be it an email or a virtual meeting. She is incredibly professional, but also warm enough to make interactions a lot more comfortable. We needed help with some documents that we had to submit to the NVC (my husband was stationed in Bahrain, and his tax returns forms were different. We decided to hire her when I faced a bunch of personal troubles that could have sent my case down the drain. She contacted the Embassy in Bahrain to follow up on an interview schedule. It took well over a year since the petition was filed to get an appointment. Then my case was AP'd for over 2 months. She again contacted the Embassy and sent them a legal brief as to why it should not have been put under administrative processing in the first place. After my IV was approved, she gave me some tips and guidelines for when I first enter the US as a resident, and a few things I should probably take care of ASAP, e.g. REAL ID/driver's license, SSN. She knows what she's doing, and she really cares. I'm glad we found her. Very, very highly recommended!

I had an extreme complicated Immigration case. If you are seeking legal counsel pertaining to immigration, Janell is the attorney for you. She helped my wife through her process of residency. Her team was very helpful. I have first come across to know her when i need to apply for E1 visa from reference of a good mutual friend. Addition to that, i had few visa rejections in the past which later i have learned that was due to inadmissibility issue which was determined by her. That was first strong signal which Ms. Aycan has built confidence in me that she is the one can get this job done straight. She is like a perfect surgeon whom diagnoses correctly so that in order to know how to cure. Later, through dense and complicated stages of E1 visa application which interrupted and delayed for almost 2 years due to pandemic, Ms. Aycan was determined, dedicated, fully cooperative and supporting through all these times until finally interview date given at early of this year in early February 2022. After long time waiting and hectic preparations, at interview unfortunately i was denied due to interviewing officer misinterpretation and misunderstanding of E1 visa qualifications. Ms. Aycan has done fast assessment of this denial. She disputed to it by sending emails twice to the consulate asking reconsideration of their decision. This hasn’t worked unfortunately. The consulate asked us to reapply. So did as advised. The second interview has been settled for four months later in early June of 2022. This time fortunately i was interviewed by a visa officer whom did right assessment of the case. And, finally i was approved for 5 years E1 visa status. The interview was long and sweaty one. However, i was prepared well like a student studied well to pass final exam. Behind all these efforts and success story, there was definite team work of my attorney Ms. Aycan, my employer whose put many hours of workload submitting sponsor company documents and joining zoom meetings, and myself whom prepared well and fought to the end. And Ms. Aycan was mastermind and architect of this success. She has set exceptional role model how an attorney can be and should be. She hasn’t only worked for this case, also she has fought until to the end as she said after first interview denial “I am there and will fight to win as long as you tell me stop”. Truly, she has delivered his words to most extent by heart and all meanings she has done. Ms Iskent has demonstrated exceptional knowledge in immigration law, superior communication , and a very close follow up. Again, thank to her being my attorney. She is not attorney alone, she is a fighter of law if it is righteous cause. She is an attorney ,whom you can reach directly when she is needed. I am so grateful that I chose Attorney Charles Lee as my immigration attorney. I was so nervous about my case because it was little complicated. Thank you so much to Derek and Ruby for being organized, patient, flexible, and extremely professional. They filled out and submitted all my paperwork for adjustment of status through marriage. The application process without them would have been so stressful because there is a lot to keep track of. Ruby was my case manager and really made herself available to answer any questions I had. I'm sure I repeated my questions multiple times, but she ALWAYS answered them even if she was repeating herself. She made herself available outside of business hours to answer these questions or to receive any documents from me after I got off of work. I could go on and on about how amazing her work ethic is, and I'm very grateful to have worked with her. I only really interacted with Derek 3 times. The first time was through the consultation, second was a zoom call to prepare me for my interview, and third time was on my interview day. All 3 times Derek was also extremely helpful at answering my questions and put me at ease about the process. I'd like to note that interview day was chaotic. The USCIS interview office had overbooked people, and they ended up having to reschedule ~20 people's interviews. Unfortunately I was one of them, and Derek made himself available for anytime I wanted to reschedule the interview. We ended up going in at 7:00am the following day (which was a rare time and outside USCIS business hours), so he promptly showed up around 6:30am to make sure he was there for my interview. Thank you so much to Derek and Ruby for facilitating my green card process, and for making sure I always felt at ease/comfortable/safe in dealing with this immigration process.

I scheduled a consultation with Hasan and had a video conference with him. Hasan is a very thorough attorney and what I liked about his approach is that rather than providing a vague possible solution, he is open and very specific from the beginning of what could be done and leaves it as a choice to you whether to come to his firm to actually do it. Susan took my case to help me with permanent residdency/adjustment of status. She did an excellent job being timely and quick to respond around my busy work schedule with a mixture of in person meetings, phone calls, and emails. My case was resolved very quickly (although every case is different) but I believe her expertise and long time in the business definitely helped.
