I recently hired Ms Soffan as my immigration lawyer. I needed her expertise in maintaining my permanent residency that I was at very high risk of losing. I spent years obtaining my greencard. I have 2 daughters in the US one of whom is a young widow with a little daughter to raise. Stefanie and her partner Annelise were my divorce lawyers and they were both fantastic. My divorce was very hostile (think false accusations of abuse) but I felt taken care of because I was in such good hands. They were attentive and responsive to my concerns, they explained everything about the process to me so I knew what to expect, and they played hardball to negotiate a settlement that was more than fair for me. Stefanie Fisher is a VERY good lawyer. I found her by chance on the internet and I must say I was not disappointed at all. She defended my sister's case with intelligence, integrity and she genuinely cared. My sister's case ended well and Stefanie Fisher was able to get deportation lifted, and is now assisting with getting permanent residency reinstated. Stefanie is very transparent and is not afraid to say, "I don't know" but she will do the research necessary to attain accurate information. She is also a no-nonsense lawyer, so she expects you to do your part; That is, I believe, a major component to the success of a case. Stefanie expects that from her clients and by doing so there is total buy in on both parties.
My family and I are happy with her services, her paralegal was helpful to the case as well. My sister was not made to feel like a criminal. Instead she was treated as a human being relying on the "expertise" of another. The expertise was displayed humbly.

My partner and I were married in 2013. In 2014 the federal laws changed and I was allowed to sponsor my partner for citizenship. We both felt it would be in our best interest to have a legal representative help request a green card and walk us through all the paperwork and documentation required to expedite the process.
Joe was an asset. Having someone with experience walk us through the process and guide us in what to expect took away most all of the stress. Sometimes having someone who works on your behalf and can give you assurances in time of doubt can help you sleep better at night.
Joe was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. His work was very detailed and organized. The final package was complete enough that it spoke or itself. The immigrations interview was fast and painless. If you are looking for someone to represent your interests and guide you through such a process, I highly recommend giving Joe a call. It’s rare that I give 5 stars across the board, but I was really happy with Joe’s assistance through this.

As an artist, we get taken advantaged of a lot. Not so with Attorney Bogle! I hired Attorney Bogle to do my O-1 Artist Visa. I listened and did everything she told me to do, and it was successful. A couple years later, I hired her to do my EB-1 Green Card Application. Attorney Bogle told me all the reasons why it was a difficult case with my facts, but with her expertise, she built a strong case. Still, she told me to expect a RFE. Imagine my shock when the Green Card arrived without the RFE! I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer!

She was honest and upfront with me from the first Consultation that I may get deported, but she would do everything to fight and get me a green card. Absurdly Expensive! I spent approx $30,000 in a few months with this firm and they did close to nothing. I just feel I needed to let others be warned because of how much money was wasted. I was assigned an attorney in the firm and none of my questions were answered but I surely was billed for them. There seemed to be a personal issue going on with the owner and I approached her about my concerns but instead of taking ownership and rectifying the issues, she blamed me. I just feel like if you can not perform the work you should just take a break from the job and not take someones money while putting their family at risk. I feel awful for even posting a negative review but I am in such financial strain now and I feel it is my duty to tell others.

My neighbor entered my property and cut down some trees so that he could put up a fence within 1 foot of my property line. I contacted Mr. Ionson who immediatley contacted my neighbor with a demand for settlement. Within 2 weeks the issue was resolved and 5 new trees were bought and planted on my property at my neighbor's expense. Mr. Ionson is clearly experienced in these matters and met all of my expectations at minimal cost and in an extremely timely manner.

We were both giddy with joy and at the same time overwhelmed at what needed to be done for us to finally be together.
