The communication and follow-ups were perfect. The understanding, patience and support I received during this process for both my case and personal life were unmatched. This was definitely not just another case in the books for them.
I lost both my grandmother & father during this process and Damisi & his team reached out multiple times to insure I was ok.

First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I wish we had called them earlier and my wife would not have had to cry or worry as much during the earliest stages of the fight. Our family is so grateful to the Row Law Group.

I was driving for LYFT and after a minor fender bender (6 months past), I was surprised to get a court summons to pay the other guys insurance company the repair bill (about $5000). I thought LYFT had taken care of it but for whatever reason, they let it slip by without settling the problem. I started calling lawyers but w/o a personal injury component most would not even discuss it. Several referred me to Chris Rounds but I was a bit worried about how much it would cost! After a free consultation, I felt much better about the initial $1500 retainer. Chris quickly made some phone calls and wrote a letter and presto, Lyft settled the issue and I got a refund of almost $1000. I would highly recommend Chris as an ethical lawyer that explains your options very well.

In my experience with Jordan Taylor and his staff, I was treated very well and they were beyond helpful with my personal and legal situations. I received a ticket in Grant County and it was a challenge to locate a firm that would go there.

About a year and a half ago, I was hit by a car, as a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Unfortunately, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident January of 2020. I had attempted to resolve the claim with the other carrier, however my ongoing injuries and prognosis made it clear I would need help resolving my claim. We had reached the statute and needed to file suit. Melissa did a great job of explaining the process, preparing me for my deposition and later the mediation with the other carrier and setting clear expectations regarding settlement. I went to Mel after my LTD cut off my monthly benefits. Anyone that is currently looking for a disability attorney knows how traumatic and stressful the whole process is. Mel is an exceptionally skilled, competent, and knowledgeable attorney. Following Mel's guidance, and putting my trust in his abilities, he was successful in resolving my situation to my fullest satisfaction. Nothing happens fast in the LTD world. However, Mel's experience instilled a great confidence (knowing that I was doing the right thing, and going down the right path). Mel was instrumental in helping us put together an appeal after being removed from long term disability insurance. He guided us through what is a very opaque and stacked process. He was also able to identify nefarious practices and places where Unum was trying to mislead us and make the appeal more difficult. Without Mel, I am not sure we would have been able to get reinstated.
