Mrs. Lepore has been my attorney during a very difficult divorce. After 3 long years of getting no where, while having another divorce attorney, I was referred to Mrs. Lepore. By my first appointment she had already acquired as much information as she could put her hands on, so she was was already prepared when I met her. She has displayed her knowledge of TN law, by being completely accurate in every question I threw her way. She has been readily available through phone or e-mail, keeping me currently updated on every detail of my case, almost on a daily basis. If unavailable, my phone calls or emails are returned within the day. She has not only been a terrific lawyer, but a counselor to me as well, always sensitive to my feelings and emotions. Many times I have called her in tears, with her reassuring encouragement that things would be OK, often referring to her as "my therapist"!!! I began quickly to trust her completely, and have followed her advice, which has proven to be very beneficial. My divorce settlement came out in my favor which I completely attribute to Mrs. Lepore; (things were looking very grim with the attorney I previoulsy used.) Athough my divorce was granted a few months ago, Mrs. Lepore has continued to follow through, making sure the stipulations of my settlement agreement have been followed by my ex-husband. After several failed attempts to have IEPs updated with meaningful and functioning goals, I was refereed to Rebecca. She had our IEPs for two boys with ASD revamped. The goals were practical and not redundant as they had been.
Our youngest was potty trained in 2 months because he had the full support he needed at school to understand such an important life skill. He was also moved to a lower functioning class without any Prior Written Notice. This was immediately remedied and our son is now in the best placement and thriving.
After several years of being told our older, non-verbal, son didn't qualify for ESY, Rebecca made it happen. She reminded the school district that he was at a Critical Stage in communication and not only did he qualify, but they also needed to purchase an Aug Comm. Device as well as the necessary software he needed to be successful and have a voice. The school district purchased it and trained staff to be able to accurately assist my son and his needs on a daily basis.
Both of my children are now in better placements and have the tools needed to progress. I would not have been able to get them this far with the run around from the district, my anger and fear for their needs not being met, or without Rebecca's level headedness when I couldn't think clearly.
She is an absolutely amazing advocate and lawyer.

I was referred to Bellah law by my company.
I met my attorney (Shasta) and her assistant (Bryanda). Shasta and bryanda were really good at communicating and getting my questions and concerns answered.
I had a complicated case with tons of evidence hoping I was not going to overwhelm them. The team did a great job creating my evidentiary binder.

I should have written this sooner considering how David saved my life, metaphorically not literally (yes, it is sad but truth has many emotions) Following the loss of my wife I made some very poor decisions and ended up incarcerated in Kingman, AZ. (Facility was amazing in comparison with LA county. Extremely clean and staff was very professional unlike the majority of my previous institutional “timeouts”). I was facing a minimum of 5 years, best case scenario. My sister-in-law referred me to David since she had worked with him in law enforcement. I like to research major decisions when lucid and found many other attorneys with offices in Kingman and years of experience. The past has taught me one valuable lesson. If you want to achieve something unimaginable then approach the task with a different approach. David has seen the law in action which is extremely beneficial. His proactive plan was unlike any other attorneys from my past. The result was phenomenal considering no additional incarceration was deemed necessary. He informed me exactly how he planned on providing the district attorney with positive information and did not “wait and see.” The district attorney dropped all the charges after receiving David’s amazing work of literature. Damn. I would be remiss if I failed to mention that his fee was was exactly what he had stated initially and extremely inexpensive considering the result. If you happen to be young of age then just know this attorney (dude) is totally “Lit.”
