I consulted with Ms Rowen about a complex employment issue. She listened carefully and asked the right questions to allow me to decide whether to take action. She also was comfortable reaching out to another colleague for expertise. I elected not to proceed with the case, in part based on Ms Rowen's candor in describing the pros and cons. I appreciated that she genuinely wanted me to make the decision that would be best for me. I wouldn't consider retaining any other attorney for a complex issue such as this.

When I emailed the Bowman Lawfirm I received a response within the hour and was able to meet with Catherine Bowman the next day! Attorney Jeffrey Diamond is a sensitive, compassionate, and above all, very competent lawyer. I cannot say enough good things about him. We were referred to him by another attorney who thought our case was interesting, and he knew Atty. Diamond would be the one who could help us.
We were so lucky that Mr. Diamond, who is semi-retired, was willing to tackle what I thought, was an impossible case to win. We had never hired a lawyer for this type of case and we were totally lost as to what we should do, where we should go.
Atty. Diamond was quick to understand and grasp the implications of our case, much to our relief! When he took this on, he explained everything, step by step to us, something for which we were most grateful. His communication skills are second to none. We would receive daily emails updating us as to what was happening, with detailed explanations. We couldn’t have asked for more.
It’s no wonder Atty. Diamond has been named “Super Lawyer” by his peers for 10 years running. Not only that, he teaches Insurance Law at both John Marshall’s Law School as well as at Georgia State University College of Law.

I contacted Mr. Diamond for legal advice with assistance for a Homeowners Insurance Claim and he gave so much attention to reviewing documents and correspondence. He gave me his professional opinion and advice and had my best interest at heart which was so greatly appreciated. He could have taken on my case for me but it was not beneficial to me in the long run and would have less to repair with if he took my case but instructed me on immediate steps to take to protect my interests. He is a True GEM and if I ever need him in the future, I know he is there with expertise and experience and has familiarized himself with my needs. I went to consult with Mr. Trivedi regarding a legal matter that I had very little time to manage before my court date. Mr. Tidwell handled a "slip and fall" case for us. We could not have made a better decision regarding attorney selection. We found him to be genuine, honest, ethical, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. We had hired an attorney previously, and he sat on our case for almost two years without ever contacting us, so it was great working with an attorney the caliber of Mr. Tidwell. He apprised us of potential pitfalls and possibilities relative to our case and was sincerely interested in our needs. He promptly returned phone calls, kept us up to date on every movement on our case. We felt comfortable with Mr. Tidwell, fully expecting to have to go to court. Just prior to our court date he suggested we go to mediation with the defendant, especially since it appeared they were anxious to settle out of court. We can't help but believe it was Mr. Tidwell's tenacity and willingness to go to trial that convinced the defendant to go to mediation. Prior to mediation he informed us what we could expect, the risk/reward scenario, etc. His projections proved to be dead on, and after a long day of playing that game, we felt we were victorious and were extremely pleased with the results.

Recently we were hit with an outrageously frivolous civil lawsuit. As someone who never had any experience with the court system, we had no idea where to start. We only had 3 weeks to hearing and I frantically called every lawyer in town and surrounding area, but everyone was booked or wouldn’t even return the call. A terrifying place to be. I called this firm and I was promptly transferred to Mr. Schwartz. (WOW! A FIRST!) He listened to my story, asked me some details about the case. I emailed him the court papers and some of my supporting evidence. Quite a bit of it too. He took the time to evaluate the case, consult with his partners, and next day agreed to represent us on such a short notice.
Due to logistics, we ended up hiring a local lawyer. (and pray we didn’t make a mistake) Mr. Schwartz was extremely gracious when I told him we’ll go with this other person, wished me all the best, and said he would gladly assist me in the future, if the need ever arises. Not a word about his time spent on my behalf or mention of a payment owed to him. The humanity and character of this lawyer was absolutely astounding, especially after going through the despair of not finding any legal help anywhere else. I SO wish he was local!!! I felt comfortable talking to him, I didn’t feel rushed or a burden. He was not condescending, as most lawyers are I find out, but warm, patient, with a healthy dose of humor, which God knows I needed, didn’t make empty promises, but gave me a realistic picture of the process involved. (also a sobering one). Now, that I blew my chance to have him in my court, if I only get lucky enough that he would not represent the plaintiff! That’s how good I think he is.
A shout out to all unresponsive lawyers/firms out there: take a lesson from this gentleman on how to treat a potential client in distress. Return the call in a timely manner, even if you won’t take the case: just say so! It’s common courtesy, so we can move on to the next person.
In my experience with him, Mr. Schwartz proved to be an absolute 10* first class act. Highly recommend him (just not to my plaintiff…)

My experience with Mr. Franklin Hughes was nothing less than excellent, as he is caring, ethical, innovative, and brilliant. I had never needed a lawyer in this capacity before so the whole process was new to me. First, I need to admit that I never post any testimonials or reviews. However, I am so impressed with an excellent service provided by Attorney David W. Gordon that I decided to write this review.
As an expert in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering I have been working as an expert witness with the best product liability attorneys nationwide for over 15 years. They were large, multi million dollar cases and in each case there were several attorneys working with me. I prepared for them the extensive technical interrogatories that were submitted to courts for the defendants to answer and constantly advised these attorneys about various technical aspects. I have a pretty good experience working numerous attorneys. Obviously, I also met some attorneys with whom I would not work.
Mr. David W. Gordon has provided service for me for the last 4 years. He very successfully represented me (a creditor) in the several bankruptcy cases and on a number of occasions advised me in a business and liability related matters. Prior to meeting Mr. Gordon I used a 3 other bankruptcy attorneys and my experience with them was terrible. They were basically incompetent, unprofessional, did not do what they promised to do, would not communicate with me (even will not return my calls), and on one occasion gave me an advise that soon after the bankruptcy judge imposed on me a several thousand of dollars penalty for violating the bankruptcy court rules.
Mr. Gordon is the most professional bankruptcy attorney I ever known. I plan to use his services forever. He is very knowledgeable in bankruptcy cases and very successful in his litigation. He helped me a lot in every case and frequently in a short period of time. He communicates with his clients right away and returned my calls immediately after he had received my message. I must admit that sometimes I called him over the weekends and he did not mind that and responded right away. He is very particular and takes care about his clients in a really fantastic way. Mr. Gordon’s charges are very reasonable and I recommend him most highly to everyone!
