I Absolute LOVE Block Legal Services. Mariah is very professional and sweet. My Attorney Nick DiUlio is wonderful. He was hired to handled two major issues for me, and I will continue to be a client of this Law firm.
The fees I was charged were fair, and the services I received were outstanding. I needed some repairs done on my home and needed to take out a loan. I was told that it wasn't going to happen until I went to probate court. Esq Nick DiUlio advised me that I did not need probate court, alI I needed was a simple form it took 24 hours and it was done.
When the company I presented the form to rejected it. Nick jumped right in and advise the company he disagreed with their assessment and educated them on the law. It was beautiful to watch. He did not play any games with this company.

There was a time, I was a credit disaster, I knew absolutely nothing about how credit works. I’d pay bills late thinking paying late was better than not paying at all. To be honest, I didn’t even know negatives lasted on your reports for 7 years. Why did I pay late? Because at the time, I’d think I needed to buy something shiney and then pay bills. To further my reckless behaviors, I had my house foreclosed on. To be honest, I don’t know why I checked my credit, which ultimately led me to this site where I found PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST, but I’m glad I did, reading as much testimonies as I could. I hired Mr. Kenyon in both a civil and criminal defense case regarding Marijuana and DUI. I've found that Charles did not keep proper notes regarding my case, as I've had to constantly remind him of what took place on the day of my arrest. During a suppression hearing regarding evidence, he admitted evidence we were trying to suppress. He was regularly late for court, and was not at his office at times we scheduled meetings. In the end, I had to fire Mr. Kenyon and appoint a public defender. Definitely not worth the $6k flat fee retainer.

I was arrested at 5 a.m on a Saturday morning and I asked a family member to find an attorney for me. She contacted Mr. Kenyon. He was extremely responsive and met with me over the weekend to set my expectations, gather facts, and begin formulating a strategy.
He met with me again early Monday morning, briefed me on the steps he had taken, and once again did a fine job of ensuring I knew what would be happening over the next few days.
As it turns out, my charges were dropped a few hours later, but it was clear that Mr. Kenyon was an excellent choice and had a firm grasp of dealing with the legal process, and developing a strategy for my defense. I would highly recommend him.

I can’t say enough good things about Sean and his staff. I had a very messy divorce. I worked with another lawyer for seven months and he did very little for me except continually remind me that Wisconsin was a 50/50 state and that even though I brought significant assets into the marriage while my ex had, none, I earned about three times more during the marriage, and we were only married for a short time, I was going to have split everything 50/50 with him. He pressured me to agree to a very bad mediation deal.
Luckily, before having the judge finalize the mediation agreement, I came across Sean‘s reviews on Google. I wasn’t just looking at how many stars he was given but I read what people wrote about him. People repeatedly commented on his commitment, his dedication, and going the extra mile. I made an appointment for a consultation with Sean. Within the first five minutes of our meeting, he said, “Let me show you what the law actually says, I have had to educate other counsel and judges about this.” He printed off the actual law where it states that Wisconsin is a 50/50 state after consideration is made for the following items, which included length of marriage, what each brought into the marriage, and the length of the marriage.
After talking a little more, he asked why I didn’t have a restraining order and I told him that my previous lawyer told me it was 50/50 whether I would get it and that it would be inflammatory and work against me even though I felt very unsafe and threatened. Sean appeared very upset after hearing this, and disagreed, but continued to be professional and not bad mouth the other lawyer.
Sean was very brave about taking on my case this late in the game with a fast approaching court date and so much information to take in. Also, my ex hired a lawyer who I had heard said is the best divorce lawyer in La Crosse. I wholeheartedly disagree, because Sean definitely is the best.
I am still in awe of the commitment Sean made to helping me get a fair trial and a great outcome. I would see emails from him sent on weekends and in the middle of the nightat times. It was so reassuring to know he was on my side and so determined. He blocked out several days of his calendar so that he could familiarize himself with my huge stack of documents. As soon as I retained Sean as my attorney, I finally felt like I could relax and let him take care of it. I knew that no matter what happened with the results of the trial, I would be satisfied, because I had the best representation I could possibly have.
My hearing went on for two days. Sean was relentless in his effort to get me a fair trial and justice. In the end, the judge decided to divide the assets 80/20 in my favor. I did not get everything I wanted, but that never happens in court. It was about $70,000 that Sean saved me based on what my previous attorney was forecasting with a trial outcome.
In some ways, more importantly, Sean gave me the opportunity to tell my story and have it validated by the judge. He was so committed to making it clear that I tried so hard during the marriage and that my ex was dishonest and completely took advantage of me. It seemed that Sean felt a moral obligation to not let my ex take more from me and to have his greediness and dishonesty exposed.
I will also say that his staff was very friendly and hard-working. Sean went out of his way to try to save me money when he could by having me do some of the legwork if I wanted. Then forced me to take the charge with some excuse about his time and that he would expunge it in a year. After a year, told me to get another lawyer , not him, one that made the promise. Don’t waist your time or your money or your peace of mind!

