My livelihood was on the line I needed legal representation fast and I needed someone very knowledgeable regarding my situation. I went online in search of an attorney and I chose Howell, Buchan, and strong because of their reviews. Attorney Brown and Attorney Buchan went over the entire process of a case such as mine and reassured me that they would get the best possible results and when I tell you they did that and more. I'm a true believer in God I had never heard of this law firm , but when I was in search of legal representation I was lead to them. I didn't even chose a lawyer from the city where I live. My daughter, Natalie Asport and I were referred to Clint Moore, Esq. from the attorney general's office and the Florida Bar Association due to an insurance claim we filed during Hurricane Ian. As of today, we have not received the funds awarded to repair our roof due to the roofers alleging that Natalie had signed a contract during the claim. We found out that the roofers forged her signature, and we reached out to the attorney general's office for assistance as the attorney handling our claim revealed a conflict of interest with the roofers. We reached out Mr. Moore and he gave us awesome advice on how to deal with this matter. If we would not be able to do it on our ow, Mr. Moore would be ready to help us out as his representative. Through his guidance, we resolved the issue and negotiated with the roofers of course with a portion to be released to them and soon we can begin repairs when the funds are received. I think what set Mr Hogan apart from other lawyers is that I was able to talk to him frequently and he always seemed to truly care about my case. I had the wonderful experience of having Charles W. Smith as my lawyer. When I tell you the attention the detail and the kindness that he puts out was absolutely amazing.
Anytime I would call I was always greeted by Gina Amat & Rebeca McCormack. They really take care of their clients and completely listen to any issues or concerns you have. Whether I emailed them or called them I always got a response.
This is a no fool around law firm, they are there to get the job done and make sure their clients are taken care. I did not feel like a client to them, I felt like I was somebody that they truly cared about and they wanted to make sure that I was happy by the end results.

Mr Smith is by far the BEST lawyer I have dealt with in every aspect of the way. Between his values on client satisfaction and his dedication to his cases on an individual bases shows that not only is he a very personable man but a highly professional one as well. I hired Laura not too long ago to help me with a Domestic Violence Injunction. Laura was always by my side and was on top of the case. She was there to answer my calls right away after dialing, whether at Midnight or Early in the morning. She did the same for any E-Mails sent to us, providing us with any documents that would be needed for the outcome we wished for. Then came the day of the hearing. She was punctual and there early, and she was sharp and was able to persuade the judge to go in a manner that is greatly done. Normally, Injunctions only last for about 1 - 2 years. But, with Laura's help we got an answer that seemed impossible, a ten year injunction. We got an answer that went beyond out expectations. I would recommend Laura for anyone. I would not think twice about reccommending Daniel to anyone who has been in a car accident or is having any sort of issue with their insurance company. Alex was one of the attorney’s that replied back to me on a lawyer referral site. I was in an auto accident where a driver ran a red light. I could not avoid hitting her.
This accident aggravated a previous injury and instantly life changed. The at-fault driver was driving her mother’s car. The Mother’s policy limits were mediocre, which just seemed so unfair after everything.
After doing some research, it was discovered that the at-fault driver also had a separate auto policy. However they we’re not very cooperative in the beginning. Thanks to Alex’s tenacity, both insurance companies tendered me their limits.
Everyone in the Ed Norman office has been great to deal with. I loved the personal attention that went into my case. They were always very responsive and helpful!
I referred my brother to them and they are doing the same great work on his case! I would definitely trust them to protect my best interests in the future!

My husband and I had a terrible experience with the first lawyer we hired to handle a Family Law dispute with my husband's ex-wife; he actually put us in a worse position than where we started. Mr. Couch was referred to me by some close friends and he was more than happy to help. The difference between Mr. Couch and many other attorneys you will come to encounter is that he actually cares about his clients. I have never met someone so caring and devoted- he was honest and upfront with us the entire time and he still fought hard for us. Mr. Rugh represented us against someone who claimed they were injured in our parking lot. From the beginning he spent time answering my questions and explaining the process (my first time being sued in 15 years!). He did a fantastic job and ultimately the guy who sued me (and his attorney) dismissed the case for $100, when they had originally demanded $1 million! I highly recommend him.

Finally an honest lawyer. Mr. Rugh defended me in a lawsuit where a man claimed he was seriously injured. The lawsuit caused anxiety for my wife and I and Mr. Rugh calmed our fears and spent a lot of time explaining what was happening. He gave us all the time we wanted and was masterful in getting the case against us dismissed. I can't recommend he and his staff any higher. They have completely changed our opinion of lawyers and showed us there are some outstanding and honest lawyers out there.

EVERYONE at this office are cream of the crop! I had the best experience with Matt Pardy. After a car accident I was in horrible pain and soon after I lost both my parents I was a mess.
