I received my first DUI this past November and thought i had ruined my life. I reached out to Jeff Gold shortly after and he assured me that it was not the end of the world. Jeff immediately got me to start working a program that would turn my life around, not just fight the DUI. I began attending AA meetings and working with therapists to try and change my relationship with alcohol. After three months of work and diligence i was able to get my sentence reduced! Scott does a great job of taking care of my legal issues, so I can focus on my Property Management business. I had an issue with a person that had purchased a building from me, and then many months later tried to make an issue that there was a problem with the 2nd floor of the building. We disclosed all in Escrow, but this person still tried to make an issue of it, and Scott quickly and efficiently took care of the issue. This is just one of the cases that Scott handled. His advice is extremely valuable and has certainly helped me make my business more successful. Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

when I got into a car accident - all I wanted was to go see a doctor to get rid of my back pain but not all doctors accept patients from a car accident. - I called Iris and she got me assigned to a doctor right away. The doctors she sent me were really good. She took genuine care of my health and checked up on me to make sure that the treatment was working.
No need to follow up with her - she is always on top of the case.
I'd hire her again - but hopefully I don't get into any accidents in the future :)

Richard is a great lawyer. He handles cases with the utmost care and concern. He also returns telephone calls and responds to his own emails.
He litigated my case against a large insurance company when they refused to pay me for my substantial loss. In the end, the insurance company lost all of its motions in court and the case was ultimately resolved in my favor.

If you are looking for an attorney, I HIGHLY recommend Tony Stuart. I cannot say enough good things about Tony Stuart and his work and knowledge of the law. I hired Mr. Stuart a few years ago to take on a large insurance company that I wanted to sue for fraud, misrepresention, et cetera. Tony took on my case and I was so impressed with his work, his diligence, and the way he worked with me and explained things to me. He found out amazing things in his investigations and worked hard for me. We settled out of court and Tony got me $1.7 million!
If you want a good, competent, no-nonsense, no BS attorney, I suggest you call Mr Stuart, and I say this not only as his client, but as a court reporter. I have been a deposition/court reporter in this town for over 20 years and I can say without hesitation that Mr. Stuart is one of the better attorneys I have seen get the job done.
If I ever need an attorney again, I would most definitely call him again.
