The worst Atterney I could have ever chosen in my life. He left on vacation when my hearing was set. Then sent someone that didn’t have a clue hat was going on with my case. Worst mistake of my life as far as picking an Atterney. Huge mistake. He left when I needed him and paid him for. Then never answered. Huge mistake choosing Manny a Perez. Huge mistake. I happen to be one of those people that have been convicted of something g I did not do because I chose the wrong Atterney. At the end Manny told me I could just switch to another Atterney if I want after he took my money. Horrible experience. Don’t hire this guy. Hey tried to pursue me for additional money after he didn’t show up at my hearing. Horrible experience. I totally made a huge mistake by hiring Many Perez. The worst thing is that my mistake will now follow me for the rest of my life, from something that I am innocent of. He had no interest in my case at all. He left on vacation and ignored me while I stood in court alone. But charged me for that. Again. Huge mistake.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST LAWYER I HAVE EVER CAME CONTACT WITH. Have been in a case with them for about two years and they have not filed a single file for me. For the past two years I’ve gotten billed monthly for absolutely nothing. ZERO. Do not trust these people. Take your business somewhere else. Besides the fact that they will bill you for doing nothing for you the main lawyer hung is an absolute disgrace to other lawyers. He is disrespectful and insulting. I have never experienced a more disrespectful business. DISGUSTING.

I am a surgeon who is still young in terms of our normal career path. I found myself unable to do any procedures or surgery despite being in a specialty that is by definition procedure oriented. I did purchase private own occupation long-term disability insurance when I was a resident, but I never thought I'd have to use it.
When it became clear that I was not getting better at the rate I would like, I called up a few different firms to help me guide through the process. I found that Eddie was not only available but affable, and I could tell he is definitely able. His previous win for another surgeon who unfortunately had to go all the way to the court gave me a lot of confidence that he was going to be able to fight for me every step of the way.
We had quite a bit of push back from the very beginning, but he was able to guide me throughout the process and despite persistent pushbacks and demands from the insurance company, I was just told today that we finally got the approval! His assistant Sonya has also been excellent.
Getting the approval is way more difficult than I first imagined. I am so glad that I had Eddie to help me. I'll recommend him and his team without a hesitation

It's rare to find anything good to say these days about virtually anything, but we have found an exception in the legal work of Steven Swartz, Esq. of Carballo Law, P.A.!
We were in a position of having to put through a travel insurance claim for our elderly parents' 6-week trip abroad that had to be cancelled due to a medical condition. The trip had been booked for mid July 2020 and we filed the claim in the beginning of May. For nearly four months we were stonewalled by the insurance company, who remained completely unresponsive to our numerous communications and then ultimately denied our claim outright... twice! We finally called Steven based on a personal recommendation, and right from our initial phone consultation we knew we had the right guy. He quickly ascertained the legitimacy of our position within the policy criteria, digested all the steps we had taken thus far, and turned out a 100-page detailed response including evidence and on-point legal citations that was followed up by the filing of a bad faith grievance with the Florida DFS and ultimately resulted in the payment of our claim... all in a little over a month! We could never have achieved such a successful outcome without him!
But more than just securing our claim, Steven was a true pleasure to work with. He was attentive, forthright and clear in all our dealings with him, addressing our myriad questions and concerns quickly, cordially and comprehensively – traits that unfortunately are not always readily found in attorneys these days. For the most part, unfortunately when you need an attorney it's because you need help with a difficult situation. That's what I received from Francisco Cieza, help. I found myself in a scary situation where I was taken advantage of and I didn't know what to do. I had never been in trouble or been in a situation where I needed a lawyer, but here I was! Francisco quickly defused my anxiety by giving me the facts of my case. This was going to be a process. I had questions, he had answers. I was nervous, he calmed me down. I never waited too long for a response whether it was a reply to an email or a phone call that he missed due to helping another client. He always followed up in a timely manner and was professional while being sympathetic to my situation. Needless to say I was very happy with the outcome of my case. We are regular Americans and have no background in these legal matters. The insurance company created a fraudulent billing situation and was trying to force us to pay thousands to the IRS while they were collecting from the fallacious account for years without our knowledge. Right away, she started looking into my issue....and (sometimes) chased after me to get the supporting info I had.
