Mr. Cooper is smart and trustworthy. I have used him several times for different matters. He is very thorough and very competent. There were times when I did not like what he had to say, and one time I thought he was being too cautious about a contract and I wanted to hurry and close the deal. I disregarded his recommendation, but I learned the hard way that I should have listened.
He has represented me a number of times and has represented friends I referred to him for things from business problems, divorce, custody, accidents, wrongful death etc. and always got excellent results. I highly recommend him.

Attorney Luther knows the law and quotes the case laws like the back of her hand. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and thorough. I was facing the option of having to appeal a ruling or petitioning for the judge to vacate their ruling and grant a new case. In my case, the judge imediately vacated their ruling and granted a new case. Attorney Luther did more than I thought was possible. She was realistic with me about my options and the potential outcomes and I felt confident having her on my team. She was effective in arguing my case after only having a short amount of time to prepare. She located and subpoenad information that my previous attorney did not obtain and appears to be very respected by the courts. She has over 2 decades of experience and I pity the attorney that opposes her if they don't have their work done. I would hire her again and again and again should the need ever arise but hopefully the need doesn't arise.

I would absolutely recommend Attorney Luther and her staff. She came as a recommendation from a close family friend whom has used her in the past. She is an amazing no nonsense type of lawyer with a great personality and supporting staff to match! Be prepared! I hired Attorney Luther to handle my child custody/legitimization case. I was sued by my NCP. Both the NCP and I were originally filed as Pro Se until the NCP retained counsel. I didn't think much about retaining counsel due to financial reasons and my supporting documents to substantiate my case. But upon NCP obtaining counsel, the filing changed. My case went from the NCP trying to establish visitation to him wanting to take full custody of our child. I had to retain her at the last minute, and it was one best decisions I made in regards to this legal matter. She IMMEDIATELY went to work on my case! She filed motions within the 2 hours of being retained. With that being said, her 25 years of experience and good reputation with Judges was a determining factor in the judge allowing for a Continuance while I prepare with my attorney; the judge definitely made that known.
Attorney Luther is very upfront and direct and detailed. She works very hard for you but she also expects the same from her client. As a client, help her to help you! Communicate thoroughly your needs, wants and expectations and she will be very honest with you and work hard to achieve the requests of her clients.
She came to court prepared and ready! Every time opposing counsel tried to submit evidence that was not reviewed, lead a witness or imply negligent wrongdoing without supporting documentation and proof - Attorney Luther was on point to stop the opposing counsel dead in their tracks! I was very proud of her performance in Court and the overall outcome of the case. Her opening and closing arguments were phenomenal. The way she thoroughly questioned the witnesses and opposing parties were impressive.
My advice: Be prepared! You have expectations of her as a lawyer, and she has expectations of you as a client. If you are wanting her to work on your behalf, you need to be able to provide whatever she asks her within the deadline she has given to you. I had retained her at truly the last minute possible and therefore I had to beat feet and get her everything within a very tight deadline. But because I am thorough and detailed myself, I brought most of that information with me when I retained her. But I still had more to do. She explained that her deadlines are to allow her and her staff time to comply with her deadlines to file motions and submit requests and such with the court.
There is nothing negative that I can say about Attorney Luther or her staff. I would recommend her to anyone! I know that if I never hired her, that my case would not have come out the way that it did.

I had the pleasure of using Mr. Williams as my attorney to settle a legal matter in which we brought suit against a customer that did not pay for some costruction services provided. Bob was eager to listen to the details and help me understand the law. Bob went the extra mile and made every effort to satisfy our needs. We were granted a court order for our client to pay his debt within 45 days of trial or else suffer the consequences of beng in contempt of the court. I was thrilled. We recieved our money just as ordered and can close this unfortunate chapter in our life.
I would not hesitate to use Bob again or refer him to others needing solid leagal service and advice.

