Thanks Chris Ingram law office for a smooth and straight forward process for my EB1 case. Let me breakdown my experience with them: 1. Intake: detailed breakdown of the categories that I could apply for. Tim was my intake specialist and he answered all the questions I had and gave me confidence to choose this lawfirm to support my case. 2. Onboard: pay the lawyer fees accordingly. I started end of Jan 2024. 3. Paperwork preparation: the team was available to talk to me via conference call appointment a few times. Majority of the communication will be via email. For my case, I focused the energy on 3 categories + Merit. The team shared the template for the recommendation letter for me. However, from data gathering and writing recommendation letter for signing, I had to all do it by myself. Once having all the approved document for each category, then they would proceed with having the category for writing by the legal team. Things happen in series so my entire case was not ready to be shipped out till end of August 2024, so plan your time wisely. I was hoping the team could be a bit faster, and they got back with additional charges if I wanted to expedite the case filing. I think this was just misunderstanding and later they clarified their intention, which I appreciate the transparent and professional communication language that the entire team upholds. Sometimes the email feels a bit generic and repetitive, but maybe that’s part of professionalism and ensure of constant reminder for your case. 4. Case shipping: they shipped with priority Fedex mail and provide me with a scanned document for the entire package, so I know things are included part of my petition. A tracking number was shared once the case got shipped as well. I paid for PP, and received the decision notice in time promised. I’m grateful for my case worker team for all the attention you paid for my case: Jan, Mario, Mary, Jackie, Busola 🙏🏻🎉 overall, I highly recommend this law firm for your EB1 needs. They are legit!

I engaged the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram for my EB1A visa application. The firm's systematic and thorough approach to gathering evidence, developing case arguments, and client communication is highly impressive. My experience with them has been outstanding and has exceeded all my expectations. I am deeply thankful to Rhea, Judith, and all the staff members who worked directly and indirectly on my case. Thanks to their efforts in making the entire process flawless, my I-140 and adjustment of status (I-485) were approved quickly without any issues. The entire team at the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram is professional, well-informed, and exceptionally supportive. I highly recommend Chris Ingram’s firm for their expertise, responsiveness, and unwavering dedication to clients, which greatly eased my anxiety and ensured our green card success.

Joe has exceptional knowledge and experience with landlord/tenant issues and handled my case exceptionally well. I felt very well taken care of in a legal realm that can leave you feeling very vulnerable and bullied by landlords and their lawyers. Joe assessed my situation quickly and thoughtfully, reassured me of my rights and worked with me to make sure my rights were protected. I prevailed and was not pushed around as I likely would have been without his representation.

I had won a small claims dispute and then the woman counter sued with some crazy made up claim because she was not happy she lost. It was a nightmare. I knew I needed an attorney at that point ... Knowing the woman was insane beyond belief. I needed a strong attorney. Thank God I found Joe. Joe was right there to help me every step of the way and kept his word about everything, I defeated her lawsuit, got my money. Joe took the reigns from the moment he became my attorney! I never had to check up on him. He just handed it! I am very pleased with his promptness and concern for me and would recommend him to anyone!

I first met Joe Bravo through my daughter, who had nothing but praise to share. He helped her in an emergency situation when her health was at stake. My situation was a personal injury which occurred in a "big box store." I had never needed an attorney before, much less work with a large corporation, with regard to taking responsibility for my serious injury. Joe was there from day one, keeping me updated, explaining my rights, helping me through mounds of legal terminology and personal statements, which I had to provide. He came to my home when I was unable to walk, and spent hours of his time ensuring I was keep informed. He is so responsive you would think you were his only client. This included me responding to his e-mails written at 1 am. He is tireless! He has amazing charisma and trustworthiness. I would definitely recommend Joe Bravo for any legal issues you may have.

I started my own business in late 2014. Jessie handled all the legal aspects from incorporation and getting me off the ground to compliance throughout my first year. She was knowledgeable, thorough and organized and helped make sense of the myriad of legal hoops that I was expected to jump through. She carefully explained her role, how her time would best be spent and instructed me thoughtfully on the steps I was required to take. Legal issues are stressful and confusing at times but Jessie kept me calm and focused throughout the process. Her efforts made all the difference. I sincerely recommend her to anyone looking for similar services.

