I consulted with Ana a few years ago about applying for citizenship for my husband. Navigating Customs and Immigration is such a complex process. The directions for each form are long and complicated, and the stakes were so high for my husband and I. Ana eased my anxiety, and gave me all the information my husband and I needed to apply. She gave me an overview of the citizenship process from start to finish, including when each of the applications would be due. She helped my husband and I understand the documents that were needed, and the order to put them in through several rounds of sending in applications and paperwork. She prepared us for the interview so that we answered questions confidently and accurately. Ana was with us every step of the way. I don't know where we would have ended up without her calm expertise!

I hired Mr. Maldonado as my husband's immigration attorney for a deportation case. I could not be any more pleased with the results. Mr. Maldonado did very well with our case and only an attorney of such knowledge in the field would not have gotten positive results. It took a total of 4 1/2 years to win case. My ex-wife and I ran into a marital dispute that resulted in unexpected divorce within six months. She is an American and I am not. We had been married for a little less than two years and I was still with the conditional green card that is only good for two years. In normal cases, after two years the couple would jointly apply for a ten-year green card after two years are over. The divorce process was fully completed barely two months before my conditional green card expired. The Immigration Department prefers that people apply at least three months before the expiration date. So it was race against time! That is where my lawyer, Alicia Marie Perez came in. When Ms. Perez and I first communicated through email, she promised me that she would fight hard to make sure that I successfully apply and receive my ten-year green card. But since my ex-wife and I had just been divorced, I was sure that the possibility of a green card denial was so real. The first thing that Ms. Perez did was to walk me through the entire process of applying for the green card. She patiently explained to me all the basic steps and what would be required at each step. She allowed me to ask any questions or express any concerns I had about anything concerning my case. I, therefore, felt so safe with her and was able to express myself freely and with confidence. Ms. Perez did an amazing job of preparing all the documents and other supporting materials I needed to prove that my marriage had been in good faith and the divorce was unfortunate. Ms. Perez gathered all of my materials and even made copies (which was a lot of work) for me to keep. She filled the petition on my behalf. Ms. Perez was not only experienced and professional in her work. I noticed that she has a genuine desire to provide immigrants with immigration legal services. She maintained contact with me throughout the painful period just to make sure that I was doing okay. It is such a great feeling to have an attorney who truly values and cares for her clients and even encourages them positively. But that is a natural tendency for Ms. Perez as I later figured out. In less than 7 months since Ms. Alicia filled for my petition, I have my ten-year green card! I can go to sleep with much peace of mind without “what if” questions lingering in my head. My family and I can never thank Ms. Perez enough for her professionalism, experience, and great effort she put into my case. If anyone is out there seeking immigration advice or legal services, I would suggest you try Ms. Perez.

Contrate a al abogado Ernesto hace 4años para que me representara y defendiera mi caso, tenía una orden de deportación y no esperanzas de poder arreglar mi estatus legal en EEUU, después de 4 largos años y muchas apelaciones hechas por el abogado hoy no tengo orden de deportación y finalmente obtuvimos mi residencia, algo parecía inalcanzable Ernesto lo hizo posible, se los recomiendo al 100%. When I first started my quest for permanent residence and a green card,I spoke to a lawyer personally in New Orleans and also spoke to two on the telephone.Then I discovered Dobrina on the internet.My spouse and I felt her prices were reasonable so we contacted her. Mr. Neel was recommended through a friend and has been a pleasure working with to spearhead my immigration process. Ivan was very honest and very comforting during our initial meeting. He explained clearly how the process would play out and any alternative options just in case. He worked tirelessly on our case and always delivered on a timely manner. He is very intuitive and it shows how he manages any set backs. It certainly displays his mastery of the craft. Although he does have a very demanding schedule, all questions and phone calls were promptly answered. Mr. Trioni has defended me in his best ability with my case. I am amazed how the outcome of the case is turning out. I honestly thought Id get poor service since he wasn't a hired attorney but he has shown that not only does he do his job but cares for his client. I highly recommend Mr. Anthony P. Troiani to anyone who needs legal advice. I can honestly say I trust him and felt throughout the long process, he truly cared for my case as if it were his own.I was charged and jailed, alleged DWI. Shortly thereafter made my phone call and phoned a friend who left a message after hours with Mr. Troiani' s office. Mr Troiani contacted the jail personnel, exchanged information with authorities and a left message for myself all before 8:00 a.m. This city was not home for Mr. Troiani or myself. He continued to gather information from the DA, multiple expert witnesses’ documents, made multiple court dates requiring plane travel. He communicated well and established rapport with prosecutors, as if they were his home town friends and resolved the case without my receiving a trial, DWI conviction, probation, community service, and only a $100.00 fine and minimal court costs. I feel confident that this fine would have been avoided had I risked a jury trial and spent several more months waiting on a trial.

