Jeff is a amazing attorney. He is knowledgable, understanding, confident just well rounded. I was up against a large cooperation in a employment matter via the EEOC. He was with me every step of the way. From intial consult, to awaiting a mediation date, follow up calls and emails and sitting face to face with the company at the EEOC and reaching a settlement . Very honest on the possible outcomes, followed up promptly with my questions and concerns, and was very empathic with me. He was able to resolve my matter to the best of his ability and quickly, despite the fact I lived 2 hours away didn't stop the satisfactory outcome. I highly recomend Jeff, he knows the law, is aggressive, easy to talk to and prompt. Going up against a big cooperation was scary but Jeff was there and left no stone unturned, keeping me up dated and most of all he cared and had my best interest in thought . Thank you so much! I wish that I had enough writing space to express just how competent and skilled Brian Loffredo has been with respect to my legal matter. In early 2020 I contacted Mr. Kelly to handle 2 cases - one nursing home and one hospital. He was honest in his assessments of my case, kept me up to date throughout the entire process, explained both the pros and cons of offers, and as my cases are now completed, I would absolutely hire him again should the need arise. Here is a fact: My family lost our loved one far too early because of a contracted illness. Another fact is that before our loved one left us, he asked Dan to tell his story so others wouldn't have to suffer in vain. We've unfortunately been involved in 3 different lawsuits and had 3 different lawyers. Chris is BY FAR our favorite. Lawsuits inherently suck your money dry and it's hard to feel good about a lawsuit or your lawyer given whatever situation you are dealing with. Chris is incredibly hardworking and thorough. When we first contacted him, we needed a lawsuit filed very quickly as we were approaching an important date that would change the facts on the ground. Chris worked tirelessly to pull together our initial filing to protect our rights and reached out to relevant stakeholders for affidavits, making himself available for several last minute signatures. He also specifically took action to file the case or respond in certain ways given how Covid has changed the way that the courts are functioning in DC (e.g., e-filing vs. going to the court, etc.).
Our case was factually and legally complex and he worked for several months to negotiate with the opposing counsel and was extremely communicative with us throughout the process. Going to trial would have been costly and his ability to work with opposing counsel to come to an agreed upon resolution saved us a lot of money, and he was even able to negotiate some of the resolution costs be placed upon the defense, which saved us even more money (and energy!).
Lastly, his approach and his demeanor towards us was respectful and thoughtful and made us feel like we were in good hands through the whole process. We would enthusiastically recommend him to others.

I had a horrible situation with a disbarred attorney who had represented me in some cases that had to be nonsuited. The attorney didn't tell me he'd been disbarred, he kept practicing. So, when I had the cases nonsuited by a new attorney, we were able to represent to the court that we had settled matters with all of our experts and consultants. Well that disbarred attorney lied to me about firing some medical experts, who later sued me and have tried to force me at great cost to violate a federal protective order through manipulating the arbitration process. A friend of mine knew of Eric and referred me. Eric has defended me, and my special needs daughter's trust, against this attack. Eric represented us in the Arbitration dispute and additional filings. It's been a stressful experience but during it all, Eric has been fair, professional, communicative, hard working, diligent, he was outstanding in arbitration - finding that these so called experts have lost their medical licenses in pretty much every state - and doing his best to give us fair and appropriate legal advice and representation. I have been so impressed with him, and with Offit Kurman. Eric is one of the best attorneys I've ever had to work with, and I've had to work with enough to tell anyone reading this post that he's one of the good guys and he's very good at what he does. Unfortunately my Mother passed away without having a Will or any of her Estate affairs in order. Prior to my mothers passing I had never handled an Estate before.
