I retained Ms. Fakiha Khans legal services earlier this year. My sister was going through a very difficult divorce with her ex who was extremely conniving and abusive during the marriage. We had changed several attorneys , and the case had still not been finalized in 3 years! I lived in another state, my parents lived over seas, and my poor sister was left all alone to deal with this bad situation. Being a single mom with two little ones, she was thousands of dollars into attorney fees, not to mention the aggravation of dealing with the court system. Overwhelmed and disappointed, she did not know where to turn to when our last attorney started asking for more money.
A lady at the salon my sister went to recommended Fakiha Khan. The lady had gone through a similar experience with a controlling ex. We hired Olivia to help us get a TN visa. Olivia really spent a lot of time helping us. I texted her at 11:00 pm on a Wednesday and she replied right away. Please do not do this to her though. When we were being questioned by the customs and immigration officer he said our immigration lawyer really knows her stuff. If Olivia did not print out one exemption/legislation for us we probably would have been denied entry. Very grateful we found Olivia. Thank you.

I am here to Thank Elizabeth Matherne for her exceptional knowledge and commitment she demonstrated in handling my case. To give a little background about the case, i was dealing with ICE who were proclaiming me as illegal resident even though i had a valid stay in US with extension which was in process, however, my i94 was still showing expiration as per my entry 5 years back. ICE was going by i94 records and I was under deportation charges but agree to wait to see response from USCIS on my extension. After i got my extension approval notice i reached out to Elizabeth to help me to drop my case ASAP and get back my bail amount. Elizabeth did not commitment any timelines as other attorneys just to retain a client but inturn she was transparent enough and spoke about the delay due to pandemic and no guarantee of time was given, but at the time gave me a assurance she will do all possible things within her reach to help. After speaking to a member of the AAHOA, I was directed to call Mr. Chavda. I made contact in the evening hours and to my complete surprise he responded immediately. This Attorney was great! My case did not necessarily turn out the way I wanted but that certainly did not negate the incredible service I received from this attorney. There were a few things I did not agree with in the outcome but it's still overall worked out. After working with this attorney, I am confident that I would secure his services if ever needed again. I was referred after I received a speeding ticket.. it happened over a year ago. Thanks to Ms.Vargas my case was binded to state court. Bought lots of time. In that time I moved out of state to NYC. Few months ago I contacted attorney Killa Marti to ask about my relative's case. He was detained by USCIS in Atalanta. Since day one Killa did an amazing job. Attorney Knights has truly been a breath of fresh air and restored my faith in the legal system. I had previously retained and paid another attorney to handle a very simple divorce case. This attorney not only missed important filing deadlines, failed to provide me with a full range of options available to me, she was also horrible about responding and communicating with me. I initially contacted this firm because they have offices in Atlanta and Sydney. The US office helped me prepare my immigrant visa petiton. While it was taking six months for US immigration to approve it, the Sydney office helped my husband prepare his application in advance. This saved us a lot of time. Also, they charged us a flat fee so we knew the total cost in advance and could as many questions as we wanted.

After first trying and failing at preparing an E-3 visa application on my own, I was referred to Levin Immigration Law as one of three firms to contact. My daughter was in a horrible marriage. Her husband beat her and threatened their three year old daughter on many occasions. We didn't know where to turn. We asked around and Inez Grant's name came up several times. We met with her. Everyone in her office was so accommodating and helpful. She listened with such compassion, you could tell she cared about us. She assured us that she would protect our daughter and granddaughter, which she did immediately. Within two days, she had a restraining order, she had helped us find a safe place for our daughter and granddaughter and she started divorce proceedings. I am a 1SG in the United States Army. I was falsely accused of abusive sexual contact by one of my platoon sergeant’s. I contacted Mike and hired him right away after our initial conversation. Eventually I was charged with an article 120 and article 93 UCMJ. When it seemed like the Army said I was guilty before innocent Mike was there by my side fully explaining everything to me and my family.
