This case involved a highly visible commercial property wherein the tenant abandoned the property literally in the middle of the night owing substantial rent to two property owners who were related to each other. Tim had to navigate through this mess representing only one of the property owners (me), which most lawyers would avoid like the plague. Instead, Tim handled it all with a cool head when family drama rivaled anything I could have ever foreseen. Not only did he become my own personal mental health expert, he negotiated some amazing results with a high profile, multi-national company who ultimately bought the property. This process took over two years and never once did Tim waver in his support of my future finances and nearly daily contact with a sometimes raving maniacal client (me). You're not going to find anyone else who is even close to Tim Tatro's talent.

I hired Mr. Tatro to help my company collect on a past due bill for our construction consulting services to a large national management company. From the very beginning he kept control. His personal involvement was instrumental in a complete payment with all interest. Without his consistent solid approach we would not have been able. After trying for several months without even return call, Mr. Tatro had this completed within a month. He kept us informed and gave us our options we went for it and we could not be happier- great job. He has also helped us on just business planning. He is clear/efficient and to the point.

I needed an Attorney that specializes in probate matters and upon my sister advised me to look for reputable lawyer through Better Business Bureau. Since the need was so urgent the first few law offices that I called cannot take me right away because of scheduling. The last law firm I called was the Office of Atty. Frederick Lewman. I spoke to her Legal Asst. Sue Randi and was kind enough to book me that same morning for consultation. I live 15 minutes away from their office so I was able to rush right away since Mr. Lewman has an hour to spare before he takes his first appointment. I explained the situation and showed him the demand letter from the opposing counsel. Knowing that it was time sensitive he agreed to represent me after explaining the process and the fees. This is the first time I have to deal with a lawyer so I was concern that I'd be charged exorbitant retainer fees. Atty. Lewman was different, his retainers fee is reasonable and his assistant Sue was always updating me of the status of my case. Fast forward, Atty. Lewman was able to resolve my probate issues in a fast and efficient way. I feel I was a valued client and handled my case with due diligence and professionalism. Ken Chyten recently handled a breach of contract law suit for me. Unlike most other firms, Ken does not have big overhead costs that you get billed for. He handles the cases from start to finish with no duplicate charges for a paralegal, admin assistant, associate attorney etc. In my case, I was able to work in collaboration with Ken. He listened to and reviewed my concerns, my arguments and evidence and then negotiated with the counter-party to achieve a favorable outcome after a long and protracted battle by the counter-party. I was very pleased with the outcome and am confident that a similar result would have cost me much more at most other large or small law firms. I met Megan in 2019, after a conflict with my family reached an impasse and I felt I needed an advocate. She was the fourth lawyer I met with, but the first to take me seriously and to engage with my story. I live in Tucson and my late husband and I had a Trust that was drawn up here. However, he owned a condo in L.A that we weren't able to get into the Trust before he passed away. Megan was very responsive in working with me and with my AZ attorney in getting the property into the Trust without having to go through Probate. I’ve known Michael now for 10 years and was impressed with his attention to detail and the way he knows the law better than most while knowing when to strike and when to wait for the bait. Michael is by far the best litigator I have met and that is why I hired him and to see the other side continually dig themselves out of holes Michael put them in and he continued to do this until they simply couldn’t or didn’t have a way to remedy their case or side. The law works in favor of those that do the right thing and stick to what is in writing and what is on a contract. Michael worked extremely hard on my case and countless hours were out in while putting together all the pieces and creating a story from a timeline that he created using a method that made sense. Atty. Madeline was very professional and compassionate for the eviction case against the tenants who used every attempt to delay the process. The tenants used different tactics: covid, avoided service, uninhabitability, and bankruptcy twice. Each time she was able to defend and also, recoup for our losses, and win against the tenants. When I was frustrated, she was reassuring and confident in our case, which reduced a lot of stress and fear due to the situation. I am definitely, glad that I hired her and hopefully, never have this situation again, but would and have gladly referred her to others landlords that need help with eviction and were unsuccessful.

Lauriann and her team were our lifesavers as we navigated though a probate, a conservatorship and a second probate filing over the span of 4-1/2 years. We had never had to do anything like this before and had the added complication of living out of the state of California. Lauriann coached us through every proceeding and explained what would happen next so we were prepared up front. I hired Walter Cook to assist in a trust contest that had gone on for three years. Walter took over as trial attorney and won the case. Attorney Sondra Sutherland is my kids' hero. She knows how to handle difficult cases, especially cases that involve military retirement division. Military retirement division is complex, and not many attorneys in San Diego, know about how to navigate the rules and regulations regarding military retirement division. If you are looking for someone who knows about military retirement division laws, please give Sondra a call. She will fight for you! I was facing an extremely difficult military divorce case. The order I had included a wrong division of military pension, it also directed me to vacate my home, and put my home up for sale all within a very short period of time. I was also facing losing my share of the military pension, and I was especially facing trying to find a new home for me and my children, at a time when housing cost has skyrocketed in San Diego. Sondra is tenacious, assertive and highly knowledgeable. When I first spoke to her on the phone I knew she was the right attorney for my case. She spent her time explaining all of my options and advising me as to the best course of action with my best interest in mind. If you have any kind of personal injury claim in California, individually or as part of a class, you need to hire Chris and Kevin Moon. It's that simple. As a business and employment litigation attorney for both plaintiffs and defendants with more than 70 jury trials under my belt, I know the difference between "litigators" and real trial attorneys. The former are all too common in our profession, adept only at pushing paper, filing motions, and acting like keyboard warriors. But when cases fail to settle and trial looms, those kinds of lawyers find themselves staring into an abyss. Mr. Meissner and his staff have been the most competent and attentive law office I have ever had the pleasure to work with! From the very beginning, Mr. Meissner helped keep my head above water in negotiating and securing money for my new car. I was in awe while listening to him speak with the insurance company and knew I truly had someone on my side that knows his business. He is very transparent with me and answers all my questions before I even have to ask. I had many informative and delightful conversations with Heather and Frank for updates on the case and to soothe my nerves. I don't think I can thank Heather enough! The entire staff always took the time to listen to my needs and returned my messages promptly. They also helped me get in touch with competent physical therapists to return my condition to 100% injury-free. I forget how nervous I was at first thinking that I would have my back problems forever so I have tremendous amounts of gratitude for their keeping my health a priority and making sure I had proper ongoing treatment. I have had Ed represent me in several legal issues In real estate and civil problems . His understand of law and able to bring the other side to the table to solve the case before going to trial has saved me money and a lot of stress. Being in construction business for many years and dealing with the public . Got me into legal issues . I had found that mediation using the source of depositions with both parties at the table solved the core issues and could walk out of the conference with both parties some what happy. Ed was prepared and had good questions to get to the bottom of issues and put the other side to accept a compromise .

We were lucky to find Aaron Morris and Deanna Stone of Morris and Stone Law Firm! I was being named in an Anti-Slapp case by Senator Catherine Blakespear. Morris and Stone jumped in, wrote the Judge a very well thought out and detailed statement with supporting evidence from previous Supreme Court cases proving that I should not be named in the Anti-SLAPP. In the end the judge agreed with Morris & Stone's statements in its "Entirety". It was obvious the judge was impressed with with Morris and Stone. If I ever have any legal issues in the future I will certainly contact Aaron Morris and Deanna Stone. If you're reading this review I recommend you call them as well, they give a great consultation are extremely knowledgeable and fair. I'm very thankful that I found Morris & Stone!
