Jeremiah Williams is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Williams. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and communicated effectively throughout my whole ordeal. Atty Sunita and her staff have done phenomenal job helping me on my petition for EB-1. My brother was charged with 2 aggravated assaults with a deadly weapon and a gun charge. My brother was innocent, however because of his past criminal record it was easy for the DA to charge him. It takes a very aggressive and knowledgeable defense attorney to fight for your loved ones innocence. Attorney Galaviz fought so hard for his innocence and even though the grand jury indicted my brother, the attorney after 4 months got all his charges dismissed!
In the past even though my brother was innocent on most of the accusations, at the advice of the lazy and non caring attorneys, my brother would just sign and not realizing that he never had to, but instead fight with the right representation!

Let me start by saying Jesus met me on the day I was to accept a DWI plea. My attorney I hired couldn’t make it so Jesus met me there. Upon reading the conditions my attorney negotiated Jesus advised me that if I was his client he wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing me to sign it. He then negotiated with the prosecutor and got me a much better deal. Saved me $5,000 in fines and a lesser charge. He did all of this without billing me a dollar. I am so grateful and would recommend him to anyone who is facing criminal charges in Dallas.

In 1981 at the age of 13, I arrived in the US as a refugee and received my green card shortly thereafter. In my youth, I committed multiple offenses, one of which was serious enough to be considered an "aggravated felony" for immigration purposes. However, despite of my record, I still wanted to become a citizen so that I could travel internationally without having to worry if I would clear immigration and customs upon returning. I also knew that my case would be complex and that I needed a good and experienced attorney to help me. My search started in 2010 (by this time I have been living as a green card holder for almost 30 years). I contacted multiple highly rated immigration attorneys listed on avvo.com and felt the most comfortable and confident with Mr. Chavez.
The process began with the office conducting a comprehensive review of my background and obtaining certified copies of court records. The work was impressive as they did not miss anything, and I know for certain that I could have never done this myself.
After carefully reviewing my record, Mr. Chavez recommended that, for now, I should not apply for citizenship because the risk was too high that USCIS could start removal proceeding against me. His strategy was for me to continue to follow the law, volunteer my time, and wait until the law is more favorable to my case before applying. I was devastated with this news because to me it meant to forget about ever becoming a citizen and this was the end of the road.
However, I didn't give up and neither did Mr. Chavez. I set a reminder and send an email to Mr. Chavez every few months just to check if there are any changes to the law that would benefit me. Then six years later (2016), Mr. Chavez and Caitlin Twyman contacted me to let me know that there is a pending case with the Supreme Court that could help (or hurt) me, depending on the decision. (The case is Mathis v. United States: http://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/mathis-v-united-states/). After determining that Mathis v. United States helps my situation, Mr. Chavez recommended that I apply.
With renewed confidence (on my part), and with the help of the office, we submitted my N-400 application in December 2016. On 03/22/2018, I had my interview with USCIS. During the interview, I was accompanied by Mr. Mark Lee (one of the excellent attorneys at the office). After the interview, the Officer stated that because my case was complicated, he needed more time to review (this usually means a long delay). However, Mr. Lee requested that the Officer review my while we were there so that we could answer any questions he may have. To my surprise, the Officer agreed and after reviewing my file, he verbally told us that he would recommend "approval" for my application. However, his decision was not final and pending a review/approval by his supervisor (this meant that it could be denied even though he wanted to approve). I believed what Mr. Lee did expedited the process by at least a few months and greatly helped my case. Then on 03/30/2018, I received a phone call from the Officer (who was great) informing me that my case has received final approval. Wooohooo, this was one of the best news I have received in a long time!!!!
After taking the Oath and receiving my certificate of naturalization on 04/17/2018, I feel as if I have been reborn, and I am forever grateful for the work done by Mr. Chavez, Mr. Lee, Ms. Twyman, Ariel, Beatriz and the support staff. So if you need help with any immigration matter, don’t hesitate to contact the office of Mr. Chavez and Valko.

I'd like to Thank the Office of Chavez and Valko for their hard work. I was very pleased with their extensive preparation for my case. They are very professional and courteous. For a little over 9 years, I had consulted with other immigration forms, and non of them could help me. They always gave me the "run-around" and uncertainty for my case. Being that another firm had lost all of our documents for immigration, With Chavez and Valko hard work, they were able to "find" copies of my documetns dating back to 1994! Also, during the interview, the officer was surprised that Chavez and Valko were able to get copies o fhtese documents. The officer also congratulated Chavez and Valko for this accomplishment. I have dealt with immigrations lawyers since 2008 when I was offered an H1B Visa back in Miami. Back then, I used a lawyer who made the process very smoothly. After few years with the H1B, I had to return to my country for personal reasons. 8 years later, I was offered another job in the US, but now in Virginia. I did the entire H1B process with another lawyer, but my visa was denied at the embassy level. I was so frustrated because I sold everything to move to the US since an initial lottery acceptance letter was received. Very little information and guidance was provided by the lawyer. At that moment, I reinvented myself and started looking for jobs again in my home country. I have already resigned, as well as my wife since this initial acceptance letter made us thought our Visa was approved. At that moment, a friend of mine recommended us Rebecca Whitehouse. Rebecca provided me and the company who wanted to hire me an alternative. We tried again, and my Visa was approved the following year. I was so amazed.....but guess what?.... 3 years later, and I no longer need the working visa...because I just received my green card :)
There are many things I can tell you about Rebecca, but what stands out the most are:
1. HONESTY: she was very honest since the beginning. Her price structure is fair. She could have charged me more by offering more services like renewing working VISA while waiting for green card, etc. But her advices and recommendations were always to benefit me and my family. On another occasion, I told her that my brother (with a degree in music production from Berklee) was potentially offered a creative job with a marketing and advertising emphasis and we wanted to hire her for the H1B process. She immediately told me that she would not take this case, as she knew it was going to get rejected due to the fact that the education did not match the job opening. She could have taken the case and then have it rejected and still charge the company for the work, specially since we are ignorant on immigration law. In fact, another immigrations lawyer told my brother and the company he would take the job, but we followed Rebecca's recommendation. This is why, I always told her that I would do whatever she recommended me to do. The level of trust I established with her was great.
2. Knowledgeable
3. Very detailed oriented: She tries to collect as much information as possible. She organizes everything very well, and makes sure there is no gap with information presented. She makes sure everything submitted to Uscis makes sense and is accurate.
For all these reasons and more, I strongly recommend Rebecca!

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Hector Lopez, our Immigration lawyer. As a spouse of a US Citizen, my request for a green card was approved by the USCIS only 3 months after Hector filed all my forms and documents.
Hector advised us on what to expect from the interview, the do's and don'ts, which helped us reduce the levels of anxiety. During the interview, the DHS officer asked for evidence (photos, etc.) and Hector promptly handed over a well organized package of documents and pictures, and the officer smiled and wished out loud if only all applicants would do the same thing, she was genuinely impressed. The interview lasted less than 6 minutes, and although the officer mentioned that it would take them between 3-4 working days to reach a decision, that same day in the afternoon our Lawyer was informed that the petition had been approved.
Without a doubt, we will request his services again in the future (petition for US Citizenship).
