I have known Deborah since 2012. Initially, she took care of our ( me and my wife’s) E2 visa to come to the US. E2 is not an easy, straightforward process, but we got approved on the spot mainly because of the way she put our case together. It was very thorough, and there was no room for second-guessing for the interviewing officer.
Later in the US and with her assistance, we extended our E2 for a couple of times, and there were no issues whatsoever.
More recently, she helped us with our adjustment of status from E2 to GREEN CARD. She helped us with filing the labor certificate, i40, and i485 for both my wife and me. Today we got approved for our employment-based green card. She has been helping us for more than 7 years, and it has always been bull’s-eye.
She is a great adviser, and she knows the immigration law very well. She is calm, resourceful and very experienced in her job. She also is very honest and gives you the most frank advice on your case (even if you do not wanna hear it), and her judgment is impeccable on the chances you got on a case. She is not in this for the money, unlike many other attornies.
In this day and age, a reliable immigration attorney is the best resource you can have on your side, and Deborah is for sure that person

Me and my family came from Sweden to U.S. it was not easy to find a good lawyer to have a good reputation, trust them with money and take care of your case in the shortest period. Ms. Townsend had more than all of them. Her voice calms you down. We hired her right a way. We are still in touch with Ms. Townsend and I would never hire any attorney until speak with her to get referrals. I wish there was more than 5 stars in the review because she deserves 10. Who ever know me, they know Ms. Townsend. We don’t have many like her and is sad.

NANCY has always made me feel like I’m her ONLY client. Even though I hear her phone(s) ring during every call! I haven’t waited more than 15 minutes for a direct returned phone call from her, EVER. From the initial consultation she has always shown complete professionalism. I can tell she genuinely enjoys helping.
She’s handled every matter I’ve thrown to her extremely fast and with the utmost professionalism. I’ve also caught emails from her in the extreme early morning to the late evening to quickly handle issues. Over the past month I’ve grown to trust Nancy as family although we have yet to meet in person. She’s represented me as the title company for my recent home purchase, to review/correct all loan and contract issues, and to protect my rental security deposits rightful return.
I live in Cape Coral and was skeptical to hire an attorney so far away, but I assure you not to hesitate because of distance. Your initial consultation will show you exactly what I’m talking about. I had the privilege of working with Ms. Campiglia last summer. A group of us homeowners used a go fund me account to hire her for her legal services and it was so refreshing to speak to a lawyer who really knew her stuff. Our initial consultation was eye opening as we learned things about HOA laws and the State of Florida laws that we never knew about. Her advice was spot on and her method to get results was amazing. She is calm, but persistent. She was available almost 24 hours a day for us and didn't try to nickle and dime us with billing for quick responses or questions. It truly was refreshing working with her and if you are having any HOA questions, concerns,or problems, RUN don't walk, RUN to Ms. Campiglia. These HOA issues can get harrowing and stressful on residents, but Ms. Campiglia was the the mature adult in the room who knew the laws and had the answers. On a Monday morning in April 2014 I was arriving at work and parked my car as always in the parking lot. As I walked the few yards to the entrance I was followed by two men who then stopped me and showed me their batch and told me that they’re ICE officers and want to see my ID. The next thing I was detained and put back inside an unmarked van and driven to an office where I was interrogated.
Thinking no big deal my Attorney will get me out of this mess before the end of the day. Wow was I wrong!
The Agents were nice enough to let me make some phone calls so I could let people know where I was. I also made a call to my then Attorney that was answered with the comment “I’m leaving on a vacation. Call me back next week”. After the questioning was done I was transferred to Krome Detention Center in West Miami where I was booked for the night while my wife and friends tried to get the money together to bail me out -- what took till 6pm on Tuesday.
Soon after I was released I was referred to the Law Office of Milton Aponte where I got promptly an appointment. I arrived at the office and was greeted by his assistant who introduced me to Mr. Aponte. They were both listening carefully and made me feel that my case matters when I explained to them what got me into this predicament and Mr. Aponte explained me that it is not going to be quick and easy and might take some time to resolve the issue in my favor. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Aponte taking over my case. I hired him to take care of my case in front of USCIS. Over the last three years Mr. Aponte and his team worked very hard, skillfully and diligently on my very difficult case to get all the evidence to support my grant of adjustment of status.
Finally last week my wife and I accompanied by Mr. Aponte went to the last interview in front of the Immigration officer and my adjustment of status was granted.
We are very happy with the service Mr. Aponte has provided. Everything was done to our fullest satisfaction. Mr. Aponte was very supportive of our case and made us feel very comfortable thru the whole process. I am looking forward to use his services in three years for my naturalization!