Extremely poor communication skills here, they set you up with a so-called case manager in which will rarely have a paralegal degree or certificate. Took a couple calls to get a person who stated they’re a manager but ended up hearing idle threats about me paying them whether I terminate my attorney/client relationship or not. A case manager cannot provide legal advice but sure can stop you from speaking to an actual lawyer, should’ve done my homework. Open/shut case, could’ve represented myself 🤣 for the same value. Case managers come and go and I’ve already had 2 requesting the same documents. Please respond to my Termination Request !

Don was extremely professional and informative during my entire case. He took his time in hearing what I wanted to accomplish and help me understand the court system to have realistic expectations. He got me an outcome I could never had done on my own and ultimately help bring my coparent to the table to write an custody agreement that focused on what best for our children. I could not have ask for a better attorney I strongly recommend him if you want an attorney that truly cares about you and will work to accomplish an outcome in your favor.

Don Dench represented my son in a criminal case. Mr. Dench was referred to me by a family member who knew that I not only needed to find a great lawyer knowledgeable in the law but also a lawyer who was patient and readily available to answer all questions from a very scared mother. Luckily I found both in Mr. Dench! Being that we were unfamiliar with the legal system, I really appreciated the time he took to explain the process and what to expect every step of the way. We never felt alone or helpless during this extremely stressful situation. The case settled in my sons favor and I could not have been more pleased with Mr. Dench's performance in the courtroom. If I am ever in need of a lawyer again, I would not hesitate to hire Don Dench again.

Riccardo is hands down the best divorce attorney i have ever seen. He helped me quickly to get my divorce situated. Riccardo is extremely intelligent, he remembers details very well and calls the night before you go to court to make sure your ok and go over details, not many attorneys take the time and remember all details of your case. He has a very sharp memory. He’s very empathetic to medical issues. He is soft spoken but he absolutely gets the job done. i highly recommend him and will refer him to anyone that needs an excellent attorney because he cares about his clients and it’s nice because he builds trust and that’s very important during divorce issues

I'm not one to write reviews but I felt I had to save someone the time and money. I'm a single mother and hired Mr Morris back in October 2023. When I called he immediately answered but told me he was at church and would get back to me. He did indeed got back to me. I told him I really needed help and I needed an aggressive attorney dealing with my Childs father for my child custody case. I decided to go with him because he seemed trustworthy and he was the only lawyer that allowed payments towards the retainer fee. I felt so relieved to have an attorney and someone to represent me. After my contracts were signed he was so difficult to get in touch with. He never asked me questions about my case and I never heard from anyone unless I called them. He has a call center answering once you become a client and he has 2 paralegals named Amy and Kristina. I always spoke to Kristina and she said I needed to relax and that my case was a simple case. Implying that it was going to be smooth and I had nothing to worry about. When they finally filed the paperwork for me to serve my daughters father I had to keep calling them in regards to that matter also. It was a week before my case and I still hadn't heard anything back from Kristina or Mr Morris.. Coming to find out she had a death in her family and Mr Morris was on vacation in Belize. Since he was gone my daughters fathers attorney managed to get the case moved to the Whittier courthouse when we filed in LA and had them served. So now I'm the recipient and he's the petitioner. He let this other Attorney walk all over him and call the shots. Btw The judge in Whittier was a nightmare. She has terrible reviews and is bias. But At this point my anxiety is through the roof because I can't get in touch with anyone, we don't have a case to present because they still haven't asked or guided me on anything to do. He didnt tell me to start documenting anything or pulling up text! Nothing. I had to have my mom call from her number because once you become a client they screen your calls. She pretended to be interested in hiring him and guess what! He called her back. After a month of not speaking to me at all. So he finally gave me an appointment to meet him at his office to go over my case. He never wrote down any notes of asked me what the other party could have against me. Nothing! Finally court, Mr Morris showed up 30 minutes late to court! He didn't register us, when we were in front of the judge he didn't know my case. The Judge asked him what was the status quo and he turned and asked me. I almost got contempt of court because he wasn't saying anything of substance out of his mouth that I told him. They judge kept asking him what was his point. He was talking circles. It was completely embarrassing. He had no fight in court! He didn't take notes at all in court either. You are better off representing yourself. After that horrible experience, I was so distraught. I fired him the next day. He still proceeded to tell the third party who I was going through to pay for him that he rendered all my services and I still owed him 4000 dollars. I will be suing him and reporting them to the bar. He's a money hungry lazy attorney that uses his faith as a front. He doesn't care about making sure you keep your family together.

