Admittedly I have no comparison to make as I’ve never been involved with any type of legal issues, but I will say this experience was highly disappointing.
After providing a binder full of documentation, photos, X-rays, and more documentation with little next to no contact (unless initiated by me) the waiting game began and continued until today when I received an email informing me they would not handle my case. This was after being told they would, with a full explanation of how things would proceed, the cost breakdown, and an agreement to not have contact in regards to this case with anyone outside of the Puget Law Group.
My first contact with Puget Law Group was in August of last year, 2023. All documentation, etc. was done by early December, treatment was completed in October and I was told they needed nothing more from me. That was nearly 9 months ago. Unbelievable at best considering nothing about this situation changed and to be given the most generic excuse is inexcusable.

Steve, I just wanted to let you know that I will never forget you. You helped me when I needed to pull it together and needed to save funds because I was barely surviving while working two jobs and facing some daunting circumstances without any familial assistance. I know that you went through hell during the almost two years that I worked with you when having to deal with a great deal of turnover and for that I apologize for having to request assistance elsewhere.
I just wanted to let you know that thanks to you, we did get to the bottom of things in time. I know you were worried. You warned me about your experience with another attorney and while I know your worries were valid, I just wanted you to know that everything got settled in time. I was dealing with a battle of attrition because opposing counsel wasn't subpoenaing their witnesses. After we delt with so many continuances (most of which occurred the day of our scheduled trial), we eventually settled and the rest is history after 5 years. We stood firm and we won. My husband and I cannot recommend Morgan Ziegler enough.
We had called several other attorneys that had been recommended to us by family and friends before we found Morgan. Every one of those other calls we felt like we were being rushed off the phone, not listened to, and that we were/ keeping the person on the other end from something more important. From the moment we first spoke to Morgan he made us feel heard. Was referred to this firm by multiple people/ lawyers. I shouldn't have even wasted my time. Got more of a story about how they sympathize for my situation but basically because I'm a federal employee I'm not entitled to the same rights of protection as the general public, according to them. This is even with a judgment from the county court in my favor in regards to the matter. They just simply couldn't help with the employment matter. I suggest looking elsewhere for legal help.

I originally hired Sean because a plumbing company had caused structural damages to floor joists during a renovation and they would not accept responsibility. What happened instead was Sean transferred me to Joe and the lawsuit lasted 2 1/2 years. We ended up going to arbitration and I won all damages but zero lawyers fees.
Incredibly frustrating experience.
I wouldn’t hire nor recommend them.
I regret hiring Sean and Joe.

The guy always works and never seems to miss a beat. He is always on top of it and prioritizes to get things done/executed like you're his only client. Allison Micheli gets my highest recommendation. Individuals and companies alike can rest assured they're in good hands when she's acting on their behalf.
Recently, I was in the process of negotiating a business deal for my company; which involved buying the rights to use a bands song for an upcoming promotional short film. Upon reviewing the original proposed contract, Ms. Micheli pointed out it's numerous shortcomings. She believed the terms of the contract were far too unilateral in the recording artists' favor, and that the asking price for use of their composition was far too high.
Thanks to her sound advice and legal expertise, we were able to renegotiate; closing the deal with a more bilateral contract which included a far more affordable asking price. I couldn't have done it without her.

We had a rather large construction defect (two retaining walls) with our newly built home that affected the whole 48 unit development. The builder was a national publicly traded company (ticker symbol: LNNR) Fortune 500 Company who refused to cooperate (or even communicate) with the Condominium Owners Association to resolve the issue.
We enlisted the help of Flanagan-Strauss and were able to settle out of court (after much negotiation) for approximately the amount needed for the remediation. I don’t think it would’ve ever happened if we hadn’t retained this firm.

To whom it may concern:
In 2010 after taking control of the homeowners’ association from the developer,
we had a building inspection that revealed significant defects in workmanship and
and materials. From discussions with members of other homeowners’ associations, reading guidance articles in homeowners’ association publications, and talking with the inspecting engineer, we know we were going to have to seek out expert legal advice on how to best proceed to insure all defects got corrected. In looking for legal experts dealing with condominium defect claims we talked with those most highly recommend and interviewed them. In a meeting with our board of directors Leonard Flanagan presented the board with the path this process would most likely take, the options that would be presented to us during this period, and a very realistic assessment of the likely results. He was retained shortly after this meeting based on our perception of the quality approach he had laid out.
During his investigative work for us he was able to determine there were six insurance companies that might be involved in liability rather than just the one that the developer had told us to contact. His investigative team also found significant structural defects that were not know to us and not uncovered in the previous inspections.
For the past five years, Leonard has successfully guided us through settlement discussions with some insurance companies, mediation negotiations with others and a jury trial with a third.
Throughout this activity, he has always kept the board fully informed of our options and expectations, while we were making decisions on how to best proceed.