My immigration case was very difficult. I, unfurtunately, acquired several arrests (10+) during earlier years of my life. These arrests previously caused my citizenship application to be denied, when I applied on my own several years ago. More recently, after doing some research, I came to the conclusion that Foster, LLC. was the best choice, in attempting once more, to get my US citizenship. Mr. John Lasseign immediately went to work on finding a solution to my difficult case. There was the inevitable long waiting period until we received the final answer, from USCIS, but Mr. Lasseign's hard work and professionalism helped greatly in finally getting my US citizenship application approved. I called Ted for my immigration case and he was courteous from the get-go. He treated me like a real human being during the telephone consultation and not like just another case as other lawyers I had spoken to did. This was what encouraged me to meet with him. He listened attentively and told me what my options were without the usual scare tactics that other lawyers employ to make a case seem complicated and fleece you out of more money. One of his paralegals Eleazar, is also a wonderful guy and friendly. He was my liaison and was very meticulous and thorough. Long story short, my case was resolved successfully within four months of filing the application, and my green card was approved. Overall a very positive experience.

Nicole and all of her staff are excellent and very professional. They were able to help my husband when he was detained and sent to Port Isabel. He was there for 6 weeks. I was constantly on the phone with Claudia telling me everything that I needed to get on my end. The sooner the better! They are honest and do a wonderful job. They immediately went to see my husband when I called. They explained to him what was going to happen and what we needed to do. I did everything they told me to do and got all the paperwork and he went before the immigration judge and was released.

I bought a car from a local dealership using dealer financing. After I left the lot with the car, I learned that the finance manager at the dealership had forged my signature on a document saying that I owed several thousand dollars more than I agreed to. The dealership was harassing me with phone calls. I met with Counselor Socks and explained my situation to him. He picked up the phone, called the dealership and the problem was solved to my satisfaction. I was able to return the car and get my $2000 deposit back. I never could have done this by myself.

When i met with Mr Socks for the 1st time i was scared and not because of him but because of my legal problem with the IRS. Once i explained my problem to Mr Socks he told me what we needed to do and printed some form for me to fill out and get back to him. I seen results on things he did on my case with in a few days he had contacted the IRS and stopped levys. Shirin is amazing. She went above and beyond to get my citizenship done. It was a very hard case since I had a parent that was fighting against us doing this. Even though my parent lied and would not give correct information,Shirin would not give up. she kept on digging until she got exactly what we needed. What i expected in my asylum-immigration court procedings consultation: -Getting a quick response from attorney -If Attorney understood my case very well -If Attorney has or can create any strategies about the case, -If Attorney knows what the other party (Gov) will do against you I got advice, real advice from Brian not like many immigration attorney says “i think so, i dont think so, hire me and im gonna tell you.” I explained my case to Brian on virtual consultation, He understood my case very well without seeing a document but i felt like he already read all docs and knows my country conditions. He just charged 97 $ for consultation fee for 25 min but he gave talked to me and call me back after my internet connection cut off We talked for 1 hour. So i see Brian really care about his clients and he will do his best for them. In consultation, He says your chance is under %50 because of those reasons, He was right And also he says, i will increase these chance with my strategies and he explained mostly me some.

"A friend referred me to Mr. Manning after we had reached out to several immigration attorneys with no luck. I first heard about Travis Ware while overhearing a fellow coworker discussing her divorce. From all appearances, she wound up getting the raw end of the deal. When she was asked who her ex husband had for an attorney, I kept my face buried in my cellphone, but I was all ears. When she said "Travis Ware," I made a mental note to remember that name.