Annie and Bob Beles (the two lead attorneys of the firm) were both very helpful in my case. I faced very serious criminal charges. Annie was my lead attorney. Without her great legal expertise and spunky street smarts, I would have been falsely convicted and sent to prison, after a terribly contentious and emotional trial. Thank you both, for saving my life! I highly recommend this firm!!!

I was referred to Michael Richter by Michael Kaplan, LLC, a worker’s compensation attorney in Colorado. (FYI - Mike Kaplan has been doing a great job with my husbands case. Unfortunately, he is based in CO and is unable to assist me in CA. This review is in no way a reflection upon him (Mike Kaplan) or his staff who have all been phenomenal.) When looking for an attorney, there are a few assets/traits that I find are invaluable to have in this field -patience and an ability to listen well - especially when an attorney asks a potential client a question. Sadly, attorney Richter is lacking in these skills. I reached out to attorney Richter to inquire about the validity and concerns regarding my case. His voicemail alone should’ve been a red light, as he point blank indicated he is interested in “broken leg or broken back” cases vs how my injury was sustained. Nonetheless, my injury was sustained at work, I am still symptomatic and being treated via workers compensation at my job, and Mike Richter came across as very rude, condescending, and as not wanting to even hear me out - which he didn’t. For each question he asked me, he interrupted me as I tried to answer. When I asked him to let me finish answering a question, his response was essentially that he didn’t need to hear it. Again, very poor traits to have as an attorney and certainly not behavior that would assure me that he’d have my best interest or preservation of my occupation on his agenda. Thus, I would not recommend this attorney as you likely won’t even be able to attain an actual consultation with him without being cut off, dismissed, or rushed.

First and foremost, Mr. Wasieleski was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I could not be more thankful for the help that he gave me. I was involved in an automobile accident in late 2015 in which I was t-boned at an intersection by someone who ran their red light. As a result of my accident I was experiencing sever pain in my body almost immediately. I was referred to Mr. Wasieleski by a friend who had gone through him for their auto accident and they were extremely pleased with how he handled their case. He immediately contacted a witness at the scene in regards to my case and was able to the prove that I was not at fault for the accident by securing the witness's statement. Thanks to Mr. Wasieleski, I received the treatment that I needed and he was able to settle my total loss vehicle for more than I believed it was even worth!! Not to mention, he got me a great settlement for my personal injury claim as well. All of this was done by him and his office and they were diligent in their work and response. I highly recommend him and will happily refer all my friends and family in any situation where serious personal injury has occurred. He is my go to attorney for life.

Barry Mack likes to talk about himself and how he was a Commissioner at the Court. It appears he likes to talk about how amazing he is however, this is not the case. He drags his feet with your case and runs up your bill. So that retainer you pay of $5,000.00 is eaten up real quick. He is not aggressive with the court and fighting for you.He will even tell your judge, that he wore the same robe many years ago. Very weird. His paralegal staff is non helpful. He let my ex wife run the show who is not an attorney. Don't hire this guy because you will get nowhere and he will drain your bank account and credit cards dry.

He was strategic yet conservative. He did not take advantage of the situation by over-billing and dragging my case on as most attorneys do. Ron consistently tried to work toward a quick resolution. Also, Sarah (the secretary) was patient and calm while directing me in gathering proper documents throughout the process. I would recommend anyone needing a Divorce / Family law attorney to consult with Ron as he is a Top Notch attorney in his field.

What a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer Can Do for You

A lawsuit or dispute lawyer, often referred to as a litigation lawyer, specializes in handling legal conflicts between individuals, businesses, or organizations. These lawyers represent clients in civil lawsuits, helping to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation in court. They can assist with a wide range of disputes, including contract disagreements, property disputes, business conflicts, personal injury claims, and more.

If you are involved in a legal conflict and need representation, a dispute lawyer can guide you through the litigation process - from filing or defending against a lawsuit to negotiating settlements or representing you at trial.

