I engaged John Dubiel at Bristol & Dubiel LLP to assist me in obtaining a judgement for an overdue debt of close to $1.0 million. John was responsive and did a great job of working with me on the debt. The debtor came up with all kinds of crazy excuses/affidavits but through John's excellent legal work and guidance we were able to obtain a summary judgement for the whole amount and everything we asked for. I hired a different attorney from an online found firm, ended firing her, greatest choice made, after I found and hired John Kappel. He made this ongoing case of three and a half years to come to an end with the best outcome, more than I believed to come true. Full sole custody (rights signed by “father”), and a satisfactory judgement, including child support arrearage, with interest. I hired Ty Gomez to represent me for a wrongful termination situation. He was extremely knowledgeable about my rights under Texas law and was able to help me receive the commissions I was due. I attribute the success in my case to Ty because the communication he provided to my past employer created awareness about how I was mistreated by newly hired management. He also was strategic about when and how to communicate. Consequently, the company paid me the commissions that should have been owed to me which they did not plan on paying me. In my case, particularly, I could not really claim a typical reason for discrimination obviously protected by law, so being strategic was key -- and Ty was a master. I do think that anyone that was in a situation like me should report concerns of mistreatment to HR or to upper level management when there is a concern of being mistreated, and likely being misrepresented to others. Working under highly stressful circumstances because of mistreatment is not right! However, if you do report your concerns, nothing is resolved, and your manager timely decides to "go in a new direction" before commissions are due to roll in, Ty will help!

Ty was able to discover an aspect of my case that I had not previously considered, or given serious thought. Had Ty not pointed it out, my case probably would not have gone very far. However thanks to his efforts, I received much more than I was originally offered. However, what I appreciate the most is that Ty did not promise the world and kept expectations realistic; and I was awarded pretty close to what he predicted. Theres a reason this dude has over a hundred 5-star reviews and not a *single* 4-star or lower or negative review. Taylor is awesome, the only lawyer I’ve ever met (and, sadly, I’ve met a few) that 1. answers his own phone, 2. does it on the first ring, 3. remembers who you are, and what’s going on with your case, and 4. tells you the truth, not just whatever BS he can to get you off the phone (like every other criminal lawyer). He is my daughter’s public defender but has treated us better than all the paid lawyers I’ve hired! Will be using him again if the need arises.

After seeing all the great reviews online for Mr. Woolley, I decided to call him regarding the possible need for probate for my mother's recent passing. I had to leave a voice message and he returned my call very quickly. He was very pleasant and asked me to explain my situation and describe my mother's estate. He was extremely helpful and based on the information I had given he did not feel there was a need for probate. There was one question I had regarding the filing of future taxes with the IRS, and not having a definitive answer, he referred me to his own CPA. I felt very comfortable talking with Mr. Woolley and if I ever need an attorney to handle future issues regarding probate, I will certainly use his services.

I highly recommend Winocour law if you are ever in an auto accident. I was first introduced to Jonathon Winocour about 20 years ago when my sister was hit by a drunk driver. He handled her case against him. Jonathon Winocour won my sister the full settlement. A couple years later I was in an auto accident which lead to serious spinal injury. Against all odds fighting insurance companies and adjusters, Jonathan Winocour prevailed and got the full settlement amount without even having to go to court. I was very impressed and grateful for his genius. He is a very personable and honest. He gives it to you straight, and he has your best interest at the forefront always! About ten years later I was involved in a second auto accident which cause more spinal injuries. Having my preexisting conditions, Jonathan had to prove this new accident had exacerbated my injuries.
