Ms Alessandra, is one of the best layer that I have ever met. ICE has gave my just two weeks to buy Plan tickets to go home. Mr Alessandra was told about my case. She met with me and my husband on a very shot notice. She filed a stay of removeral for us. Happy to say the stay is approved and we are in the United state and are very happy! Despite family law not necessarily being her niche field of expertise, Yolanda took on my child custody case. I had to leave the state just days after meeting with her due to military relocation. Other lawyers told me it would be just about impossible to resolve the case if I was in the military and out of the state. Yolanda agreed to be my advocate in the state and fight for my right to gain custody/visitation with my child. I paid my initial retainer and she quickly set me up with the proper documentation to begin the process. Even though she is busy, either her or her staff were always available to ask questions or follow up with. She dealt with the defendant in the case directly, as well as her representation. When the case went to court the judge decided not to hear it and and sent the lawyers out to agree on terms. We could not agree on custody/parenting terms in 8 years so why would that day in court be any different? When we could not come to a mutual agreement, the case was dismissed by the court. I was devastated and it seemed like every door was being slammed in my face. Yolanda did not give up. She re-submitted the motion to the court the eventual resolution was legal joint custody of my son.
I could not have done it without her help. This case took over a year to resolve. She submitted more than one motion to the court and spent countless hours over the course of the year. Yolanda made me a promise to see it through when she first took the case, and that's exactly what she did. Although she could have easily done so, she never charged me a dime more than the initial retainer we agreed to. Other lawyers have charged me $75-150 for an initial consultation just to tell me there is nothing they can do! Yolanda showed a genuine interest in helping me, and that's exactly what she did. I owe her a sincere debt of gratitude and appreciate her for not being like a lot of the other greedy money-hungry attorneys out there. Yolanda and her staff could not be more honest and caring. Thanks again for all of your help.

I was hesitant at first bc he was younger than I expected but was overjoyed at the representation. He is always available by phone (which is unheard of with lawyers) completely 100 percent honest (even more rare) and he controls a courtroom when he walks into it. Over a half a year ago I was charged with a fourth degree felony due to simply being at the wrong place at the wrong time as I never looked for trouble my entire life. In my case, I found myself in a situation where trouble found me. Never having worked with a criminal defense attorney, I wanted to make sure I found one of New Jerseys most reputable. My search ended with the Tormey Law Firm and an opportunity to have attorney Chirag Mehta work on my case. Attorney Chirag was extremely dependable and showed up for all my court appearances on time and when he could not for good reason, which happened only once, he made sure I was in good hands with another one of his fellow attorneys. Attorney Chirag worked hard and was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout my case. Whenever I had a question or concern he was able to answer with confidence and provide me with reassurance. By the end of my case Attorney Mehta was able to drop my case down from a fourth degree felony to a boro ordinance, which is an extremely huge jump! Lastly, I would definitely recommend hiring Attorney Mehta and would not hesitate to hire him again, god forbid that life throws me another curve ball and I end up having to deal with Norwood Municipal Court bureaucrats ever again! Wonderful experience. My biggest compliment is Daniel's quick and matter-of-fact communication. I have autism and struggle to communicate with most people, but talking and messaging Daniel was incredibly easy. That means a lot to me. He's also an expert in the field. There were a few times that I rang him just to ask rapid-fire questions about how real estate works in NYC, niche and specific questions; but no matter how specialised my question was, Daniel was able to answer it by heart. You can tell he's been doing this a while. I asked for this deal to move fast, as I was excited to move in, and Daniel was able to. He also looked over my shoulder a few times to make sure that I'm safe and understand all the risks with each step. He went above-and-beyond maybe twice with personalised favours. So there's truly nothing more I can ask for, he was great. I'll be sending my friends to him when they buy in New York.