I have been in business for 30 years and use lawyers all over the United States; even though we are in Florida we use Mr. Williams for most of our work, although his office is in Georgia. Why would we use an out of state lawyer; he is dependable. I have been a client of Mr. Williams for years and he has never disappointed me with his quality of work or his ability to communicate. He has never over charged or taken advantage in any way as it pertains to billing. He is a lawyer who knows how to complete a transaction and not disrupt a transaction.
His scope of practice is not limited but he has the common sense to bring in a specialist when needed. I highly without reservation recommend Mr. Williams as a confident well respected lawyer.

I hired the Melville Johnson P.C. law firm in January 2015 to represent my Merit Systems Protection Board case against Department of the Army. Mr. George Johnson assigned Mr. Yancey to work on my case. Mr. Yancey is hands down the best of the best. All our correspondence was over the phone and through e-mail. The communication and transparency was top notch. My questions were always answered thoroughly, the billing was crystal clear, and I understood every aspect of my case.

I have always been a skeptic when it comes to attorneys (no offense). I can't talk about my case in any detail but I can tell you how amazing Shaun Yancey has been! Attorney Jeffrey Diamond is a sensitive, compassionate, and above all, very competent lawyer. I cannot say enough good things about him. We were referred to him by another attorney who thought our case was interesting, and he knew Atty. Diamond would be the one who could help us.
We were so lucky that Mr. Diamond, who is semi-retired, was willing to tackle what I thought, was an impossible case to win. We had never hired a lawyer for this type of case and we were totally lost as to what we should do, where we should go.
Atty. Diamond was quick to understand and grasp the implications of our case, much to our relief! When he took this on, he explained everything, step by step to us, something for which we were most grateful. His communication skills are second to none. We would receive daily emails updating us as to what was happening, with detailed explanations. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I contacted Mr. Diamond for legal advice with assistance for a Homeowners Insurance Claim and he gave so much attention to reviewing documents and correspondence. He gave me his professional opinion and advice and had my best interest at heart which was so greatly appreciated. He could have taken on my case for me but it was not beneficial to me in the long run and would have less to repair with if he took my case but instructed me on immediate steps to take to protect my interests. He is a True GEM and if I ever need him in the future, I know he is there with expertise and experience and has familiarized himself with my needs. Yasha Heidari is a rockstar of the legal world. I have used other attorneys in the past. Mr. Heidari is on another level.
I had a complicated case. I spoke with attorneys that gave me all sorts of conflicting advice and none of them made me feel very good about my case. I received Yasha (Mr. Heidari's) name through a personal friend that spoke extremely highly of him and hyped him up. His hype was more than deserved.
He is professional, smart, likeable, responsive, and every other quality you would want in an attorney. It's almost like he could see into the future. He seemed 5 steps ahead of everyone. I could go on and on and on. He helped me in a difficult time and I could not be happier with him and the way he handled my case.

