Shared input last year and somehow it’s gone. I wished there was a way to give Brad Crider a (-) for service, professionalism, kindnesses and simply showing empathy. He didn’t work on my divorce and I never received an invoice. I guest that should have been a huge sign for me but I always try my best to be positive.
Brad answered the phone once and said to me, “If I knew it was you I wouldn’t answered the phone.” What kind of lawyer says this to their client?” Absolutely no compassion! I hired another divorce and finally was rewarded my divorce in record time. This means to me that Brad sat on my divorce and did absolutely nothing. Shame on him! People depend on their Lawyers to fight for them!!
FYI-my X requested that all communication come via our Lawyers. Brad didn’t share anything in fact he told me that I would be better off without him. That’s my call, of my lawyers call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This truly has to be the BEST criminal defense attorney association in Tucson Arizona hands down. THE FEDERAL KING IS KATSERELLIS LAW! I hired Kat on day 1 after a free consultation and he devoted so many hours of his time to me and I was able to go over my entire case with him and explain to him how the previous attorney I have was neglecting me and not willing to cooperate with me on anything within the interest I found best fit for my case with my brother. so within 48 hours I had an answer on a Plea, within 9 days got a plea agreement, within 1.5 Months with Kat’s word given was able to get me to court to begin the process to finish my case, and in under 90 days was able to successfully execute and close out a 6 month incarceration that was potentially looking at 33-41 months maximum. Kat is the most well respected individual, COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO HIS ATTENTIVENESS and he is ALWAYS ON CALL 24-7! Kat has THE MOST KIND HEARTED paralegal that works with him and her name is Jasmine. She was always on call and answering me any time I needed her to. Mr. Henderson led us through the bankruptcy process, which was not easy. Once we got going Mr. Henderson was there to reassure us all the way to Court. In Court we were nervous because every other bankruptcy petitioner that morning was turned away because they had to produce more paperwork for the Trustee. Not us. Mr. Henderson did what the other lawyers did not. He got our case right the first time. We highly recommend Kai.

Because Mr. Henderson was diligent and listened to my thoughts on the case, we discovered a severe latent injury. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been trying to contact them by phone, message, email, and on their website but NO ONE RESPONDS EVER!!! They have a nice website and he remarks "call my direct line" but no one answers the phone ever and they never call back either. REALLY BAD SERVICE!!! It's that bad that they replied to this post 6 months later!!! And their response makes no sense at all. They don't know if I'm a landlord or a tenant if they don't answer the phone.

Requested a consultation and rearranged our schedule to have the appointment the receptionist scheduled- the lawyer didn’t call. After 15 minutes, we called and were told that that lawyer was in court, they could reschedule us. Rearranged our schedule again and never received the call at the scheduled time again. No courtesy notice that they couldn’t make the consultation again. Very disappointing.

Kenneth Sheffield is one of the most professional, confident, and assuring lawyers I’ve ever encountered. I found myself in a very unfortunate situation, and by the grace of God, I found the Rideout Law Group. Whether it was answering my questions at a minute’s notice, to transferring my case from the Public Defender’s Office with only a very short time frame available, Rideout Law Group handled absolutely every step with ease. Shortly after retaining a more professional and “by the book” counsel (Mr. Sheffield), compared to my assigned public defender, my case was ultimately dismissed. Do NOT play with your future and your record, especially in the state of Arizona. I would refer Mr. Sheffield and the Rideout Law Group to my family if the time ever came.

I thought I had a pretty good understanding of How trusts work but this time, my wife and myself and Joseph looked at every page of everything the will the trust the power of attorney’s and explained it to us and I didn’t know half as much as I thought, so we were really appreciative of this. It took a little while, but we never felt hurried or stressed because every question I had was able to be answered clearly. This is such an important part of making sure all your wishes going to be followed precisely. his support staff is also excellent Roxie spent a lot of time with me calling and getting information so that this trust could be done properly. I give Jeff 0 stars for the amount of years and the "qualifications" he claims to have. He did absolutely nothing for me or anything I wanted done. For a court case in a family matter if you want to save your kids don't not go with Jeff, he will drain you of all your money and drag everything out as long as he can drain you of money! I was promised by his daughters if I spent the $5000 he would get me everything I wanted to save my daughters and after $20,000 I wasn't even close to anything when I first came to him. My ex wife is a drugs addict, alcoholic who's in an incest relationship with her biological brother, drugged my 3 year old and allowed my infant daughter get sexually abused by family members in her care. Been to jail for breaking court orders, with so much more indecent's and yet still couldn't stop her in court. He's allowed her to force herself on my children and I paid $10,000 for a trial and never got one. He charged me multiple times for all the emails my ex wife would send him after I requested him to stop responding to her and would not pay for her emails. So much more on top of that. I told him I no longer needed his representation. Do not take Jeff on as your attorney.

At the time of hiring Bryan in 2016 I didn't realize how important it was to have a lawyer that didn't over react and would help you reason. It was my first time in a court room and since my case was a divorce with children involved it was of course very emotional. Especially since the custody of the children was in question. Through the entire situation Bryan always made good middle ground recommendations. Informing me that it was in our best interest to shoot for middle ground even though my ex wasn't being reasonable. As the custody battle played out this was a key part of helping the Judge realize we were trying to be reasonable where as the other party wasn't. This made a huge impression on the Judge and the final decision. This wise influence was priceless. I would think all law professionals would behave in reason but seeing the other lawyers in action this was simply not the case. Bryan was very good at keeping expectations realistic and not over pursing unnecessary litigation. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and couldn't have asked for any more.

I reached out to Ms. Wright when I had a dispute with my landlord. I was confused about what my rights were and she helped me to understand what the laws are in AZ as a renter. All she had to do was write a letter to my landlord and the situation got back to normal. Very happy with Ms. Wright and I would hire her again if I ever needed to.

They are lazy. I asked for a simple demand letter that I was willing to pay for that a paralegal could do, and they refused. This, despite the fact that there was clear legal violations for a company that lost a class action suit. Do not recommend this lazy law firm.

I’m so glad I found Eric Kessler and highly recommend him. I recently moved to Arizona from another state and needed an attorney to do a restatement of my current trust to conform to Arizona law.
