Firstly, David is available to you at all times. Any questions that we had we could email / Text / Call and if he was busy he would respond within a very short amount of time. He treated my partner and I with the utmost respect and professionalism from the start. He is Prompt, efficient, courteous, and broke things down for us into the most simplistic way. As matter of fact he cared so much about our case that he even took our calls while he was on his honeymoon. To me that says a lot about how much he cares. There is a very human quality about David and Bob that is very hard to find in lawyers today and being on the receiving end I appreciate that. He and his Father made the entire process an easy and actually an enjoyable one for us. I Would definitely use there services again if needed. I can definitely see why he is a Super Lawyers! I was in a pretty complicated immigration situation and after reaching out to a few immigration lawyers, i decided to go with Gottfried, LLP because they were by far the most helpful/solution oriented from second one. Not only did they help me understanding subtitles of immigration laws I wasn't aware of, even after thorough research I did on my own, but they gave me insights and advices to built the strongest case possible. I first met Mr. Bernadin due to an unfortunate incident that happened to me. I was injured while shopping at a apparel chain. I first tried to do everything myself. I was not even able to obtain an incident report. The store ignored my request for one and was just very dismissive , that is of course is until Mr. Bernadin got involved. He walked me through the entire process of what was going to happen and eventually everything he said came to fruition. Once Mr. Bernadin got involved the store started to call me back, and treated me with more respect. Thanks to Mr. Bernadin I was able to get a nice settlement and a peace of mind that if anything ever happened to me again I have someone that I can count on to get me satisfaction.

I had spoken with many attorneys to get an E2 visa. I couldn't find any satisfying answers for my questions from other attorneys or they wanted to charge me consultation fee or start the process before I fully understand what is going on. David is extremely knowledgable about US Immigration Law and he patiently answered all my questions, he described the path they are going to follow one by one. May be I asked same questions over and over he patiently answered all my questions about my immigration and cooperate questions, he also organized real-time telephone consultation with other immigration attorneys and with other corporate attorneys. I was asking a questions and several attorneys were from different branches were giving their opinions and advised during the consultation meeting. After I see this much of professionalism, I had chosen Davies and Associates for my E2 application and for my corporate attorney works. I worked with David for the L1A new office petition. I must say that it was great experience working with him. It is just unbelievable that how knowledgeable he is. I met him briefly once and he was able to understand everything in that short meeting. They have a great system "Dropbox" for sharing the document that will hold all your documents and you can access them at any time, it works great. I had a really complicated case an i was losing hope. But i must say that David kept me going and always assuring me and giving confidence that it is possible to have a positive outcome on my petition. He kept us going and was extremely responsive with any queries that we had and yes we had many. He always made us ware of his travel plans and whenever he was going to be away from his office. He also ensured that he communicated that what is the best way to get in touch with him whilst he is away from his office on business trips and also during his vacations, which is just commendable. He put in a lot of hard work just to ensure that we can have the petition approved and yes a lot of HARD WORK, he is an attorney who is working for you and doing everything that is required to be done. I want to thank my lawyers Youman, Madeo & Fasano for winning my Provisional Waiver case. My situation was hopeless. Or so it seemed. I entered the United States as a C-1/D-1 because I had been employed to work on a cruise ship. I tried to adjust status before I was represented by my current lawyers. My case was denied because "crew members" are not permitted to adjust status. I am absolutely satisfied by the service of Youman, Madeo and Fasano. I had a very delicate issue stemming from a youth drug related incident. Before coming to Youman, Madeo and Fasano, I had consulted with at least three other immigration law attorneys and they all concluded I would not get the green card. When I came to the firm, I was counseled by Raymond Fasano. Since the very first meeting, I had the opportunity to appreciate his deep knowledge in the field of criminal immigration.
