I was in a car accident in November 2022, on my way to work the week after Thanksgiving—and just one week after paying off my car loan! A teenage boy turned across three lanes of traffic directly in front of me while I was going 50 mph. I was driving a Honda Civic Coupe, and he was in a Super Duty Ford F150. I remember my life flashing before my eyes. I was taken to Piedmont Hospital by ambulance and later sent home with three broken ribs, stitches in my knee, abrasions on my arms, shoulders, and legs, and bruises across my chest and abdomen where the seatbelt saved my life.
Josh and Cap fought for me for nearly two years while the opposing party tried every trick in the book to paint me as at fault. This was despite clear evidence to the contrary and the sworn statement of the Georgia State Patrol officer who was the first responder at the scene. The opposing party’s insurance repeatedly lowballed me for a full year, offering a settlement that was less than half their client’s insurance policy and not even enough to cover my hospital bills.
Almost two years to the day, Josh and Cap settled my case for 50% higher than the opposing party’s insurance policy—nearly 3.5 times more than the insurance company’s original offer. I cannot express the gratitude and respect I have for this team of real-life superheroes. Thank you so much for all you do, for what you stand for, and for the genuine care you have for your clients.

Dave Currie was the best person and lawyer I could have found for my case. My case was a sexual assault case, the incident occurred at a nationally known massage establishment by a licensed massage therapist. Needless to say the case could have been extremely uncomfortable for me, but Dave made every step of the process comfortable and as easy as possible. When anything uncomfortable came up Dave always had my back and made me feel like we were a team, he even took the time to get to know my family that would come along to some of the meeting with me. When it came time for the depositions and negotiations I was extremely nervous, but Dave was knowledgeable and honest about how the proceedings go and it helped a lot with my nerves. Dave Currie is an outstanding lawyer. I was injured in and explosion that left me with permanent hearing damage. Due to my field of business, it was a career ending injury and very important to me. The first lawyer I contacted was horrible. The initial consult was great but it wasnt long before I was wondering what else I needed to be doing and where my case stood. After numerous attempts to reach him and few, if any, return calls, I researched specialized ear injury lawyers and found Dave Currie. After speaking to Dave on the phone for a brief description of his expertise, I fired my current lawyer and went to meet Dave and his team. Let me just say that immediately upon entering his office, I felt amazed at how professional and courteous everyone was. I sat down at a huge table and had 3 people completely focused on what I had to say. Kenya Cantrell, one of Dave's associates, began taking notes, and was ALWAYS available when Dave was not. She promptly returned phone calls and emails, and followed up with all my questions and even questions that I didn't know I had at the time. I was also very impressed at the level of communication that I had with Dave. There were quite a few times that he returned calls and emails on the weekends and days he was out of the office or off. Dave's knowledge of the specifics of my injury were very impressive. He knew some of the doctors that I have seen on a first name basis and was personally sympathetic to my condition. He was very honest with me at all times and if at any point he was unfamiliar with something, he said so, and promptly researched information and followed up with me about it. Dave went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was going on and what all I needed to do while we were awaiting a hearing. During the time before my hearing, I had some troubling family problems and Dave was genuinely concerned for me and what was going on. He postponed a few things while I dealt with them and did not hound me into continuing my case until I was ready. He is very professional yet so comfortable talking to you, its like speaking to an old friend. As time started boiling down, we scheduled a deposition. Dave walked me through what would happen and gave me the direction that I needed to enter the deposition with confidence. After about 5 hours of depositions, things went exactly as Dave had explained. A few days passed and the negotiations began. Dave informed me in great detail what similar cases had settled for and suggested that I not set my sights too high. After many counter offers and Dave's expert negotiating, we settled for about 10 percent higher than the highest settlement for similar and some exceeding the damage that I suffered. I am so pleased that I chose Dave Currie. This was the only time I ever needed a lawyer and I was so relieved that everything went so smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anything more in a representative or a friend.

Philip is wonderful! He was incredibly responsive to all of my questions (by email, phone, and in person) and he actually listened. I'd had a consultation with another lawyer before I met Philip, and he I either didn't listen or chose to ignore some of my questions and concerns. Philip never rushed or talked down to me. He patiently answered all of my question (and I ask a lot of questions!), which allowed me to trust him and believe that he truly had my best interest at heart. He even offered to talk to my parents to alleviate any concerns they might have had (I'm well over 18, by the way; they were just being nervous parents). It's been a couple years since Philip settled my case, and anytime I hear anyone bemoaning their experience with a lawyer, I reflect on my experience with Philip and thank God that I found someone with such a good and patient heart. The fact that he settled my case for a significant amount was great, but even if it had been less, I would re-hire Philip again in a heartbeat; though of course, I hope to never require his services again.

John did a great job presenting the facts and defending me when my neighbor was shot. This required outside the box thinking that John did well. As Defense lawyers go, I would put him in close to the top 10%. A good lawyer is not cheap, but will worth it in our corrupt Justice system.
John and I worked as a team, which I liked since it was my future at stake. John got to know me as a person and not just a name (or checking account number). He was open to my ideas on how to prove the accusers were lying. One must realize that lawyers are also actors and must impress the jury. John was good.
I would use him again if I needed an attorney.
