Andy Blasi handled the sale of our home to a buyer who was very difficult throughout the process. Andy handled the contract terms and his changes were invariably the reason we even were able to close. Regardless of the nonsense the buyers and their attorney tried to pull, Andy quashed their arguments in a professional and straight forward manner. And he did it while handling insignificant details while he literally forced the buyers to the table. In the end we closed and thankfully no need to sue or face a lawsuit over the deposit. Andy is the best. Also, Andy handled a business contract for a family member and somehow got that agreement done. It was a very intricate situation with out of state parties. I had recommended Andy to handle that matter and Andy handled it beautifully.

Rich Sierra is truly a rare gem of a lawyer and person. If you want to get an idea of who he truly is, watch the promo videos on his firm's website. It's easy to dismiss such videos as marketing stories. But after my life-changing experience working with Rich to settle a very difficult business dispute for over 6 months in 2020, I can say hand on heart that the Rich you see in those videos is the real guy. He charges a small fee for a consultation call, however the call is actually valuable advice and exploring strategy to solve your case. Going forward, he confirms with you all planned billing so there are no surprises. Lastly, his pricing is surprisingly affordable, which he can do because he handles a high volume of cases with success. Rich has completed several hundred business dispute mediations and resolutions, and during my mediation, it showed. I'm trying not to ramble here, however, I can't say enough great things about Rich Sierra. Rich cares, is a great listener, and is extremely competent as a business mediator and litigator. I never thought needing an attorney ever. Unfortunately, Florida has way to many dishonest people. Somebody gave me his name and phone number and call. The next day, meet him and since, I needed him twice. In both cases he suggested me the best way, and won in both. Man, i liked the way he made this happen. Efficiently and in good time. Hi Tom assisted me in a dispute with PayPal when I won the argument in eBay about a delivered item that I believe was stolen I lost a dispute with PayPal with a bank. Tom represented me in small claims court and was able to get PayPal to agree to send me the price of the stoeln item plus attorneys fees. I highly recommend him.

My daughter was in a car accident in June 2020, Ms. Michaels handled our case and looked out for the best interest of my daughter.
