I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation

People rely on lawyers and attorneys, usually, at points in their life that they'd rather not talk about. But, that's how it goes. Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing. They had released me of my duties and told me I was no longer going to be receiving any payment. Mr. Fuste worked extremely diligently on my case and for the five months I had been released sitting at home he was able to still get me my payments. Mr. Fuste finalized and won the case after just 5 months. I returned back to work thanks to him I am where I am today and continue doing what I love most.

Our community has had the pleasure of working with David Farber on a very difficult flash flood insurance claim. Although the insurance company denied and underpaid our claim on 10 out of 12 of our buildings, David successfully got the claim settled for hundreds of thousands of dollars more than what the insurance company initially paid. He is an excellent attorney, passionate, thorough, determined, very responsive, communicative and very detailed. He represented my daughter and I in the appeal of the parental termination of parental rights. He really cared and advocated for my daughter and I. Despite the complexity of my case and appeals court he explained everything well, he responded rapidly to motions filed, messages and emails, he took the time to review and learn our 9 entire 9 year case history well, he understood and explained to me the process including keeping me updated on anything that happen or motions filed in appeals court for my case.

Carrie, took our case after meeting with us in an effort to help us. She was upfront about the issues she saw and the hurdles ahead. It's rare to find anything good to say these days about virtually anything, but we have found an exception in the legal work of Steven Swartz, Esq. of Carballo Law, P.A.!
We were in a position of having to put through a travel insurance claim for our elderly parents' 6-week trip abroad that had to be cancelled due to a medical condition. The trip had been booked for mid July 2020 and we filed the claim in the beginning of May. For nearly four months we were stonewalled by the insurance company, who remained completely unresponsive to our numerous communications and then ultimately denied our claim outright... twice! We finally called Steven based on a personal recommendation, and right from our initial phone consultation we knew we had the right guy. He quickly ascertained the legitimacy of our position within the policy criteria, digested all the steps we had taken thus far, and turned out a 100-page detailed response including evidence and on-point legal citations that was followed up by the filing of a bad faith grievance with the Florida DFS and ultimately resulted in the payment of our claim... all in a little over a month! We could never have achieved such a successful outcome without him!
But more than just securing our claim, Steven was a true pleasure to work with. He was attentive, forthright and clear in all our dealings with him, addressing our myriad questions and concerns quickly, cordially and comprehensively – traits that unfortunately are not always readily found in attorneys these days. We cannot recommend his services highly enough, and while we hope to never need him again, we certainly know whom we will turn to without hesitation should we require legal representation in the future.

For the most part, unfortunately when you need an attorney it's because you need help with a difficult situation. That's what I received from Francisco Cieza, help. I found myself in a scary situation where I was taken advantage of and I didn't know what to do. I had never been in trouble or been in a situation where I needed a lawyer, but here I was! Francisco quickly defused my anxiety by giving me the facts of my case. This was going to be a process. I had questions, he had answers. I was nervous, he calmed me down. I never waited too long for a response whether it was a reply to an email or a phone call that he missed due to helping another client. He always followed up in a timely manner and was professional while being sympathetic to my situation. Needless to say I was very happy with the outcome of my case. Through my years I have dealt with several different attorneys. Russell Dohan is the professional attorney that I have ever dealt with. Russell reasearched all aspects of my case, he kept me well informed about everything going on. Both in the court room and out he is very professional, curtious, respectful, etc. I can not say enough good about him, so if you are looking for an attorney that will work with you on your case then he is your man. If not for his dillegence on my case I would not have ended up with the settlement that I received, which I am very happy with.

I can’t say enough about Robert Rossano. I was involved in an accident where I was injured and my car was totaled. He talked me through what I needed to do and what the process would entail. A pipe burst in my bathroom last year and I was recommended to The Strems Law Firm by my neighbor. I made a phone call to get more information and was able to hire them to help me with my claim. After my insurance company refused to give me any money and chose to deny my claim, I was told by one of their employees that the next step would be to enter into litigation in order to be able to make my repairs.
