I first met Andy Korn as a younger attorney, when we were opposing counsel. And over the years, he has provided me with guidance and mentoring above and beyond what many experienced attorneys might provide.

Michelle not only helped me resolve an issue with my previous employer but also provided emotional support throughout the process as this was the first time in my life I was in need of legal representation. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of legal help especially with regard to discrimination cases. I talked with several employment attorneys before hiring Michelle to assist with my severance dispute. I ended up going with her because of a very good referral from a close friend who used her for a non-compete matter he had as an EVP. Michelle was well-versed in all aspects of executive severance and got me everything I wanted. It took awhile, but that was not her fault--there were several delays on my employer's part. Despite this, Michelle kept them on track and kept me updated. Her fees were reasonable, which I really appreciated. Could not be happier.

After working for my employer almost 30 years, I found myself in a very difficult situation where I was being pushed out of my position as a senior executive due solely to my age. Michelle helped me negotiate a very fair buy-out that enabled me to move forward with my career and did so in a very professional manner. Even the other attorney thanked her for her professionalism. I have no doubt that without Michelle I would still be working there, suffering and demoted, or that I would have been fired with cause and left with nothing. I joked with Michelle that she was sometimes more of a therapist than attorney but more expensive--that is what I needed at the time, and I really did appreciate what she called "hand-holding."

This is probably the best experience i've had with a personal injury attorney. Jennifer is much different that any other that i've hired. She is responsive and communicates through out the entire process. I've had law firms who won't/don't return your phone calls. Or they just are really slow to respond to your emails & questions. That is not the case with Jennifer Kasher's firm. I was able to text or call when I had questions or concerns. It was such a good experience that I hired her for more than one case. I can't be more pleased and I will recommend her to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney.

I had the pleasure of working with David Pace in a highly contensted arbitration matter involving two sophisticated companies embroiled in a complex contractual dispute. I acted as co-counsel with David and others at his firm where we worked closely for over a year litigating against an opponent whose lawyers outnumbered our side by at least 3 to 1. David mastered the technical aspects of our client's business, the operations of our opponent's business, and he had extensive knowledge of the industry and the law surrounding the issues in dispute. He and I worked closely together to coordinate complicated discovery into technical aspects of the contractual relationship between the parties, to defend against claims brough against our client, and to prosecute the claims initiated by our client. David served as the thought leader to drive core case strategy during discovery and to set up the case for successful resolution. David was critical in assisting with the defeat of numerous motions for summary judgment filed by our opponent which ultimately played directly into the successful reolution of the dispute. Immediately after our oponent's summary judgment motions were denied, the parties engaged in a mediation where David played a key role in setting up the framework for a successful resolution of the dispute. While mediation was initially unsuccessful at resolving the dispute, through coordinated effort with David we were successful at keeping the pressure on our opponent heading into the arbitration at which point we were able to secure a successful resolution for our client.
My experience working with David was exceptional. David is an excellent lawyer, a good man, and a friend. I would highly recommend David.

David is highly intelligent. He is a brilliant legal tactician. He doesn't just know the law, he knows how to lead and persuade.
In my case, David's strategic approach toward the opposing counsel was highly nuanced in spite of appearing to be brawn and bluster. The case went to mediation. By the end of the day, the opposing counsel was completely flustered and embarrassed.
David has a chess master's approach to legal maneuvering and the law. He is a gifted critical thinker.

What an ordeal. Before my legal woe's were finished, I had employed seven different Attorney's and three CPA's. While I always employed competent counsel, the shear number of them gives me a good perspective from which to evaluate Mr. Will's professional abilities and performance. Besides Mr. Will's strong legal prowess, he was constantly available to me which proved invaluable (I've found uncommunicative/unavailable attorneys problematic). Mr. Will's courtroom experience was evident and effective. He possesses an innate understanding of people and wisely uses truth and humor to keep perspective in trying times. Most of all I would extol Mr. Wills talent as a word-smith. His clear, comprehensive papers on the issues proved time and again to be superior to all others. We were so glad an attorney referred us here. Explaining to him the trouble we were going through with our bank filing a lawsuit against us he had referred us to a helping and understanding Attorney Hershel Chapin. Due to him not having a will things where really complicated and his wife tried to take advantage of the situation. Patrick Kelly handled my case last year and did a good job. I had my case with another law firm in Dallas, but they never did anything and said they could not recover for me. Patrick took my case and he made a claim with the court. He made me comfortable giving my live testimony to the insurance lawyers. He got all my bills paid. And I got 3 times the amount of money in my pocket than the insurance company offered the first lawyers (even after paying my bills and attorneys fees). I would recommend him too.

Steve Smith runs circles around all of the personal injury attorneys that I have met and being in this industry I have come to know a lot of them! He presents well, he speaks well, he has extensive knowledge on personal injury claims, and he has shown exceptional work in the office as well as in the courtroom. Living in The DFW metroplex, we are at a higher risk of being involved in a motor vehicle accident due to the population and the percentage of our population that owns a vehicle. Never in my life have I met an attorney that has listened and fought so hard for his clients. He is truly and amazing attorney and if I was ever in an accident again he would be the first person I called because I know that he would fight for me. My divorce case was fairly simple. It was just about the money. Bill returned calls quickly, during breaks at court, or mediation. Email turnaround was quick also, depending on the complexity of the information and documents to be reviewed and modified thus removing the necessity to meet in person to go over documents time and time again. This was a bonus for me!
I enjoyed working with Bill so much, I've hired him again for my probate case!

We dealt with Bill on a fairly simple, yet unfrequent issue: seller refused to release 15k in earnest money after cancellation of contract. The issue? Paperwork reached seller at 5:06pm instead of the 5:00pm deadline.
I sent Bill copies of all docs, set up chronologically by me. He interpolated with advice and found all possible contract loopholes. Then recommended that I, the buyer, write the seller pointing out the faults of the contract, and that they would likely end up having to release the funds, plus fork-out all additional costs - likely a few thousand each. Worked like a charm. As Tony Soprano would say: baddabim-baddaboom. His final bill wasn't exorbitant either. Def-rec!

Guys ... please don’t do this alone! I started out doing the friendly, no-lawyer divorce. We poked around on the internet, read the law and I was about to give the farm away.
I’m a relatively smart guy and able to figure most things out, but this ... way out of my league. I had a very simple divorce, no minor children, no real assets - only a house, nothing really to "fight" for. I surrendered all the furniture and was trying to be fair.
Bill was great, laid out the facts, applied his experience (don’t underestimate the need to find someone with experience), looked at the whole picture, and talked me off the ledge. I was giving too much.
We ended up going through mediation, Bill was calm and drama free, which seemed to irritated my ex-wife’s lawyer - bonus. Bill was rational and thoughtful with the mediator.
Bill listened when he needed too, asked only the questions he needed, and gave me some great advice. I know consider this an investment that has paid off. I was looking at years of support and contact with my ex-wife. After mediation, that was it. No support, no contact, life is good now.
I highly recommend you at least talking to Bill, see where you stand. Then decide, but you’ll do like I did and move forward with him.
