I was very pleased working with Oresta on our IR1 immigration visa for my husband. The consultation we first had answered our many questions, and her explanations showed her extensive knowledge in the field. For over 3 years I was embroiled in a complicated litigation as the Defendant. I met with Robert Hahn for a consultation. My wife sponsored me for a marriage based green card, I also needed a waiver of concealing information on my DS160. My spouse had a wrongful eviction notice on her record hence not on a same rental lease. We hired Jane in August 2023, We submitted our filling to USCIS at the end of October 2023, EAD/advance parole approved mid December 2023, I130, I601 and I485 got approved on the same day mid January2024. Was referred to this firm by multiple people/ lawyers. I shouldn't have even wasted my time. Got more of a story about how they sympathize for my situation but basically because I'm a federal employee I'm not entitled to the same rights of protection as the general public, according to them. This is even with a judgment from the county court in my favor in regards to the matter. They just simply couldn't help with the employment matter. I suggest looking elsewhere for legal help.

Melissa came to bat for us when our family couldn't find someone to represent my brother while he was detained at the immigration center. My brother's case had been tied up in several appeals for almost 10 years and everyone was telling us to just cut our losses and allow the removal to happen.
Melissa listened to my family and I about the domestic violence my brother had experienced and despite VAWA being a relief often pursued by women and their children, she prepared the case for what appeared to be our last Hail Mary for my brother. Per her direction, we hired a psychiatrist to evaluate my brother and his daughters to help us beef up the case.
