I needed assistance from an attorney because an investment firm had made a mistake in my fund allocations, resulting in loss of income to me. Chad was persistent with them in requesting that they pay this lost income to me. His knowledge of the laws pertaining to my case were very well presented in his correspondence with them. His persistence resulted in my receiving the entire sum I requested, despite their reluctance to do so! He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with! If you are looking for an attorney, I HIGHLY recommend Tony Stuart. I cannot say enough good things about Tony Stuart and his work and knowledge of the law. I hired Mr. Stuart a few years ago to take on a large insurance company that I wanted to sue for fraud, misrepresention, et cetera. Tony took on my case and I was so impressed with his work, his diligence, and the way he worked with me and explained things to me. He found out amazing things in his investigations and worked hard for me. We settled out of court and Tony got me $1.7 million!
If you want a good, competent, no-nonsense, no BS attorney, I suggest you call Mr Stuart, and I say this not only as his client, but as a court reporter. I have been a deposition/court reporter in this town for over 20 years and I can say without hesitation that Mr. Stuart is one of the better attorneys I have seen get the job done.
If I ever need an attorney again, I would most definitely call him again.

What could have been a second DUI from a prior wet/reckless was argued down to a first offense. I have been through an insurance nightmare with my house that was destroyed in a fire years ago and two horrible lawyers who mishandled my bad Faith Insurance case that was significant. One has since been suspended. Their actions buried the lawsuit when my insurance company actually flew people in prepared to offer a significant settlement at mediation. I called Dale on Christmas Eve and he actually picked up the call and spent over a half an hour talking to me. After hearing very specific facts, he was the only one patient and bright enough to see that there is a possibility of still recovering money from my insurance company to enable me to rebuild my house after years of it sitting burned out. I had contacted over a hundred lawyers, bar associations, referral services, etc. trying to get help and Dale is the first one who gave me hope and had the insight and experience to see past what other lawyers couldn't. I look forward to working with him as soon as he returns from his Christmas Vacation and ending this nightmare I have been through.

My company turned to Mr. Good to help us wade through an extremely complex license agreement for a brand expansion into a new market. We were dealing with a very sophisticated licensor and we had no prior licensing experience. We were worried about brand dilution, loss of control, and a long term obligation with little benefit. There were many issues to discuss and their lateral impact on the overall deal. Mr. Good and his team were able to decipher the agreements individual pieces, analyze the key issues of impact, and present a multitude of options. They were very responsive to our input and the end product was an agreement that not only makes us happy, it was fair to both parties. I have had several other issues that we have used Mr. Good and his firm on, including copyright infringement enforcement of our website, trademark infringement enforcement and lease agreement negotiations. Every time it is the same positive experience, helpful legal insight, and quick responsiveness. Mr. Good is helpful at showing us what the typical terms of these agreements are, what our leverage could possibly change, what issues might not to change, and what options we have to work around things in order to get what we want. I realize that putting 5 stars in each category may undermine this reviews authenticity, but I have absolutely no reason to lower a single mark in all the times my company has hired him.

We used Ray Tamaddon for a hotly disputed contractual matter. He was refreshingly honest and straightforward about the merits of our case and did an excellent job to protect our interests. If you found yourself with a lawyer that promises you the world and promises top notch service just to be uncontactable after you paid the retainer, then you are in the same boat as me.
I had another lawyer before coming to David Zolkin in a last ditch effort to save my company. The other lawyer was simply uncontactable after i paid the retainer. Their secretary would always take a message but i would never get a call back. And creditors don't wait. They are super scary and not being able to get a hold of your lawyer is super frustrating.
Long story short. I cancelled the other useless lawyer and came to David Zolkin for some real help.
David is a very kind and patient lawyer. He will not sell you the most expensive product unless he feels you really need it. He took the time to understand me and my business and we worked out a way without having to go through chapter 11. which would be really expensive and a win for the lawyer.
Instead we focused on renegotiating with the creditors and to get some breathing room.
David will be by your side. Not only that he will give you his person cell number and you can contact him anytime. And by anytime i mean anytime. He will always pick up and answer your text.
He is truly a diamond lawyer and i can only recommend him to anyone that needs a lawyer for credit related issues.

I was involved in an auto accident where the other party was at fault, but they didn't want to accept responsibility, and their insurance wouldn't cover the damage. I called Cutrone & Associates, and Lou was really helpful. He talked through my situation over the phone and gave me great advice for my case even though there was really nothing in it for him because I am going to have to go through small claims court (you can't have a lawyer with you in small claims court).
