I cannot express how grateful I am to have had my case finalized by Ehrlich & Naparstek. I say finalized because originally my case was with a giant firm and the file just gets pushed around from desk to desk. Due to a conflict of interest they transferred my case to Ehrlich & Naperstek, it was the best thing they did for me. I was giving frequent updates, they found so many missing pieces that were significant to the case and I ended with a significantly larger settlement than the original firm was requesting. I hope no one ever finds themself in a situation that you need an injury attorney but if you do this is the one you want representing you. Bigger is not better. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had an issue with a burst pipe underneath our house that was causing extremely high water and electrical bills. My wife and I presented the situation to a handful of lawyers and experts to see what options we would have. I can’t say enough about Robert Rossano. I was involved in an accident where I was injured and my car was totaled. He talked me through what I needed to do and what the process would entail. A pipe burst in my bathroom last year and I was recommended to The Strems Law Firm by my neighbor. I made a phone call to get more information and was able to hire them to help me with my claim. After my insurance company refused to give me any money and chose to deny my claim, I was told by one of their employees that the next step would be to enter into litigation in order to be able to make my repairs. Carlos Fernandez is the attorney assigned to my case and has helped me to understand every step of the way. Him and the employees at the firm have always returned my call and or email when I wanted status on my case. As of last week, my case was finally able to be closed and I can now look forward to receiving the money to be able to make my repairs. One night I was struck on my motorcycle by a car making a blind left-hand turn. It left me hospitalized and unable to walk for about half a year. Marcus Fernandez is a top notch attorney. I hired him for an injury case. He went above and beyond my expectations. He would keep me posted on my case often, via phone calls, since my schedule didn't all time for a face to face. He was willing to incorporate my time into his schedule.
One thing I have to say is that he asked me one question. "What do you expect to get out of this suit financially" he said to take a week and honestly think about it. Well I did just that. Now I could have thrown out a number and that would have been it. But I took his advice and listed all the specific details. Every night I was up in pain all night. All the days I missed work, family finances that occurred from this incident. I wrote the list so specific that I came down to every penny that I felt was owed to me, and details as to why.
Mr. Fernandez called me and said that with all his experience he never had someone do that. Normally they would come up with a number and that was that. I said well you asked me to really think about it and be specific. Well that's what I did.
The next step was the deposition, in which he did explain to me how difficult they defense would be and he would correct. He prepped me for just that.
One thing I have to say is that at first I went with a "popular" law firm Morgan & Morgan, because of their popularity. And they dropped the ball on my case. I learned that it's not about the person with Morgan & Morgan. You're just a number there. But with Fernandez you're an individual who matters.
Bottom line we won the case and he did get the amount I wanted and felt was fare. He was amazing and I would recommend him 100%.

Mr. Brooks is an exceptional defense lawyer for medical malpractice defense. I am sure he functions in other legal area's as well but my personal experience has been physician malpractice defense. His detail work and knowledge of strategy were remarkable.
