Ken and Terry Venneberg went up against one of the most formidable Corporations in the world, Morgan Stanley. No other attorney firms had the "guts" to take them on. It was a good case, but "the good 'ol boys" were not going to budge no matter how much it cost them. Ken and Terry stuck it out, kept me informed, were honest and very knowledgeable. We agreed upon a settlement one week before the trial began because Morgan Stanley, in all their arrogance, forgot to get a nondisclosure and that was what I really wanted. Talbot refused to take my case when Ben was under him. Ben saw my case and called me 3 days later and he took my case and won. I was a scared 21 year old and he made me feel okay with the whole process. He told me from day 1 that the insurance had 3 years before court and it would take them almost 3 years to agree to settle. He was honest and compassionate. I would hire him again if I ever needed his help.

Bill Robison took my car accident case after I had muddled through it for over a year. Zac was hired by our association to guide us through a difficult and complex case. He served as part of a team that worked with our association on a regular basis. His expertise, specifically on matters of insurance were top notch. He did a great job explaining complicated insurance concepts in a way that we as a Board could understand so we could make educated decisions. He and the rest of the legal team also would attend meetings with owners to help clarify the more challenging issues and answer questions. This was a huge support of the association Board. Not a simple case but with successful outcomes. Arguments were researched, well thought out and documented. A personal injury firm was looking to include me as a defendant in an accident case. Being the father of the primary defendant and having provided the funds to purchase the vehicle involved the verdict could have gone either way. The case was tried by a jury and I was released.

I went to trial for a breathalyzer refusal and won. This is a very tough thing to beat and Morgan got me through this case. The case was strung out over a year but Morgan remained committed and determined to see this through even though the chances of winning a refusal once it has gone to trial are slim. I was rear ended by an uninsured drunk driver at 50mph. Injured and unsure of my options I found Andy Dimmock who repeatedly told me to focus on my recovery and treatment and he would take care of the rest beginning with ensuring my bills were paid via PIP and he would pursue my own insurer for uninsured motorist coverage. As expected I was still receiving treatment a little under a year later at which point Andy informed me my insurers had forwarded the full amount of my policy. I learned the game changer was managing to get my blood sucking chiropractor to provide a detailed assessment of my injuries before and after my accident for my insurers to settle the claim. Meanwhile my chiropractor was simply milking all the PIP and more by having me see him 5 times a week!
Andy managed to stem the flow of projected medical fees by getting this claim finalized early and well before my chiropractor and physical therapist sucked the claim dry.

November 1998, Im five years old nearly killed in an auto accident. Lawyer #1 takes the case... Four years pass... little progress and some sort of conflict arises, and he withdraws from my case. Mid 2002 lawyer #2 takes over... Once again little progress... November 2002 lawyer #2s law practice is purchased by Andrew and his business partner. August 2003, Andrew has my train wreck of a case straightened out. Andrew did more for me in a week that lawyer #1 was able to do in four years! I came away with over $5,000 more than I would have had it not been for him! I was born with learning disabilities. We were able to use the settlement money to pay for a tutoring service. That tutoring service was a huge help with my education. To this day when I tell people about my education the story involves "learning to even read was hard...then I went to(institution name)".(Institution name) would not have happened had it not been for Andrew. Even after the tutoring service was paid for, I still had more money than I even would have had he not taken over! Present day, I am now in college. The settlement money that i had was a huge help in avoiding taking out student loans right in the beginning of school. I don't know where I would be today had it not been for Andrew!

Being entangled in a lawsuit is sort of like finding yourself on the River Styx in the ancient Greek underworld. As you descend deeper into the depths of the lawsuit, you will realize the legal world is not like the land of the living. It’s dark, it’s scary, it has its own set of rules, you’re out of your element, and totally dependent on your lawyer-guide to deliver you to the other side. This is the point where you will either be really thankful you picked a great guide, or really regretful you didn’t.
Brittney Tubbs was my lawyer for about a year and a half on an employment discrimination case with my former employer. It’s hard to articulate just how great of a lawyer she is, because there are so many ways in which she is great. She has a mind like a steal trap. She learned every aspect of my case to the point where she remembered the details better than even I did. The greatest thing about Ms. Tubbs though was the peace of mind her legal representation gave me. Instead of me staying up till 2am analyzing the case, she did. Instead of me having to worry about what the other side was going to try and do or say, she did. I’ve never been involved in a legal case before and she explained everything to me every step of the way. I valued her insight because it was always reasonable and trustworthy. And she’s somebody you’d actually like in real life. While she’s tough in depositions (watching her grill your opponent will feel like justice in and of itself), she’s not a jerk about it. The legal process is an ugly, stressful endeavor but with Ms. Tubbs you won’t feel like you’ve sold your soul to get justice. After contacting Mr Pipinich, we met to talk about my case. I was not sure where to go with my case and I was at least hoping he could point me in the right direction if he could not help me. Joe Pipinich did an amazing job helping our family through a trying time. About 4 years ago our dog was attacked by two pit bulls that broke through our gate and shattered our border collies front leg. When the owners refused to help with costs and turned it over to their insurance company who placed a value on our dog of only $1000 we contacted Mr. Pipinich and he contacted and fought with the insurance company to get the full medical bills covered this allowed us to get the best help possible to try and save my dogs leg. This was an expensive process to save the dogs leg and in the end amputation was the best option. If not for Mr. Pipinich fighting for us we would have had to put our animal down due to the costs incurred from the damage to our dogs leg. He took on the case and fought for us and our dog and I will say I was impressed by his compassion and fortitude in fighting our case. The insurance company saw our dog as an asset and Joe fought for him as if he was a family member. Jonathan helped handle a case where the plaintiff was impacted in their car and sued myself and another car driver for damages. The results were the best that could be expected - very minimal damages on my part, and with only a couple appearances required of me. I am a homeowner who was sued by a neighbor who filed a "spite" lawsuit against me. Joe successfully defended me against "over-the-top" allegations, by skillfully & methodically debunking the claims. He persistently unraveled the plaintiff's legal maneuvering to attempt to construct a case out of fabrications. To do that, Joe used thoughtful strategy in his presentation of the actual facts of the case, and continually maintained a low-key, articulate professionalism that was very effective.
