I worked with Raana to get my E2 visa to the US.
Though I ran decent sized operations in the US my case was not a typical one and after meeting with a few attorneys I decided to go with her in her previous practice as she seemed the one that would bring it through with no issues.
I have not regretted that choice any second. Raana has been helpful, diligent, precise, very professional and proved very pleasant to work with.

She was great, and gave me advice as to what visa would work best for me, and the firm took care of every step, and made sure that all documents were written properly. The only thing I would say might need to some improvement is communication; I do understand they are a busy firm, but this is a stressful and scary process for us immigrants, and I would have liked for there to have been better communication, but besides that they were great! very professional and very nice!

Mrs. D'Alo was soft spoken, prepared, precise and to the point. This was an extremely emotional case, a bitter break-up, and a dog used as a pawn to win the other back. Mrs. D'Alo lead with the facts of the case, the rights of her client, all the while being played by a con artist, the defendant. After she won a temporary judgement for the me, the victory was never followed through on the defendants side. She calmed and encouraged me, even though i was grieving the lost of my support dog to just let her handle the case and justice will prevail. Mrs. D"Alo, asked exact questions needed for the case, while getting to know me. She didn't scare, she fought with know facts, honesty, and her better judgment. After I hired Ms. Davis and discussed my problem with her, it reminded me of the story about someone looking to hire an attorney. Three were interviewed. They were asked how much was 2 plus 2. Two attorneys answered "4". The 3rd attorney asked, "What do you need it to be?" That's Ms. Davis. She delved deeply into my problem and we got it resolved in my favor in short order. That's her approach to her clients. Get to the heart of the problem and creatively solve it in their favor if at all possible in as short of time as possible. I contacted Mr Expositio in May 2022. He was recommended by Met Life Legal program, from my employer in California. He was kind, interested, professional, and so helpful. He walked me through step by step of how to handle a Florida traffic citation. He followed up with phone call and texts and everything went exactly as he described. I have worked with Robin since meeting him almost 2 years ago, on a consistent basis. He first represented me in a criminal defense case, and was successful. In that matter, he was also very respectful, took a great deal of time to calm my fears and explain everything to me in detail, and did not even give me the opportunity to feel embarrassed about the situation I was in. As other reviewers have mentioned, Mr. Pimentel is compassionate to his clients, but also speaks plainly and to the point. Even if he has to repeat himself many times before he is understood by a panicked client. Since the successful resolution of my criminal matter, I have worked with Mr. Pimentel on various issues, everything from estate planning to contract issues to family matters. He is extremely knowledgeable in each of the fields he practices, extraordinarily hard-working, and very conscientious. And I would add, again, as others have noted, that he truly shows care to his clients, and has a great deal of integrity. He is completely trustworthy, will fight and work hard for his client, and will do so with a clear conscience and good heart. He will also be completely straight with you about what the expected outcome of the case may be, even if it is not what you want to hear. He does not waste anyone's time on frivolous matters. Beyond all that, he even managed to make me laugh at some of the darkest moments in my life. There isn't a more delicate situation than one that involves ones child. When I came to Robin I was hoping that I could somehow resolve just that kind of issue. I had already gone to another Attorney and had little faith of anyone being able to fix my situation. I had a very complicated immigration case because of my previous lawyer’s negligence and as a result, I was in removal proceedings. I looked for a knowledgeable, competent and honest lawyer and after research I hired Mr. Carrion to represent me. He was honest and realistic about expectations, filing process, court procedures and timelines. Because of his expertise and hard work I obtained permanent residency.
He always stayed on top of my case and comforted me when I was disappointed and nervous. He kept me informed at all times and was in constant communication with me during the whole process. We met 3 years ago. He has been a great advisor for real estate deals and corporate structures. He really commits to his clients, and is always prompt for a phone call or a late email response. He is truly meticulous at finding the right solution for any issues. I know he is also very experienced in Inmigration, but I haven't hired him for that (yet). By the way, he is fluent in english, french and spanish, which is a plus for international clients like myself. You can't go wrong with him counseling you!

George got through all visa applications without any problems and we were not the easiest type of client. He did miracles. He is very polite, but also pushed us to the limit to fulfill all the requirements 100%. It was tough sometimes, but now in hind-sight THAT was the only way to do it. Another lawyer would have said "Is that all you have? Well, let's try it". Not George.
He got us the L1 Visa, we extended it twice and now he got us the green card.

I am a physician and I went to Mr. Ramani in a desparate situation. My previous lawyer delayed the paperwork for my J1 application and I ended up in a situation where I have to leave the country immediately. Mr. Ramani was sympathetic about my situation and he discussed various option regarding my visa and we finalized on the O1 visa. He went through my CV and patiently explained the deficits and gave me appropriate suggestions to circumvent the deficits. He was honest in his assessment and did not give any false hopes. His communication regarding the case was exemplary. His team will always send me both email reminder and phone call. His fee was 1/4 of what the other lawyers were charging. Mr. Ramani's phenomenal knowledge of my immigration needs and good presence of mind got me the visa to stay in the country and work.
I will always consider Mr. Ramani for all immigration/visa needs.

I get married in 2007 and my husband start to abusive me physical and mentally, I had no legal papers by that time and I was lost and I did not know what to do to leave him, a friend of mine told me to talk to a lawyer about my case and told me about Daphne M. My husband was detained by ICE and housed in BTC in Broward, Florida for one year back in 2010. It was unthinkably the most difficult time of my entire life. I went through multiple Attorneys’ (four to be exact) who just took my money and did nothing to help. My husband was not even able to bond out of BTC until a year later. Thankfully, when he did, it was the utmost happiest moment of my life but we knew we could stay with the current Attorney we had because of all the issues and extra money she cost us by refilling petitions based on her own mistakes. We searched up and down for someone who had extraordinary credentials, references and experience. No one willing fully took our case because we had criminal issues, overstay issues, marriage while in detention, etc. Thankfully, we found Attorney Elan Baret. We did not have an easy case and it was voluminous with issues all over. We were completely out of hope and we thought that deportation or voluntary departure would be our only option. We had no support from family and small support from friends, we felt no where close to having a strong case or even a chance. When we first met Mr. Baret his calm and soothing energy renewed our hope and our faith in the US System. Mr. Baret did not run us in circles and he did not play games. I found Mr. Patel through this website and decided to call his office for an inquiry after emailing and calling several immigration lawyers. I was explaining my case to the lady who answered the call, and to my surprise she gave the line to Mr. Patel. Unlike other lawyers who charge consultation fees before you can actually talk to them, Mr. Patel did not charge me any cent. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and explained the process to me. I could have filed my greencard by myself but I want an expert lawyer to handle my case.
