Tsirina took the time to get to know my husband and myself as people and not just as a number, she took us on as her clients and looked through our paperwork; filing for green card through marriage; that I attempted to fill out for my husband and myself which unfortunately became a little tricky due to misinformation I was given elsewhere. She was extremely thorough and detailed in everything concerning information, documentations, evidence be it photographic proof or other binding paper trails.
Tsirina kept in touch weekly especially when we had a major setback with our living arrangements, and to see if there was any other developments. Going over documentation she does more than just double checking which I personally appreciate. With her guidance and expertise on immigration filing, we were pleasantly surprised that from March 2024 to September 2024 I officially have recieved my green card and I don't think we could have done it without the detailed knowledge and assistance from Tsirina.

My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

After I tripped on an uneven sidewalk on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, my neighbor, a longstanding friend, introduced me to attorney Jonathan Ratchik who took my case on as he and the doctors deemed my left foot was severely injured.
The landlord had failed to properly maintain the sidewalk in front of the brownstone he owned, posing a clear and present danger to pedestrians.

8 years ago, I'd had multiple surgeries & just managed to pay for my mom's Alzheimer's care when she died. I was totally broke. Couldn't work. Barely surviving. My debts happened before any of this. I contacted debtors to workout a reasonable way to go - no good. Then I came to you. Almost 8 years to the day back from today I had no more debt. Since then, while I have health challenges & can't work, I have found a pretty wonderful way to live. I made it 6 years paying cash only, then started to build credit again, and now my rating is around 700. In 2 years the bankruptcy will be off my credit record & it will go higher. Without your services, I wouldn't have had a chance in hell. Yes, it was definitely a new beginning. I may be 79, but I'm 79 going on 50!