When Should I Hire a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a lawsuit or dispute lawyer when you're involved in a legal disagreement that cannot be resolved informally and may require legal action. Common reasons to hire a lawyer include:

  • Breach of contract: If someone has failed to fulfill the terms of a contract, a lawyer can help you file a lawsuit to seek damages or enforce the agreement.
  • Business disputes: Whether it's a partnership disagreement, shareholder conflict, or a dispute with a supplier or customer, a lawyer can help resolve business-related issues.
  • Property disputes: If you're involved in a dispute over property ownership, boundary issues, or landlord-tenant conflicts, a lawyer can assist in resolving the matter.
  • Personal injury claims: If you were injured due to someone else's negligence and are seeking compensation, a lawyer can represent you in a personal injury lawsuit.
  • Debt collection or defense: If you're being sued for unpaid debts or need to collect a debt owed to you, a lawyer can represent you in court or negotiate settlements.
  • Employment disputes: If you're involved in an employment-related dispute, such as wrongful termination or discrimination, a lawyer can help you file a claim and represent you in court.
  • Defending against a lawsuit: If you've been sued, a lawyer can defend you against the claims, challenge the evidence, and negotiate a settlement or represent you at trial.

Hiring a lawyer early in the process can help ensure that your case is properly managed and that your rights are protected throughout the dispute resolution process.

What Does a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer Do?

A lawsuit or dispute lawyer provides a wide range of services to help clients navigate legal conflicts and seek resolution. Their tasks typically include:

  • Evaluating your case: Reviewing the facts and evidence to determine the strength of your case or defense and advising you on the best course of action.
  • Filing lawsuits or responding to lawsuits: If you're the plaintiff, the lawyer will file a lawsuit on your behalf. If you're the defendant, they will respond to the lawsuit and build a defense strategy.
  • Gathering evidence: Collecting and reviewing evidence such as contracts, emails, financial records, and witness statements to support your case.
  • Handling negotiations: Negotiating with the opposing party to reach a settlement before the case goes to trial, which can save time and money.
  • Representing you in court: Presenting your case in court if a settlement cannot be reached, including presenting evidence, questioning witnesses, and making legal arguments on your behalf.
  • Exploring alternative dispute resolution (ADR): Suggesting mediation or arbitration as alternatives to a trial, which can be faster and less expensive.
  • Drafting legal documents: Preparing and filing necessary legal documents such as complaints, motions, and responses, as well as drafting settlement agreements if a resolution is reached.

How Are Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyers Paid?

The fee structure for lawsuit or dispute lawyers varies depending on the complexity of the case, the type of dispute, and the lawyer's experience. Common payment methods include:

  • Hourly rate: Many lawsuit lawyers charge by the hour, especially for cases that require extensive preparation, research, and trial work. Hourly rates typically range from $150 to $500 or more, depending on the lawyer’s experience and location.
  • Contingency fee: In certain cases, such as personal injury or breach of contract claims, a lawyer may work on a contingency fee basis. This means they only get paid if they win the case, usually taking a percentage (typically 25% to 40%) of the settlement or damages awarded.
  • Flat fee: For specific services, such as filing a simple lawsuit or representing you in mediation, some lawyers may charge a flat fee.
  • Retainer: In complex cases or long-term litigation, a lawyer may ask for a retainer, which is an upfront payment to secure their services. The lawyer will then bill against the retainer as they work on the case.

Discuss the fee structure with your lawyer during the initial consultation to understand how fees will be handled throughout the case.

How Much Does a Lawsuit / Dispute Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a lawsuit or dispute lawyer depends on the complexity of the case, the lawyer's experience, and the fee structure they use. General cost estimates include:

  • Hourly rates: Lawyers may charge between $150 and $500 per hour, with higher rates for more experienced attorneys or cases requiring extensive trial preparation.
  • Contingency fees: If your lawyer works on a contingency basis, expect them to take 25% to 40% of any settlement or court award. For example, if you win $100,000 and the contingency fee is 33%, the lawyer would receive $33,000.
  • Flat fees: For less complex disputes or tasks, such as drafting a settlement agreement or representing you in mediation, flat fees may range from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on the scope of work.
  • Retainers: Some lawyers require an upfront retainer fee, which can range from $5,000 to $20,000 or more, depending on the case complexity and expected litigation length.

Make sure to ask for a detailed breakdown of fees during your consultation so you know what to expect.
