I've been the victim of identity theft and it's the most difficult thing to have to deal with. David has listened patiently and worked to help me resolve debts that I was wrongly being sued for. Words cannot express the professionalism, empathy and kindness David has demonstrated throughout this process.. Calls, emails etc… were beyond my expectations. I had a debt turned over to collections that got out of control; I wasn't able to pay the exorbitant amount and started getting harassing calls at my place of work. In addition, I was embarrassed and scared of how to proceed. From the start to finish, David was understanding, non-judgemental, knowledgeable, and highly professional. His help resolved the situation completely, and it finally became manageable for me to pay off. I would recommend him to close friends, family, and strangers alike!

The death of my mother was very hard in many ways, but the loss of my stepfather/ Dad of 30yrs was devastating to say the least. I truly thought nothing could be worse. Then my step siblings and his ex-wife decided to try to make me and my nephew into thief's and horrible people.
I never would have believed that the court's would have allowed this whole thing to go as far as it did. Allegations and blatant lies, not proof, but it did.
If it hadn't been for Davis and Doug I honestly think they might have gotten away with it, since I'm a step daughter, FYI: Stepdaughter I found to be something of a "bad thing" automatically.
Thank you for listening and fighting for us. Thank you for not allowing my dad to be misrepresented as well, even though that was a byproduct, I know he would be thankful as well.

I was referred to Mr. McGirr through the Maricopa County Lawyer Referral Service. I left a message for him and he called back within the hour. We discussed my issues related to our Homeowners Association. Mick was very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward with his thoughts and advice. While he could have taken the case and charged our association, he provided an alternative course of action that would be less expensive. And he even offered to assist if we have any further roadblocks or issues. I would highly recommend Mr. McGirr.

So I was locked up on a trumped up charge for DUI and indecent exposure. Mr. Curry was able to get the indecent exposure charge dropped when a convenience store camera he subpoenaed showed that my genitalia was not exposed. Furthermore, he was able to get the DUI charge reduced to a 6 month suspended sentence since there were no credible witnesses or evidence proving I was driving over the curb. This dude kicks serious butt!

We hired Nicholus through Knockle Law firm. We were seeking help to get consevatorship, guardianship of our Mother. Nick led us through the complete process. It was an uphill battle from the start. The result was exactly as needed for the welfare of our Mother, with the Judge ruling on all matters in our favor. The cost were fair and I believe that we got our money's worth.

Robert Wooten was the best thing it happened for our son. He was arrested undefined us terribly, this is not supposed to happen to us. We called Robert at the law firm Curry Pearson and Wooten. In his office Robert counseled Him, told him he needed to write an essay of sorts on his behavior & how it got him to this place. Also that he needs to pay us/his parents back for all we're doing for him. Robert asked the judge to meet with us as a family 30 minutes before court. We were so impressed that the judge took the time to explain the what and how of court procedure & jury works. Ultimately Robert represented him extremely well and his felony was reduced to a misdemeanor. I recommend Robert Wooten & I have. We are grateful!

I am very grateful to God for leading me to Attorney, Robert Wooten. God truly acts in mysterious ways. I am currently going through a divorce. My wife filed an Order of Protection against me, so she could gain access to our children, my home and my business. I thought I could handle the Order of Protection hearing on my own. I didn't really want to retain an attorney because I did not think I could afford to pay for one as I do not make a lot of money. I was very wrong. I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!
