Stefanie and her partner Annelise were my divorce lawyers and they were both fantastic. My divorce was very hostile (think false accusations of abuse) but I felt taken care of because I was in such good hands. They were attentive and responsive to my concerns, they explained everything about the process to me so I knew what to expect, and they played hardball to negotiate a settlement that was more than fair for me. Stefanie in particular was a great help in keeping me calm during the whole emotional divorce process and acting as a buoy and an anchor on court day when I needed pep talks. She knows her stuff and can back it up with results.

Stefanie Fisher is a VERY good lawyer. I found her by chance on the internet and I must say I was not disappointed at all. She defended my sister's case with intelligence, integrity and she genuinely cared. My sister's case ended well and Stefanie Fisher was able to get deportation lifted, and is now assisting with getting permanent residency reinstated. Stefanie is very transparent and is not afraid to say, "I don't know" but she will do the research necessary to attain accurate information. She is also a no-nonsense lawyer, so she expects you to do your part; That is, I believe, a major component to the success of a case. Stefanie expects that from her clients and by doing so there is total buy in on both parties.
My family and I are happy with her services, her paralegal was helpful to the case as well. My sister was not made to feel like a criminal. Instead she was treated as a human being relying on the "expertise" of another. The expertise was displayed humbly.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the judge and prosecutor positively commented on my sister's file. Stefanie's attention to detail and her ability to "dot the i and cross the t" are flawless. She left nothing out!

My partner and I were married in 2013. In 2014 the federal laws changed and I was allowed to sponsor my partner for citizenship. We both felt it would be in our best interest to have a legal representative help request a green card and walk us through all the paperwork and documentation required to expedite the process.
Joe was an asset. Having someone with experience walk us through the process and guide us in what to expect took away most all of the stress. Sometimes having someone who works on your behalf and can give you assurances in time of doubt can help you sleep better at night.
Joe was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. His work was very detailed and organized. The final package was complete enough that it spoke or itself. The immigrations interview was fast and painless. If you are looking for someone to represent your interests and guide you through such a process, I highly recommend giving Joe a call. It’s rare that I give 5 stars across the board, but I was really happy with Joe’s assistance through this.

I contacted Attorney Alex Mooradian to help me with my fathers citizenship. He did such an amazing job for us. From helping us fill out the proper paperwork, following up on where and when the test would be, instructing us to download the questions and answers that we would need to study. Enrica perfectly explained the options available to me for entry into the US with her recommendations. As an artist, we get taken advantaged of a lot. Not so with Attorney Bogle! I hired Attorney Bogle to do my O-1 Artist Visa. I listened and did everything she told me to do, and it was successful. A couple years later, I hired her to do my EB-1 Green Card Application. Attorney Bogle told me all the reasons why it was a difficult case with my facts, but with her expertise, she built a strong case. Still, she told me to expect a RFE. Imagine my shock when the Green Card arrived without the RFE! I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer!

My Immigration case was hard and 10 other lawyers who took my money couldn’t help me for 20 years. I was ready to go back to my home country when I found Attorney Bogle! She was honest and upfront with me from the first Consultation that I may get deported, but she would do everything to fight and get me a green card. She took the time to research my issues and give me different options with a plan. I followed her instructions and the plan. She got me the Green Card and it’s really a miracle! Attorney Geller explained the process up front - the legal costs and the issues. He quickly gained my trust and made me feel confidant. Jacob was very responsive and got back to me quickly via phone or email (unless he was in court or tied up on a case.) His legal expertise and his ability to help me focus and remain calm while making tough decisions is one of the many reasons I feel he was an excellent choice to represent me during my divorce. My neighbor entered my property and cut down some trees so that he could put up a fence within 1 foot of my property line. I contacted Mr. Ionson who immediatley contacted my neighbor with a demand for settlement. Within 2 weeks the issue was resolved and 5 new trees were bought and planted on my property at my neighbor's expense. Mr. Ionson is clearly experienced in these matters and met all of my expectations at minimal cost and in an extremely timely manner.

A friend of mine referred me to Hema when my partner and I were looking to get married (I am not a US citizen). It was June 2013 and DOMA had just fallen. We were both giddy with joy and at the same time overwhelmed at what needed to be done for us to finally be together. We could not have asked for a more friendly, responsive and thoughtful attorney than Hema. From the start, she put us at ease and really helped us get through the rather exhausting process of applying for the K1 visa, getting through the myriad paper work requirements, getting married here in the US, applying for the work permit and finally, the GC. Through all this, Hema remained ever so friendly, accessible (I cannot stress enough how important this was to us) and very professional. Given the nature of our application, there were a couple of times when she did not have the answer to a specific query right away but she handled it very well letting us know that she'd check with other colleagues and get back to us. I met my ex when I was a student in the US. We married and after a couple of years I applied for a green card. After four years of marriage and right before the interview to remove the conditions on my green card I found the dirtbag literally in bed with my best friend. His response was that he wasn't going to come to the green card interview and that he wanted me to get deported. I was devastated and very scared because my family had cut off ties with me because of my marriage. I was placed in deportation proceeding and didn't know where to turn. Luckily a friend put me in contact with Chris. He stayed the deportation got me enough time to get a divorce. Once the divorce came through he initiated a new removal of green card condition application without my cheating ex. and took me the through the whole difficult process (made especially difficult because my ex. did not co-operate at all and had all my photos, records, etc., everything, he even kept all my clothes and belongings). The interview was scheduled for Dec 24, 2014, and my knight in shining armor was there and helped me through the interview explaining the sad and sordid details of my situation. With Chris's able explanation the immigration officer quickly understood the situation and gave me an early Christmas present, my permanent green card :) I could not have gotten through that difficult time and navigated the complicated process without Chris. I can say 100% that without his help I would not be living in the US and I would have been deported.
Chris is one of the best immigration attorneys in Boston. He cares about his clients, as do his excellent and responsive office staff. His fees are very reasonable, especially given his experience, and he gets results and keeps families together. The immigration process is often a daunting one fraught with anxiety but it doesn't have to be, and with attorney Chris Lavery helping you through it, it isn't. Highly recommend!

Yoav Tadmor from Tadmor & Tadmor LLC filed my H1-B Visa, did my labor, PERM and I-140. I am continuing to use them for all my extensions and would blindly recommend them to anybody. I think this is all anyone would expect from an immigration attorney. My case had a lot of nitty-gritty and every situation was unique that popped up. They handled with extreme professionalism and I tell you, they know what they do. They are real experts and I promise you will NOT regret when you reach out to them. Even though they are lawyers of my employer, I even deal with them on my personal cases for my spouse. I got my Green Card processing done through them. What I really liked about these folks is that in situations where I needed their opinion on specific issues that was bothering me, I was able to get an honest answer and that too pretty quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the seriousness with which they handled my case at each stage without losing any time.
