Unfortunately my Mother passed away without having a Will or any of her Estate affairs in order. Prior to my mothers passing I had never handled an Estate before. I contacted a few attorneys but didn't feel they were the right fit for all of the complications pertaining to the Estate. Some attorney's weren't even willing to take it on. A neighbor of mine (who is an attorney) suggested that I contact Mr. Andre McDonald to handle my Mothers Estate. After our initial phone consultation, I knew immediately that he was the the right fit for all that needed to be accomplished. It was around the holidays. Mr. McDonald went above and beyond the typical duties that involve getting an Estate opened. He stayed involved and was on top of every aspect regarding the Estate throughout the entire process. He followed through with getting the Estate closed in a timely fashion. Mr. McDonald was very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the Estate. He was always informative and reliable. Mr. McDonald always personally returned my phone calls and my emails in a timely manner. His staff was very pleasant and a joy to work with during a very hard time in my life. He kept me up to date on anything that needed to be done. When my workplace closed on March 17th due to the COVID-19, we had to telework by going on Zoom. We were teleworking everyday until, two weeks ago, our director sent us on furlough. A couple days later after my director received the PPP grant, they never gave us a clear explanation that all employees had to be back on the payroll. One of the roles for a good director is strong communication skills. In fact the director never told us the consequences of continuing on unemployment once they had received the loan.
This week I spoke to Mrs. Valle to get advice on whether I should continue receiving unemployment or resume on Zoom. We had a time-share that we could not sell or release back to the company. We hired Tim and he worked miracles. He got us out of our contract within 6 months and for a really nice price. We owed over $12K and he was able to negotiate the price down to $1K. I would recommend him to all of friends and family to accomplish any task. If he could do the unattainable for the release of a time-share I cannot imagine what he could do for other peoples legal problems.

From my initial telephone conversation with Adam, I felt relaxed, very comfortable, and certain that I had made the right decision. I needed Adam and his team to put together a comprehensive Estate Plan for me...which would include my Will, a Revocable Trust Agreement, an Advance Medical Directive, and Power of Attorney. I also needed advice and guidance on a few other matters relating to my 'estate'. Once all of the documents were drawn up, I physically met with Adam and his team. I had a horrible situation with a disbarred attorney who had represented me in some cases that had to be nonsuited. The attorney didn't tell me he'd been disbarred, he kept practicing. So, when I had the cases nonsuited by a new attorney, we were able to represent to the court that we had settled matters with all of our experts and consultants. Well that disbarred attorney lied to me about firing some medical experts, who later sued me and have tried to force me at great cost to violate a federal protective order through manipulating the arbitration process. A friend of mine knew of Eric and referred me. Eric has defended me, and my special needs daughter's trust, against this attack. Eric represented us in the Arbitration dispute and additional filings. It's been a stressful experience but during it all, Eric has been fair, professional, communicative, hard working, diligent, he was outstanding in arbitration - finding that these so called experts have lost their medical licenses in pretty much every state - and doing his best to give us fair and appropriate legal advice and representation. I have been so impressed with him, and with Offit Kurman. Eric is one of the best attorneys I've ever had to work with, and I've had to work with enough to tell anyone reading this post that he's one of the good guys and he's very good at what he does. I highly, highly recommend Eric Pelletier and the firm Offit Kurman.
