Alex was one of the attorney’s that replied back to me on a lawyer referral site. I was in an auto accident where a driver ran a red light. I could not avoid hitting her.
This accident aggravated a previous injury and instantly life changed. The at-fault driver was driving her mother’s car. The Mother’s policy limits were mediocre, which just seemed so unfair after everything.
After doing some research, it was discovered that the at-fault driver also had a separate auto policy. However they we’re not very cooperative in the beginning. Thanks to Alex’s tenacity, both insurance companies tendered me their limits.
Everyone in the Ed Norman office has been great to deal with. I loved the personal attention that went into my case. They were always very responsive and helpful!
I referred my brother to them and they are doing the same great work on his case! I would definitely trust them to protect my best interests in the future!

My husband and I had a terrible experience with the first lawyer we hired to handle a Family Law dispute with my husband's ex-wife; he actually put us in a worse position than where we started. Mr. Couch was referred to me by some close friends and he was more than happy to help. The difference between Mr. Couch and many other attorneys you will come to encounter is that he actually cares about his clients. I have never met someone so caring and devoted- he was honest and upfront with us the entire time and he still fought hard for us. I actually get choked up thinking about how wonderful Mr. Couch was and how effective and helpful he was to our cause- we were in a really tough place and he has actually made our life and our situation better! Words cannot express how grateful we are to Mr. Couch. He is truly amazing.

Mr. Rugh represented us against someone who claimed they were injured in our parking lot. From the beginning he spent time answering my questions and explaining the process (my first time being sued in 15 years!). He did a fantastic job and ultimately the guy who sued me (and his attorney) dismissed the case for $100, when they had originally demanded $1 million! I highly recommend him.

Finally an honest lawyer. Mr. Rugh defended me in a lawsuit where a man claimed he was seriously injured. The lawsuit caused anxiety for my wife and I and Mr. Rugh calmed our fears and spent a lot of time explaining what was happening. He gave us all the time we wanted and was masterful in getting the case against us dismissed. I can't recommend he and his staff any higher. They have completely changed our opinion of lawyers and showed us there are some outstanding and honest lawyers out there.

Vanessa is intelligent, hardworking, and knows the law very well. She was able to help me identify several corner cases in my communications and negotiate a civil contract matter with a lot of specific and unusual circumstances, and she was able to do it incredibly fast (because it was time sensitive). On several occasions she was only minutes away. Because of her help, I was able to be confident negotiating my dispute and it worked out.

My wife spoke with Jd. Strong today during a 30-minute consultation. He was excellent! He listened to her concerns and immediately provided her with resources to address them independently. Jd. Strong mentioned receiving 14 calls this week on the same issue from other folks. I highly recommend Jd. Strong; he is transparent, ethical, and knowledgeable. Justice for the little people is something I never believed in until I met Riley Allen. He has a keen intellect, a kind heart and an amazing way of analyzing the facts of your case. He recognized an unfair bully situation with a previous employer who fired me as a strategic move to avoid paying me money that was due. Riley wrote the most amazing letter I have ever read in my life. The letter brought tears to my eyes as he was validating the unfair extortion methods being used against me and now was giving me his voice to fight for justice. I met Mr. Allen quite by chance and explained my situation hoping he might refer me to an attorney near me who could help, but instead he chose to defend me and for this I will always be grateful. As mentioned above, I contacted Riley to help resolve issues caused when another attorney really blew it on a case I had filed against an ex-partner for theft of monies (shares). Riley's knowledge and 'fearlessness' in the face of the opposing attorney resulted in my having a frivolous 'counter suit' thrown out. I am 99.9 % percent certain that had I retained Riley for the original suit I would have easily prevailed and not suffered almost 5 years of ineffective counseling and the resultant losses and costs.
