I applied for Social Security Disability on Guam in 2004. I was disapproved for the claim twice but I had to relocate to Hawaii because Guam had no Social Security Advocate back then. I selected an Associate of Mr. Frederick J. Daley. Since then Mr. Daley kept me informed to the progress of my case from the Social Security Administrative Judge, to the District Court, and to the Court of Appeals. When my case was finally given back to the Administrative Judge for the final disposition Mr. Daley traveled from Chicago to Hawaii for the hearing. I understand that my case took the longest that he represented.

I needed a lawyer for a very sensitive legal matter. I spoke to 7 lawyers before hiring Kathleen. It took 5 minutes on the phone for me to realize she was honest and extremely knowledgeable. After hirering her I learned she could also advice me on almost everything, not just law. She has a movie worthy background with experiences in many professions and industries, it’s unbeleivable how young she is to have done so much in life. She is a talented artist, can diagnose your car’s issues and prepare your taxes while telling you how to plan and cook a romantic dinner for your vegetarian wife, lol. I know that is not usual for a lawyer. Sorry if I embarrass you for mentioning your art Kathleen :) Best lawyer I’ve ever met! She won my case and my neighbors quickly and at her flat fee we agreed to in the begging, no billing surprises or other issues. I would highly recommend Hall Adams. My supporting reasons are as follows:
- He is thorough, on the ball, hardworking, communicative (rare with many attorneys), means what he says and more importantly does what he says.
- He is experienced, personable and began work on my case right out of the gate. He had accomplished more in 4 weeks than several other firms who wasted my time by sitting on my case with almost losing my window of opportunity.
My conclusion of Hall Adams is simple, after going through several attorneys who, in my opinion, where not true to their word, Hall is a Go-to kind of Attorney; he accomplished what others could not, would not or did not want to becasue it may have taken some effort. I have and will continue to recommend Hall Adams to other people based on his work ethics and based on my experience with him during our case of about 2 years.

He gets paid by a percentage of the recovery. So, he if he takes your case you can expect to win. In my case, the rotten insurance company initially rejected our claims but Mr. Adams was able to secure a huge settlement after litigating for 6 months.
On a friends claim he ended up having to go to trial and won a big verdict.

After impulsively retaining a terrible criminal attorney to represent me in a $75,000 embezzlement case, I hired Dan and his partner Jeff through a recommendation to take over my case - they were both incredibly knowledgeable, non-judgemental and experienced dealing with white collar/financial crimes. Once Dan and Jeff stepped in, they were able to negotiate a much lower restitution, settle the pending civil suit, and proactively contact law enforcement to stop any charges from being filed against me. Before working with Dan, I was convinced that a felony charge was inevitable and I now have my life back. Dan was able to accomplish more for me in two weeks, then my prior attorney was able to do in 3 months. Would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a criminal attorney.

I hired Dan Hronek in 2009 for help with my DUI case. After being told by one lawyer I was more than likely getting a conviction Mr. Hronek helped me avoid probation and a conviction. Dan also made himself available to help with questions along the way, a real help.
I highly recommend Mr. Hronek not only because of what he was able to do for me in my case, but also for how he did it. A real professional who cares about what he is doing.

In 2009 I was charged with a drug case and had another lawyer to represent me. After the first court date he wanted me to plead guilty to probation, but I didn't want the conviction because I'm still a student in college. I then hired Mr. Hronek to replace my previous lawyer, and he went in and filed a motion to dismiss and won it. My case was thrown out and I didn't have to get a conviction on my record or take probation. Mr. Hronek really fought for my case and I'm sure that if I hadn't called him I would probably still be on probation today.

I came to know Jennifer after I was looking for a lawyer to represent me in my highly contested divorce case dealing with a difficult ex-wife. Upon hiring Jennifer she immediately started working on my case. Jennifer spent the majority of time on my case and always protected my right to a 50/50 parenting time when my ex and her lawyers were throwing all kinds of false allegations against me in court to take my toddler away from me.
Upon hiring Jennifer and seeing her performance I immediately felt peace knowing that I have an outstanding attorney on my side. Jennifer was always professional and generous with me. She responds to emails and questions in a timely manner and always sets up a zoom call to update me after pre-trials and hearings to discuss the outcome and address any concerns or questions I have. She was never late to any hearing or a meeting. During the settlement process Jennifer had put in place the necessary wording to protect my rights in case anything went wrong and tailored the settlement offer to suit my needs.

As owner of a family general contracting company specializing in municipal projects, Matt's expertise and ability are invaluable to us whenever we need his assistance. We were first introduced to him when he was with Winston and Strawn, where he helped us win a case against a subcontractor who had walked off the job. When he struck out on his own, it was a no-brainer to continue to use him. Since then he has helped us in disputes against not only subcontractors but also owners, ie, municipalities and public boards. Matt has a great talent for discerning the subtle nuances of the AIA construction agreement (a superficially simple document with great underlying complexity) and articulating those points clearly, concisely and to our great benefit. In fact, I have seen attorneys with many more years in construction law appear dumbfounded by the AIA contract and what it contains. Furthermore, Matt was able to quickly understand the different construction techniques, processes and technical jargon that was needed to argue our cases, an ability we place paramount in our representation. (After all, if you cannot understand a difficult technical point, how can you make others see it?)
