Ken Ray is hands-down, the best attorney you can hire in Yavapai county and the state of Arizona. If you are facing any sort of criminal case or cases, he is the man that you need to hire. I can personally vouch for that, from first hand experience.I was falsely accused of three felonies and Ken easily got my case dismissed without prejudice.

When my little girl passed away it was devastating. I went on his website and filled a brief description of daughter’s case. He called immediately, we spoke for awhile. Only leaving one star because I have to. Sue sold me the dream during our consultation over the phone. Told me everything I wanted to hear but actions did not measure up in the court room. It’s been since 2020 that I’ve lost my daughter to her father who is an absolute POS. Despite having provided mountains of proof and organizing all my exhibits. (All Sue had to do was file them, in the exact order they were in!!!!) And still NONE of them were used during my trial. It was he said vs she said and honestly the responding lawyer (Jason Pistiner) did what he was paid to do, took my daughter away and in return put me on child support. I had invested over 5 grand (putting myself in a financial bind) for Sue to be present at ONE trial and she failed me completely in many ways. Including the fact that our trial was virtual due to Covid and because her assistant Kim Yazzie failed to notify me that the trial was not going to be in person. I showed up to the court house the day of my trial where I learned it was virtual and had to sit in outside of the courthouse, literally outside. The traffic was noisy and I couldn’t concentrate on what was being said, nor did I have a way of effectively communicating with Sue to ask questions before or during my trial. To this day I am STILL fighting for justice for my daughter as she was placed in the hands of a convicted drug user/dealer who has failed my daughter completely since 2020. Please do your research before choosing Sue and make sure if you decide to proceed with her, you ask for itemized receipts of what she’s charging you for because I was never provided that information and don’t understand where 5 grand went when I did all the work and all she did was drop the ball the day of my trial. Not to mention how she claimed to have been “under the weather” the day of my trial which she seemed to be discombobulated and unfocused and even after the judge asked her if she was ok to proceed or needed to reschedule she refused to reschedule and chose to proceed as “sick” as she claimed to be. I think she intentionally failed to fight for me because she knew I would have to keep fighting (using her services) if I lost and in return it would cost another 5-10 grand if not more. That’s not how business is done. Had you won my case or even attempted to try and win my case, I wouldn’t be writing this negative review and you would have more business by word of mouth and recommendations but I would never in my lifetime refer anybody to Sue as she has proven to be untrustworthy and incompetent. The few minutes I talked to her on the phone when she needed additional information, she seemed very scatterbrained and all over the place. Which explains why her assistant isn’t good at follow ups. Blind leading the blind. By the way I noticed her 5 star reviews are from employees or friends which says a lot about her reputation! All I can say is if you’ve read through my review please consider investing elsewhere and don’t go based off the dream she sells during the phone consult. And if you’re reading this Sue, a refund would be nice.

I went to Mr. Hudspeth hoping that he would represent me on a business contract. But after reviewing my entire contract and having two of his staff attorneys research my case, he came to the conclusion that I would be better served by an attorney with expertise in securities law. Mr. Hudspeth did not charge me for any of his or the other attorneys’ time. I was disillusioned that he was not going to be able to represent me because I wanted the most competent attorney I knew, and that was Mr. Hudspeth.
The reason I know this is because I also worked for Mr. Hudspeth for five years. I learned to have tremendous respect for him as a lawyer and as a person. I have been around lawyers most of my life, but working for Mr. Hudspeth I saw a side I had not been exposed to very much. His compassion for others and understanding comes through in his communications, and that is something I have taken away with me and try to emulate. In his practice too, he expected that everyone adhere to ethical standards as the right and natural thing to do.

They won our case for us with Apache County but stopped short of seeing it through to the end. Therefore, after thousands of dollars were paid to Guidant, we have a successful win with absolutely nothing to show for it. Literally nothing is happening and we're sitting here wondering what we paid for with zero results. Why isn't Guidant acting on our behalf when the County is doing absolutely nothing to enforce our judgement?

This truly has to be the BEST criminal defense attorney association in Tucson Arizona hands down. THE FEDERAL KING IS KATSERELLIS LAW! I hired Kat on day 1 after a free consultation and he devoted so many hours of his time to me and I was able to go over my entire case with him and explain to him how the previous attorney I have was neglecting me and not willing to cooperate with me on anything within the interest I found best fit for my case with my brother. so within 48 hours I had an answer on a Plea, within 9 days got a plea agreement, within 1.5 Months with Kat’s word given was able to get me to court to begin the process to finish my case, and in under 90 days was able to successfully execute and close out a 6 month incarceration that was potentially looking at 33-41 months maximum. Very disappointed of the outcome of my case. He collected his six figure check and after that (in my opinion) he didn’t try to reduce my liens that were in the six figures, wasn’t sympathetic and if they were it was fake. He reduced his fee but then charged other fees that almost were half of what he “reduced fees”. He stated he wouldn’t take more then me. That’s not true, he walked away with more then I did. The ZLF team will be all nice until they collect the check then leave you on the side of the road like an abounded orphan kid. This is all my opinion and how they made me feel after the case was over. I wish I would have looked at the other reviews before using this firm. They can control the reviews on majority of their Social Media platforms. He also stated “lawyers out in Arizona can do whatever they want as they aren’t monitored. It’s like the Wild West” as he stated on a phone call. Keep your options open for a personal injury attorney.

Deplorable law firm. Typical, arrogant attorneys that only care about their own reputation instead of doing the right thing. I retained them to file a lawsuit against Mountain Vista medical center for leaving my mother's dead body at room temperature in the ER for over 24 hours so she bloated and we couldn't have a viewing before cremation.
Christopher Zachar was very enthusiastic about taking my case but after he spoke with the mortuary owner who was witness to what happened, he decided not to proceed further because of something the mortuary did years prior that had nothing to do with my mother's case. He was worried that his reputation would be tarnished for "having her as his star witness". I was a legal assistant for 20 years and got to work with a lot of self centered attorneys just like Christopher so I honestly wasn't surprised. There are plenty of personal injury and wrongful death attorneys out there. I would suggest not retaining anyone from the Zachar law firm
