Very thorough with the specifics and details of my case. I had the pleasure of working with David Pace in a highly contensted arbitration matter involving two sophisticated companies embroiled in a complex contractual dispute. I acted as co-counsel with David and others at his firm where we worked closely for over a year litigating against an opponent whose lawyers outnumbered our side by at least 3 to 1. David mastered the technical aspects of our client's business, the operations of our opponent's business, and he had extensive knowledge of the industry and the law surrounding the issues in dispute. He and I worked closely together to coordinate complicated discovery into technical aspects of the contractual relationship between the parties, to defend against claims brough against our client, and to prosecute the claims initiated by our client. David served as the thought leader to drive core case strategy during discovery and to set up the case for successful resolution. David was critical in assisting with the defeat of numerous motions for summary judgment filed by our opponent which ultimately played directly into the successful reolution of the dispute. Immediately after our oponent's summary judgment motions were denied, the parties engaged in a mediation where David played a key role in setting up the framework for a successful resolution of the dispute. While mediation was initially unsuccessful at resolving the dispute, through coordinated effort with David we were successful at keeping the pressure on our opponent heading into the arbitration at which point we were able to secure a successful resolution for our client.
My experience working with David was exceptional. David is an excellent lawyer, a good man, and a friend. I would highly recommend David.

What an ordeal. Before my legal woe's were finished, I had employed seven different Attorney's and three CPA's. While I always employed competent counsel, the shear number of them gives me a good perspective from which to evaluate Mr. Will's professional abilities and performance. Besides Mr. Will's strong legal prowess, he was constantly available to me which proved invaluable (I've found uncommunicative/unavailable attorneys problematic). Mr. Will's courtroom experience was evident and effective. He possesses an innate understanding of people and wisely uses truth and humor to keep perspective in trying times. Most of all I would extol Mr. Wills talent as a word-smith. His clear, comprehensive papers on the issues proved time and again to be superior to all others. Overall, Mr. Will had all the necessary skills to effectively win my cause. Mr. Will was a pleasure to work with during a most trying time and I would seek his counsel in the future. We were so glad an attorney referred us here. Explaining to him the trouble we were going through with our bank filing a lawsuit against us he had referred us to a helping and understanding Attorney Hershel Chapin. We were going through so many financial problems due to medical issues on the wife and that she lost a job. Our income had come down to only having me, the husband, being able to work and drive. Hershel and his Associate Attorney Hannah were able to explain how to go with Chapter 7 bankruptcy and what they can do to satisfy us. They were so trustworthy, gave so much help, and helped us stay positive while making it through. At the end we’ve been able to see how they have been able to help us keep looking forward to having an ability to start our financial future in an awesome way. Patrick Kelly handled my case last year and did a good job. I had my case with another law firm in Dallas, but they never did anything and said they could not recover for me. Patrick took my case and he made a claim with the court. He made me comfortable giving my live testimony to the insurance lawyers. He got all my bills paid. And I got 3 times the amount of money in my pocket than the insurance company offered the first lawyers (even after paying my bills and attorneys fees). I would recommend him too.

Steve Smith runs circles around all of the personal injury attorneys that I have met and being in this industry I have come to know a lot of them! He presents well, he speaks well, he has extensive knowledge on personal injury claims, and he has shown exceptional work in the office as well as in the courtroom. Living in The DFW metroplex, we are at a higher risk of being involved in a motor vehicle accident due to the population and the percentage of our population that owns a vehicle. My divorce case was fairly simple. It was just about the money. Bill returned calls quickly, during breaks at court, or mediation. Email turnaround was quick also, depending on the complexity of the information and documents to be reviewed and modified thus removing the necessity to meet in person to go over documents time and time again. This was a bonus for me!
I enjoyed working with Bill so much, I've hired him again for my probate case!

