I found Alan on AVVO just out of pure luck, thank God. Better lucky than smart. He has been my savior. I purchased a property with numerous title faults, and had I not found Alan, it would still be a mess. I would have had to sell the property for a huge loss, if I would have been able to sell it. The number of attorneys that could have solved this mess, nor wanted to tackle it, is extremely limited.
Attorney Raines is a highly competent and skilled legal expert. Ive worked with a number of attorneys in my career at a major institutional investment house in Pittsburgh, and attorney Raines far outshines the others. He is great at cutting to the heart of the problem, as persistent as a terrier, and thrives on complex litigation. He's a tough negotiator and ALWAYS acts in your interest. His judgement is keen. His communication has been excellent, and he's just a down-to-earth guy. I wholeheartedly recommend him if you have a major business or real estate problem, or any complex litigation.

I had to force the sale of a Florida condo that I and one of my relatives jointly inherited. The first lawyer I contacted told me that it would be expensive to force the sale. They also told me that I would need to travel to Florida. I waited years before I again looked into getting a lawyer. The condo association referred Max Paul, Esq. After I agreed to his reasonable hourly rate, Max went to work. I did not need to travel to Florida. Max represented me so that I no longer had to communicate with my relative. Max did an amazing job and quickly convinced my relative to execute a contract allowing the property to be offered for sale. Max also communicated with the sales agent and kept me informed each step of the way. The process became stress free for me because Max handled everything. I went to David's law firm to speak with his partner first, and his partner referred me to David. We hit it off immediately; he listens well, makes no assumptions until he has heard everything and takes notes so his questions are succinct and to the point.
My issue was with a rogue HOA president who just wanted to make certain homeowners lives miserable. David was prompt and thorough in all of his correspondence to the opposing attorney and made sure he followed up with me weekly, even if there was no movement. I really appreciated the fact that he let me proof all of the letters to the opposing attorney, and took my edits/additions to heart.
David was able to not only bring closure to the matter with the opposing attorney but made sure all of the false claims brought against me (with fines attached) were wiped clean from my HOA ledger so I was once again a homeowner in good standing.
I was grateful for David's work and would hire him again if needed.

Our company was recently served demanding that we vacate our office premises due the landlord taking the position he was not aware of our arraignment of a sub-lease agreement with another tenant. Meanwhile the landlord had been fully aware of the sub-lease arraignment for many months by stopping into our office randomly to chat. Throughout we had been fully up to date on our rent.
Through a recommendation we engaged Mr Glickstein to seek some sanity in the matter and see if we could resolve this with minimum legal action. While the final outcome was not to our liking we were very pleased with the client attorney relationship with Mr Glickstein. From the beginning he approached the case very rationally seeking a positive outcome for both parties. Unfortunately a equatable solution was not to be for ourselves.
We were kept informed of the unfolding events throughout the case, meanwhile Mr Glickstein maintained a most professional attitude in dealing with the opposing party who obviously was not interested in a positive solution for both parties. In the past we have been involved with legal counsel who were most unpleasant with the opposing council. The eventual outcome in many times could have been achieved sooner by seeking a more reasonable approach.
Reasonable while still maintaining a firm position throughout the case,that coupled with a common sense approach to the facts at hand is why we would highly recommend Mr Glickstein.

Pursuing a claim against our financial advisor was something we were not eager to pursue, but with the passage of time the clarity of how badly we were wronged was undeniable. We contacted an attorney who, after reviewing our case, felt the extensive experience of Mr. Zuckerbrod would best serve us. It was a long and laborious process that included a mediation designed for the two parties to come together and agree on a settlement. There was no agreement because the broker was not interested in what we would have considered a fair settlement. The next step was for a panel of FINRA arbitrators to hear the case and make a final, binding decision. The FINRA panel’s decision resulted in an unsuitable trading and negligence judgment against the broker and an award to us. The arbitration was an exhausting 9-10 day hearing. Mr. Zuckerbrod’s ability to remember details was nothing short of amazing. His background and understanding of FINRA rules was absolutely crucial to the presentation of our case. We feel very, very fortunate to have had someone of his caliber advocating on our behalf. He was always professional, supportive, and patient, and he always stressed honesty above all else. That was just more reassurance for us that we were working with the right person.

I hired Todd to represent me in a case involving litigation against one of the largest companies in the planet. It is unusual to find good representation when you need a defense for an attorney suing you for non payment of legal fees. It put Nate in a difficult position to ask him to defend me against one of his colleages but he saw that we were right and he prepared to go to trial. Three days before trial the prosecution buckled and settled the case.

We worked with Mark on a contract issues with a home builder and their in house lender. The mortgage company was blatantly violating the law and attempting to keep a large portion of our money that wasn't theirs. We were worried such a complex antitrust matter would take years to resolve... However, Mark met with us and provided a timely and in-dept analysis which clearly determined the lender was violating the law, allowing us the terminate the agreement immediately. The lender conceded and agreed to refund us. Having Mark saved us tens of thousands in up-front costs, not to mention over 100k in a predatory interest rate. Working in the legal field, I have worked with dozens of attorneys in the past. Mark is by far the most honest, responsive, and considerate attorney I've met.

My firm is a small business provider of IT services which had a service agreement with a large enterprise client.
