Robert and his staff have been nothing but professional and efficient! They will definitely show the experience they have. Prior to Robert sparks I had a console that in 3 years I wasn’t getting anywhere and going on 4 years of not seeing my son. As soon as I hired Robert Sparks he was able to not only get me quality time within 3 months, but within 6 months he got me a 50/50 time sharing even after many false allegations from mom to DCF about child abuse. If it wasn’t for Carl Reynolds Law (Kamila Brannen) Tom and I would have been completely lost on what to do after our accident. We would have been stuck with over $300,000 in medical bills alone. Makes empty promises and can’t ANSWER the phone. I reached out via personal number and was cussed out by Monique low. I would never recommend this law firm. After they capture their clients with great care and kindness, but once they take the case, it is a lack of attention, irresponsibility, rudeness and more because I had to make many calls throughout the entire period of time that I was with them so that they could give me information about my case, (since they told me "we will call you" and they only did it to tell me the dismissal of my case), every time I called and managed to get through, they took action from the little they did, such as sending 3 letters to the hotel and since they did not receive a response from the hotel at any time, they dismissed my case, all this happened from 03/2022 to 11/2023, that is, 20 months to dismiss my case, that is too long, that was an act of serious irresponsibility. My new lawyer in 7 months has already filed a formal complaint.
If you thought my case was nonsense, you wouldn't have taken it and I wouldn't have wasted my time with you.

I unfortunately hired this lawyer back in 2022 to assist me with my case. The communication from the start was great. It wasn’t until I paid the initial $2500 fee of the total $5000 that the communication started to become really poor. I would persistently reach out to him for info regarding my case and would hardly hear back from him. My biggest issue was that he advised me that I was being sued for $7000 when in actuality it was close to $14k! Talk about false information. But it doesn’t stop there! He OFFERED to assist me with getting my record expunged after my case closed and did absolutely nothing! I contacted his office and spoke with Jimmi, his assistant only to find out that after 2 months of receiving my application, it was not filed with the SA office. So I took matters into my own hands and did the entire process myself. My record was expunged 2 months after I filed it. Mr. Shwarz told me it would take 6 months! Ha! What a joke.

I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I have reason to. I’ll first start by saying I’ve never met a lawyer so honestly forthcoming with information. I first retained him to represent my boyfriend back in 2005. He did as he said he would. The 2nd time, was for a relative. He would not take my money or let me retain him. He was straight forward and told me an attorney was unnecessary. I was a bit nervous, but he was 100% accurate. The 3rd time, was for myself. He had the bogus charges dropped, as promised. The last time I hired him was for a friend just a few months ago. Once again, he did as promised. Randy is an amazing criminal attorney. Those of you that gave him 1 star, shame on you! I’m sure there’s more to the story. He is the only attorney I’ll ever hire, though I’m hoping I won’t need his remarkable services a 5th time. Randy, Amanda, and everyone else in his practice, thank you for all that you do! You are incredible and it does not go unnoticed!

After years of a frustrating process with our insurance company in regards to a denied sinkhole claim, we came to the conclusion that we would need to file a lawsuit. Brad Stewart has been my attorney for the past 10 years in a long and exhausting case that was finally settled for over 1 million dollars after my insurance company refused to pay the policy limits of 100,000 and I had to sue them for bad faith. He handled my case expertly through a jury trial where the verdict was in our favor and then the appeals process that the insurance company put us through. There’s a reason he’s got so many reviews and all five stars, now I’d give 10, but not an option. This is about a decade late but I ran across an old email and figured I’d check in/leave my thoughts. I’ve never had an attorney be so friendly /understanding and work so damn hard (I’ve worked w many). Hes a unique breed and having worked for law firms In the area, gotten to know many local esq’s etc (as a legal assistant), id choose him any day. He followed up with me long after I felt “things” were more than fine, and every call meant so much. Last time I saw him I believe was in TPA Int..comes up, “thought that was you, how are things, any changes etc”. Trust me, you found the right guy here!! Won’t ever forget ya bud!
Btw- office looks nice! I was there for the early days :) moved away but will be in the Bay on NYE. Your Number plugged in to phone JUST in case :) jk jk. Cheers !

Horrible experience with Mr. Strolla. He took my case never informing me that I had court dates, one I was required to be at and could have ended with me having a bench warrant. He pleaded for me based on a misinterpreted text message. I consistently asked to meet him in person and was ignored. When asking about my case, ignored, when I finally said I may need to hire a different attorney, he immediately answered and said let me know and i'll sign the paperwork. $5,000 completely wasted I would have been better off with a public defender and they would have cared more. Worst experience of my life and the worst part he was referred to me .... he is a great talker in the beginning and then never follows through...
Going to court is scary and you want an attorney that has your back and fights for you, not one that takes your money and ignores you.

Horrible people ! I straight up fired them and they still harassed me on a daily basis to sign checks for them. Worst law firm I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER recommend anyone use their services. The BAR will be hearing from me about how you all handled my case from beginning to end. Took over 8+ months to get my ALE that they said they were not going to fight for , then when I pushed the issue they finally looked into it for me after 8+ months. I called to get a copy of my statement and I got told " No one in our office likes you , you have been nothing but rude " then proceeds to hang up on me. Again I would never recommend anyone to use this law firm. I fired them through email and they still continued to contact me and did not remove themselves as counsel after several letters informing them I did not want them representing me any further. Run run run. Find a different place.
