Working with Mr. Hughes was a great experience. He was extremely professional and thorough, was readily available, and really took charge of the case as though -- as one reviewer has mentioned -- it was his only case. I contacted him because, months after we moved out in good standing, our landlord had not responded to numerous requests to return our $3,600 security deposit. I was a little leery, because this out-of-state landlord can be arrogant. In addition, we had accidentally damaged some flooring and acknowledged we expected to forfeit some of the deposit. Our landlord was served Monday, April 30 and began negotiating with Mr. Hughes that same day. On May 1, we had a settlement, and on May 3, the agreed-upon amount was wired into our account (more than we expected to recover). After fees and costs, the landlord ended up spending more than the $3,600 he withheld, which we hope will improve his dealings with tenants in the future. Well done, Mr. Hughes!

Mason agreed to take on my Divorce case very late in the process; 2 weeks until my mediation and I was in need of a new attorney. He came highly recommended to me and one call to his very knowledgeable and polite assistant got me the yes I needed. After an initial introductory zoom call and quick review of my situation I knew I had hired the right attorney. He was able to assess my needs and review with me multiple options. If I had questions relating to proposals he was available by email and zoom whenever needed. Mediation went far better than I expected given his great advice and my confidence in our ability to work things through. I highly recommend his services.

I was given Mr Trinkler's number by the office of Cheryl Bucker when I called about a possible guardianship matter for an elderly relative I care for.
Mr Trinkler was so helpful, kind and understanding. He listened patiently and was supportive and gave me wonderful and helpful advice. There was no charge for this initial contact, but he fully informed me what charge there would be if I wanted to proceed with a certain matter. We contacted his office by referral from another office. He provided us with a free 20 minute phone conversation about the potentials of our situation, after he reviewed documents I sent him via email, on pdf format. He explained why we did not have a good case to pursue, and was very compassionate about how we might feel about the fact that it wasn't something we could do well to pursue. He also laid out the options of what the potentials might be if we did want to pursue it. We felt very peaceful after speaking to him, even though we decided not to pursue it. It was a pleasure to speak with Attorney Trinkler and we appreciate the advice.

When other lawyers were unable to decipher the legal complexities in the matter that I sought representation for Mark and his team invested countless hours to come up with the appropriate answers needed in order to represent my side and ultimately prevail in a supremely complex matter that absorbed hundreds of man hours researching a legal question that had very little explanation nor understanding.

Builder contracts tend to be written to favor them not you, and you do not want to overlook things that might become future surprises.

Samuel Stephen Fields is an outstanding attorney operating within the Broward County Court system. He handled the cases without any difficulties. However, it is with great sadness to learn while at hearing today that Mr. Fields 's sister just passed away. I own, a Mechanic shop! Customer Dropped of the car, to get service, they knew Exactly the amount that was going to be Charged, we both Agreed. Car was done, they did not have Money, to pay.