I can't tell you how many times I have been arrested because it had been that many. Each time I would call Brian's office and say, "Okay I messed up again." He would come down to the jail and say "Okay kiddo, what are we gonna do and what's going to help you?" He explained the legalities on my level of understanding so I knew my rights, but more importantly, he treated me like a human being and showed empathy & compassion when I was at the lowest point of my life. He never treated me like a drug addict convict that I really was. We would argue about whether the Navy or Air Force was better with me being an Air Force Brat and him prior Navy. ( Air Force is better by the way!) But he always left me feeling hopeful and was always honest and used to say that I was " A Hoot to work with."
That was 15 years ago and today I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Program Director of a local shelter that specializes in working with Human Trafficking Victims. I sit on the Court Treatment Teams NEXT TO the Judge instead of in front of her with handcuffs on. Brian was the start of my journey to recovery because he treated me with kindness & believed in me.

I hired Mr. Eric Raskopf to help me thru a difficult (and wholly new to me) period, upon referral by my husband. Eric was able to reduce a criminal traffic charge to a civil forfeiture via negotiation, AND keep the charge from affecting my driver's license (and therefore my insurance). Hopefully I'll never need his services again, but I will definitely recommend him as he made this unknown process easier by describing everything and meeting up a few minutes before each scheduled court date.

I was very disappointed in them! Not affordable tax services at all! They advertise "affordable taxes done 30 yrs experience" NOT the place. I told them what I wanted and they said we don't do it that way. This is how we do it,it took 15 minutes and charged ( several hundred dollars for 15 minutes! )twice as much as if I had it done by H,&R block. The receptionist was rude and had a terrible experience.guess I learned my expensive lesson.

This lawyer did not pay attention to my concerns. He was more worried about the judges anger and being mad at him. Donavan did not take the time to pay attention . He asked for more support which I never requested. I did the leg work for my case. This lawyer charged $1,000 retainer and spent about two hours on nothing. He said he was holding the rest of the $1,000 in case we had to file a defamation case. Didn't want to " poke the bear". I never did see the remainder of my money and my ex is now dead.

she was handling my divorce case. After the first hearing the court gave 3 months for the next court day. She emphatically advised me not to contact the other party, She was going to try a settlement and possibly sign an agreement before the court day. I wait for more two months without hear anything from her. finally I had to call the law firm to hear something about the case and they sent me an e-mail telling me that she was about to leave the law firm, they assigned me another lawyer and I had to brief him about the case one week before the court day because he did not know anything about my case. SHE NEVER CONTACTED THE OTHER PARTY, NOT A CALL. VERY IRRESPONSABLE!

Cleghorn's lies start in her add 1. Free consultation, she billed me for it, 2. Accepts easy payments via credit card, but demands cash and will hinder your case until she counts out the cash.
She ignores all calls, does not take initiative and is not a lawyer you want to hand your life over to. I fired her and in retaliation she gouged be for $3000.00 billing be $300.00 an hour just on drive time to Waukesha Court, she never filed a single motion nor made a single call to me or anyone else. I currently have an active complaint against her with the Office of Lawyer Regulations and I am preparing a legal mal-practice suit because I sat in jail for 4 days because she failed to advise me of a court time, I had mixed up and I only live 5 minutes from court. Do not hire this woman, go with a public defender, same performance without the gouging legal bill.

I hired Kerri as my attorney pertaining to my son and his visitation with his father. I had previously worked in the courts and when chosing my attorney I thought about who I least liked being opposed to. Kerri was that person. I hated being opposite her, not because she was bad, but the exact opposite. Kerri knows law. She fights for people. She is good at her job. She also did a great job of helping me look at things through the eyes of a court, not just the eyes of an emotional mom.....so that we could make rational and productive points. While I hope to never need her services again, I would retain again hands down, if needed.

Josh Grube was my attorney on a 2nd OWI. He is caring, down to earth and not judgemental. He was able to negotiate a miracle on my behalf. I was also taking some proactive measures as well. Got me a felony on possession of paraphernalia.
Then forced me to take the charge with some excuse about his time and that he would expunge it in a year. After a year, told me to get another lawyer , not him, one that made the promise. Don’t waist your time or your money or your peace of mind!

I was the victim of gun violence. I then got a trespassing case. Wingrove was assigned as my pd. The first thing he did upon meeting me inside of his wife's business office was hand me a piece of paper. This paper was to waive my victim rights. He didn't represent me on this case. So that's very strange a defense lawyer is asking his client to waive their rights in other situations. This prompted me to record every second of my encounter w this man, and I am thrilled I did. I can't provide further detail, per avvo community guidelines, however the recordings are available.
