We are first time home buyer and looking for attorney to process Attorney Review in short time so that we can secure the house. We tried couple of attorneys. But, they are taking long time to start the process. Then, my friend referred Pragati Dubal to us and she was very attentive and started AR process for house within hours and we are able to get hold on the house.
From the beginning of the process till closing, she was very much involved in the process by paying attention to minute details and used to advise us time to time well in advance about the correct process and things to be done.

Needed help with gaining US citizenship. After reading some reviews my husband and myself went in to Alberto Brothers firm. Roderick answered every question we had, walked us through every step of the process and presented us with different payment options. After hiring them they stayed in contact with us, I called for additional questions a couple of times as well. They helped me prepare for the test, even gave me a practice meeting days before the offical one. Throughout this process there staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this firm and would definitely use them again.

Before I start my review I just want to say that there is no exact word to say how Thankful I am that Gurnani & Gurnani is my lawyer,, I came here in the US as H1B in 2009 , I opened up my Social security number and pay my taxes , 2012 Atty. Gurnani renew my Work Permit and got approved , I had problem in 2014 because of some uncertainty and also my company can no longer continue my sponsorship, It was rock bottom , I received a notice from USCIs About my status , it was the lowest point in my life , But Atty. Gurnani appealed and never give up on my case , I have also Approved Petition from my Sister which was filed also by Atty. Gurnani , as an immigrant who only wants a better life and future in this country doing it the right and legal way was so tough , it’s like an obstacle course challenge , It was December of 2014 I met the love of my life and we got married in 2015 , Atty. Ron was a true expert in being able to "un-do" a multitude of my legal missteps from over 20 years ago! He removed convictions and vacated other pleas that were not in my best interest. Moreover, he was expedient in what he did. Because immigration cases are a time-sensitive. My family and I could not be happier with the representation that Mr. Mondello provided! First of all ,I never write reviews but for this I have to….IF YOU NEED AN IMMIGRATIONATTORNEY BOOK DESMOND DAWUNI NOW. DO NOT HESITATE!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! With Desmond's help, I have been able to extend my permanent residency card periodically until my petition was recently approved. To tell you a little bit about my case: I met Desmond at a time when the process for my residency documentation had gone off track due to a variety of circumstances. He prioritized the maintenance of my legal status while petition was pending and ensured that I was being treated fairly. It’s been 8 long years in the process, and I cannot explain it enough how resilient he has been through the entire process. Desmond has been extremely empathetic to my personal situation and always thought ahead to ask potential issues so we could preempt and avoid them. During my interview, I was told that my case was unique and honestly the officer seemed very confused on what to do next. Before that, Desmond took the time to explain things to me, had several contingency plans and ensured I was very well-prepped for my interview, so I went there with confidence. The bonus was I had the option of having him present with me at the interview which gave me even more confidence. Not enough can be said about Mr. Carter’s professionalism both in and out of the courtroom or in this case virtual court room. If you ever find yourself coming out of an extremely toxic relationship and end up in a bogus domestic violence situation do yourself a favor and contact Mr. Carter first. The staff at Hoffman Dimuzio is very friendly and caring. Mr. Carter himself went above and beyond for me and the unfortunate situation I was put in to make sure everything was dismissed. Before and after every trial he would call to touch base or recap and was prompt with answering questions and proving advice. I came in needing a lawyer and left with someone who felt like a friend or family member. His understanding of the laws and your needs exceeded my expectations. He cares, he listens and takes action when needed. I hope to never need his services again but would not hesitate to use Mr. Carter if I ever did. Thank you Mr. Carter for everything.

We all 3 of us including me, my wife and son hired the services of Neil Dornbaum for becoming Citizens of the United States.

You will pay a retainer and then Mr. Brookner will disappear in the middle of your case. You will never hear from him again, he will not respond to calls,. emails, etc. You will lose your deposit. I will be reporting him to the NJ State Bar Association.

We had 2 cases with Ms. Diaz. Yes, she might be not the lawyer people expect her to be, however, our cases had great outcomes. I needed to find an experienced immigration attorney and was contacting different lawyers. Unfortunately their consultations were not informative at all and were even controversial. I was very disappointed.

I wanted to share an extremely positive experience I had working with Brian. Not only is he smart and well connected but he is compassionate. I had an issue with some tenants who were law students, and thought they could leave my place in a shambles and not paid 3 months and leave their lease 4 months early. I had originally contacted Brian to handle the eviction, however he went above and beyond to try to solve this for me, and was able to obtain satisfaction out of this unfortunate set of affairs. He took extraordinary steps at his own expense. At each step of the way he let me know what was going on and even though it took a little bit longer but it's only because of the court system. I will certainly use Brian for other things I need in the future such as real estate closings or other business transactions. He is more expensive than other eviction attorneys, but he will come through for you where others fail, and is worth his weight in gold to put things in his capable hands and be able to step back, and get an excellent resolution with someone who really has your back.