We dealt with Bill on a fairly simple, yet unfrequent issue: seller refused to release 15k in earnest money after cancellation of contract. The issue? Paperwork reached seller at 5:06pm instead of the 5:00pm deadline.
I sent Bill copies of all docs, set up chronologically by me. He interpolated with advice and found all possible contract loopholes. Then recommended that I, the buyer, write the seller pointing out the faults of the contract, and that they would likely end up having to release the funds, plus fork-out all additional costs - likely a few thousand each. Worked like a charm. As Tony Soprano would say: baddabim-baddaboom. His final bill wasn't exorbitant either. Def-rec!

Guys ... please don’t do this alone! I started out doing the friendly, no-lawyer divorce. We poked around on the internet, read the law and I was about to give the farm away.
I’m a relatively smart guy and able to figure most things out, but this ... way out of my league. I had a very simple divorce, no minor children, no real assets - only a house, nothing really to "fight" for. I surrendered all the furniture and was trying to be fair.
Bill was great, laid out the facts, applied his experience (don’t underestimate the need to find someone with experience), looked at the whole picture, and talked me off the ledge. I was giving too much.
We ended up going through mediation, Bill was calm and drama free, which seemed to irritated my ex-wife’s lawyer - bonus. Bill was rational and thoughtful with the mediator.
Bill listened when he needed too, asked only the questions he needed, and gave me some great advice. I know consider this an investment that has paid off. I was looking at years of support and contact with my ex-wife. After mediation, that was it. No support, no contact, life is good now.
I highly recommend you at least talking to Bill, see where you stand. Then decide, but you’ll do like I did and move forward with him.

If you’re like me, odds are you’ll hopefully never need an attorney (knock on wood). But if for whatever reason you do, meet with Mr. Urquidez. He’s honest, trustworthy, puts the client’s interests first, is accommodative to your schedule, and just overall easy to work with. He’s also a great listener who understands the legal issues at play when you may not know exactly how to articulate the things you need to clarify when speaking to an attorney. You won’t regret making him your first phone call if you need an attorney.

I retained Bill after he was highly recommended by another attorney who was conflicted out of representing me. Bill handled my multi-year case with great dexterity and thoughtfulness. I spoke with 10-12 attorneys about my case, and given the complexity and the level of resources that were required, it was not easy to identify suitable counsel. It is important to note that what separated Bill from numerous other attorneys was his business judgment and instincts. So many times my ego would have led me into making a flawed business decision, and Bill was constantly having to re-orient me to what was ultimately in my best interests. Usually, it wasn't until much later when I realized how "on point" Bill's analysis was. He is very diligent and focused, but again, his business judgment was the clear differentiator. Finally, being able to manage a myriad of issues and managing a number of nuances was not easy, but Bill remained well informed and well prepared to represent my best interests. I would not hesitate hiring Bill in the future, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to identify strong counsel to represent his/her best interest. Thank you, Bill!!!

Bill probably didn't realize what he was getting into when it came time to help me and my partner do the final negotiation, contracts and close of selling our video production business. Neither did we, frankly, but having Bill on our side made all the difference. He kept us from making mistakes and yet kept the deal on track when it seemed likely not to happen. I have used Micheal Richardson's firm to represent me as both a defendant and plaintiff'. Micheal and his firm, performed exceptionally well in both capacities. Michael came up to speed very quickly and I was impressed by his thorough understanding of my industry. He also presented me with several options for each case, giving me a projected timeline, likelihood of each potential outcome, projected legal fees and potential liabilities. Mr. Lynch's professionalism,experience,reputation, and most importantly, intergrity led to a great victory in my favor. My case was settled in mediation. The mediator at one point tried his best to take Mr. Lynch to the woodshed by insulting him in a not so flattering way in front of me, Mr. Lynch's client. Mr. Lynch very calmly and politely ask me to leave the room so that he and the mediator could discuss the matter in private. I did and when we reconvened the mediator tried very hard the rest of the day to become Mr. Lynch's best friend. Mr. Lynch's calm cool collective demeanor in my opinion is what makes Mr. Lynch a great litigator. In other words, you don't see him coming until it's to late. He is very good at what he does. He always kept me informed and up to date on all changes that were taking place during my divorce. He also kept me calm and help me deal with the anxiety, stess, etc... you go through when your in this type of situation and I thank him for keeping me sane.