I recently used Mr. Heidari and had both great results and great experience. I googled him and found this page, and to my suprise, I'm going to be his first review.
I came to know and use Mr. Heidari from a friend of mine who highly recommended him. To be quite honest, when I met him, I thought he seemed a bit younger than attorneys I have used in the past, but I will tell you right now: I will easily give Mr. Heidari my HIGHEST recommendation and will tell anyone, without a doubt, that they can't pick a better choice than Mr. Heidari.
It didn't take long for me to learn why my friend gave Mr. Heidari such a high recommendation. First, he is VERY knowledgable. He seemed to have a mastery of all subjects at hand. I've dealt with quite a few attorneys in the past, and I am a professional myself-- I can easily tell when someone is blowing smoke. Mr. Heidari does not blow smoke. He is exceptionally smart.
Second, he is extremely responsive. One of my biggest gripes with attorneys I've used in the past is that they didn't keep me in the loop, would take a long time to respond to my calls, etc. This is quite the opposite with Mr. Heidari. When I first met Mr. Heidari, I asked him what made him and his firm special. One of the things he told me was that his firm tried to make each client feel like he or she is their only client. Initially, I thought that was simply good marketing, but I will tell you that he is 100% correct. He made me feel like I was special and always had access to him. I once called him at his office at 9 p.m. at night intending to leave him a voicemail, but to my suprise, he answered the phone and spent around an hour talking to me. When we had difficulty scheduling a meeting and some deadlines coming up, he met with me on the weekend. I even noticed he didn't bill me for most of our conversations and asked him if it was a mistake, to which he responded that's not how he does business. WOW! (My previous attorneys would charge me through the nose if they told me "Good morning".)
Third, and definitely most important, he won my case! You should have seen the way he DESTROYED the opposing attorney's arguments! It was a pleasure to see. (I almost felt bad for the opposing attorney. I say ALMOST!) This seemed to be the general trend with Mr. Heidari. Even though I'm not a lawyer and sometimes had difficulty understanding the legal aspects of his letters, e-mails, and court documents, it was even clear to me that he was doing an exceptional job. (Mind you, Mr. Heidari would always explain to me what was going on and tell me the next step that was going to be taken without me having to ask. He was also very patient, understanding, and helpful with all of my questions even though I admit I can be a difficult and demanding person sometimes.)
Overall, I've said a lot, but the point is that Mr. Heidari is an exceptional attorney and I'm very happy I used him. I'm not the type of person that writes reviews either. I don't think I've written another review in the past 10 years, but I simply feel exceptionally good about my experience with him. Everything else aside, if I need legal services, I will use him again. This is 100% without a doubt. I simply don't care what the matter is or where the matter is. He's earned my business for life. I will also recommend him to everyone I know (and their uncles) because he is simply that good.

Mr. Tidwell handled a "slip and fall" case for us. We could not have made a better decision regarding attorney selection. We found him to be genuine, honest, ethical, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. We had hired an attorney previously, and he sat on our case for almost two years without ever contacting us, so it was great working with an attorney the caliber of Mr. Tidwell. He apprised us of potential pitfalls and possibilities relative to our case and was sincerely interested in our needs. He promptly returned phone calls, kept us up to date on every movement on our case. We felt comfortable with Mr. Tidwell, fully expecting to have to go to court. Just prior to our court date he suggested we go to mediation with the defendant, especially since it appeared they were anxious to settle out of court. We can't help but believe it was Mr. Tidwell's tenacity and willingness to go to trial that convinced the defendant to go to mediation. Prior to mediation he informed us what we could expect, the risk/reward scenario, etc. His projections proved to be dead on, and after a long day of playing that game, we felt we were victorious and were extremely pleased with the results.

Attorney Warsett is the right type of lawyer to work alongside of. He fully explained his expectations on the front end of the case, which were more than reasonable. He did not attempt to direct medical decision making. At all times, his interest was that of the best interest for the present and future of his client (my patient). The firm was easy to communicate with, and Attorney Warsett was responsive to my questions in a timely fashion. He was able to resolve the case and reach a settlement well within the time that is reasonable and customary for the type of case and was able to compensate our clinic for the full amount of the services we provided. Attorney McClung is very professional. I contacted him via the web and he replied back instantly. I had previously paid an attorney to represent me in my case and of course because matters were time consuming because of his position as an attorney and politician he tossed me to the side and neglected my case. I contacted Attorney McClung he answered immediately, gave me a response, and a fair price. The price is actually significantly lower than the attorney I hired initially. I got one of those advertised divorces that initially was going to cost me $500 and turned out to cost me $2500 in 2012. We had been separated for 7 years. I was in a bad state. I signed an agreement, drafted and reviewed by a 'cheap' attorney and today I am paying $11,500 in alimony and child support for 20 years.
I was referred to Cary King. One look at the settlement agreement and he told me that in his 30+ years of Family Law practice, he had never seen a settlement agreement so one-sided, atrocious, unfavorable and not doable (based on my income then and now).
My income then, nor my income today, justifies the unreasonable alimony I signed up for.

June '13 - I recently received a large settlement in a security fraud case that lasted over four years. The case had two appeals to GA Superior Court but, in the end, the defendants offered me a settlement I couldn't refuse.
