I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

Vicky and her entire team are client focused. She is very responsive to your needs. Vicky or someone from her team answers all emails and calls within 24 hours. Vicky is honest and open about the process and the details related to the process so that there are not any surprises or false expectations. Yet, she has a very calming demeanor and kept me calm when my anxiety was through the roof. When it comes to dealing with the other side Vicky is tough and relentless. She truly fights for her clients. I wouldn't want anyone else on my side during what can be a very difficult and stressful time in life.

Mr. Hicks was assisting the lead attorney on our case and subsequnetly took it over as our primary contact. The issue was adverse possession. Mr. Hicks explained what was going on in laymans terms and tried to establish common ground between planiff and defendant. While that never happened the case was eventually voluntarily dismissed by plantiff as Mr Hicks had provided thorough enough documentation and rebuttal that plantiff

I firmly believe that there are only a few lawyers who are competent, hardworking and active like David.
I met several lawyers in my recent legal dispute and had asked several lawyers to resolve my legal issues. But David was the best lawyer I ever met. He is very abundant in legal knowledge and has a great ability to solve problems as a lawyer. Not only that, but David was sincere and worked my work as his own work. David is also a warm-hearted person with a love of humanity. I think he really understood my difficulties and did his best to save me from legal issues. He is my savior.
Before I met David, I contracted another lawyer. But the first lawyer I met did not show me the settlement, and he just put me on hold and made me nervous. But David was very different. He analyzed my case and found a point to prove my injustice and made a very active effort to bring this case to my advantage.
By the way, my case was settled by a jury trial to solve my injustice. In a jury trial, the role of a lawyer is of paramount importance, and attentive and active preparation is crucial for best results. David did this thoroughly. I attended the trial with him for two days, and I felt he was very proficient and professional in the jury trial.
His words are soft and gave me a detailed answer to my question. Also, I could feel trust in his words based on his knowledge. He always counted my heart and gave me relief.
If someone needs to get legal help, I will actively recommend David.

David helped me with my disability insurance case. He is confident, knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. All cases are tiring and emotional and I appreciated that he took the time to boost my confidence and always responded quickly when I had a question. He worked ahead of the game and was always discussing with me what was to come and how they were planning on handling the issue at hand to strengthen our case. I appreciated that he always explained what they were doing and what the plan was to address it. I never felt that a decision was being made without me or that I did not have an opinion which was very important to me. They understood that this was my life and never did I feel like it was just about getting things resolved for their commission.
David works with a team at his office which was something I had never experienced with an attorney before. Everyone was beyond amazing and I felt like each and every one of them went out of their way to help me. His paralegal Alexandria was experienced, thoughtful and a great asset to the case as well. Did I mention integrity? Mr. Shultz came recommended by an attorney in Spokane. When meeting with him, he explains the pros and cons of each option, with patience and clarity, often providing examples from his decades of experience. He is well connected in the legal and business communities. He follows up on his commitments EXACTLY as agreed upon. He usually takes calls out of the blue, and when he doesn't, he readily returns calls, generally that day. He has never talked down to my wife or I, and is a gentleman to the core. He is a extremely pleasant individual with a great sense of humor. After hiring him to resolve an issue with a deadbeat contractor, which he did, he has provided me advice on other legal concerns without asking for reimbursement. Overall, his time and cost charges are extremely fair and reasonable. We put 5K down as a retainer, and received a good portion back after the issue was resolved. He has in depth knowledge and experience in a wide swath of legal areas. In the legal field of the Tri City area, Mr. Schultz is a blinding white beacon among a plethora of dim lights. He is the ONLY lawyer I would recommend PERIOD.

If you want a good loyal honest attorney Nigel Malden is the man for you. My husband and I had a case that we needed an attorney fast. I did not know where to turn so I went to the telephone book.. I called Attorney Nigel Malden's office. His Legal assistant is a very kind, warm and friendly lady. I explained what our case was about his legal assistant informed me to send the documents that I had regarding myself and husband's case, and she would discuss it with Attorney Malden. After submitting the documents requested it was within two days we got a response from Mr. Malden's office to inform us that he would represent us. We had a meeting at his office and the very first time that my husband and myself met Mr. Malden and his legal assistant. We felt like we had known them a long time because they both have a warm friendly way of making you feel very comfortable. Jeremy Bartels was wonderful to work with. I was in a car accident a couple of years ago and needed an attorney to handle the settlement after years of physical therapy for my injuries. Once Jeremy took over my case, things progressed successfully with his diligence and attention to me as a client and to the case itself. Even when things were not progressing due to waiting on responses from medical providers or the at fault driver’s insurance company, Jeremy kept me informed on what was happening. Despite having been through five suits on a related matter with representation from various regional firms, Richard was the first attorney who was able to strategize a response to the insurer that resulted in a global settlement to all claimants. He has an uncanny understanding of how insurance companies think and of their processes and motivations. I've retained most of the major New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco firms over the years, and still never seen the "bang for the buck" that Richard delivered. In any future matter involving insurance, I'd pay his retainer out of my own pocket just to know he was representing us. He is superb.

There is no one who knows more about insurance coverage than Richard Dykstra. He is experienced and knowledgeable in this area and as brilliant and persuasive in the courtroom as he is on paper or in one on one discussion. As I stated in the Title of this review...Mari Cava, "An Excellent Attorney" doesnt do him Justice- He Rocks! The Best Defense Attorney I have ever Met!, If Only there were more attorneys who took as much time with his clients, and I know it wasnt just me, he had a very full plate , and had many clients as it seems the system is overwhelmed with people who need a Public Defenser . And I am sure there are those who use the cities tax dollars of hard working people of King County to pay for some people who are so ungreatful, If they actually had to pay for a law firm attorney and be billed $500/hr. Some abuse the system and try to get away with it because they are being supported by the tax payers dollars.Anyways Mario is extremely honest and genuine and down to earth and I think who every is lucky enough to have him as their attorney should feel very greatful as they are in the best legal hands you will find,, I highly recommend Mario, He makes sure all his clients get a fair shake.

Jerry is one of a kind. I've worked with him and Michele over the years on various matters and it's a relationship that I value a lot. Jerry is tough (He's a Marine), experienced/knowledgeable, and he can communicate in layman's terms extremely well - which probably comes easy for him because he really does care about helping his clients.
Jerry helped me with a boat insurance bad faith issue where my insurance company started bullying me, refusing to investigate my claim and fix my boat over the course of many months. I hired Jerry, and within a few weeks, the insurance company performed a full investigation and paid out on the claim.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in the 90s after a truck cut me off in traffic. I contacted The Pearson Law Firm and Jerry and his staff were immediately helpful. It was bad enough being injured, but Jerry immediately took the stress of handling my own claim off of me so I could focus on getting healthy.

I highly recommend Bharti / Hardie, PLLC with any case you have. They represented me to resolve my claim, fighting every ridicules obstacle that was thrown at us. I recently went on a trial, and Mr. Munish Bharti represented me. I will say that he alone went against the prosecution team. He is very respectful and explains everything that I was not clear at. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he is. He pretty much knows the law in and out. He is well organized. Whenever the Judge asked anything, he had a copy ready for the prosecutor and the Judge.