Since the beginning, Mr. Aponte was very detailed in explaining us the case and worked with my family towards obtaining the pardon for my brother’s deportation. The case was complicated, since my brother committed aggravated felonies back in his youth and was also diagnosed with schizophrenia. Our case took about four months. We did not meet him in person until a couple of days prior to the trial, when we travelled to Florida. Even though, the communication was seamless as if we were meeting with him at his office. He was available at all times for our questions and to discuss his strategy, preparing us to testify and explained the whole trial process. He is a very spiritual person. At the end my brother was granted the Cancelation of Removal. I would highly recommend Mr. Aponte for any complicated case.

Milton was referred to us by a friend of my oldest son, we hired him to release my second son from a detention order, issued by the ICE in Puerto Rico, aiming to his deportation.
Since that date, the process has elapsed for almost 3 months, during this time we worked closely with MIlton who submitted very well prepared legal motions to release my son. Finally, on the hearing held a week ago, my son was released by the means of a Cancellation of Removal, order issued by the Immigration Judge.

I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation

2013 was the worse and toughest year I had ever encountered. My family walk into jose office scared and confused just wondering if they would ever see me again. Jose was hired on the spot . In a matter of a couple of days jose was able to get me out of krome detention center. My journey began 2013 and ended august 2019. It was tough for me at times to try to keep it together but jose made me feel so comfortable. At times when I would go to my hearings I felt UNTOUCHABLE I felt like I had the incredible hulk right next to me. He is just simply the BEST at what he does hands down. I had to hired a Lawer for a work permit authorization, and I was running out of time with the expiration of my license. Más de un día completo he estado ocupando mis neuronas en encontrar las palabras correctas para expresar el agradecimiento y el sentimiento de deuda hacia Maureen por su trabajo al representarme ante USCIS en los tiempos actuales, 2019-2020.
Ese agradecimiento y sentimiento de deuda ha Maureen es tan extenso y profundo como el mar porque ella logró que mi petición I-485 (residencia permanente) fuese aprobada. Y lo más interesante: siempre sabía qué hacer y siempre confiaba en que lo que estaba haciendo era lo idóneo para el momento y la circunstancia en cuestión. Algo que no pude encontrar en otros bufetes o firmas de abogados, y lo digo en plural: en OTROS.
Maureen logró que una petición que había sido enviada a permanecer sepultada en algún anaquel del Centro Nacional de Archivos (NRC, por sus siglas en inglés) fuese traída de vuelta al mismo ritmo de los demás procesos, que fuese revisada, y luego felizmente aprobada. Esto lo hizo reclamando las provisiones que están en la Ley Nacional de Inmigracion, no suplicando a USCIS, como otros muchos abogados planteaban que debía hacerse.
Maureen llevo adelante el proceso con toda la razón propia de un profesional que conoce su profesión, y, además, con dignidad. Muy importante.
Pero eso no es todo, cuando visite otros abogados, y no fueron pocos por cierto, me pedían villas y Castillas: mucho dinero, o lo que para mi resultaba ser mucho dinero. Y ellos lo hacían sin conocer a profundidad, o para mi caso particular, la ley Nacional de Inmigración, y queriendo darle a la petición un carácter de inferioridad en comparación s las demás peticiones de cubanos. Y otros abogados me decían que debía esperar 5 años porque así lo decía USCIS, porque así lo decía esa agencia del gobierno. Pero Maureen sabía que no debía ser así porque tenía conocimientos profundos acerca de la ley y de mi caso en particular. Fue así como ella me ayudó, y, por si fuera poco, me ayudó también con el pago necesario para llevar adelante la representación de mi petición.
En resumen: Maureen defendió mis intereses como si fueran los de ella, y además lo hizo en el entendido de que se trataba de un inmigrante sin muchos recursos financieros y sin familia en Estados Unidos. Por todo esto: el inmenso agradecimiento y sentimiento de deuda hacia Usted.
