I called Christopher Wintter for a consultation. Mr. Wintter was not the first attorney I had spoken to. I had spoken to several others. After he reviewed my mothers will and trust, he actually gave me unexpected advice, and relieved the terrible pressure I had thinking that litigation was imminent. All other lawyers l had spoken to were pushing me to litigate. Christopher Wintter spent over an hour on the phone patiently explaining to me that things weren't as bad as I was thinking. He translated and clearly explained the legal language of the will and trust. All of this was done prior to me retaining him for anything. I felt incredibly grateful and I'm writing this letter to show my gratitude of having the luck to run into this honest attorney If you're looking for someone that's not going to take advantage of their advantage, and actually seems to have compassion and integrity, I highly recommend this gentleman. I highly recommend Christopher Wintter and his law firm. I was referred to Mr. Wintter by word of mouth as he is well regarded in Probate and Estate Litigation. I had a rather difficult estate issue and on my first contact with Mr. Wintter he gave me excellent legal advice while putting me at ease and giving me hope during a difficult time.
He made his fees clear to me and approached our consultation with a very practical perspective that made
it easier for me to understand the circumstances.
After retaining Mr. Wintter and his firm I found that he and his associates were very professional and knowledgeable in the practice of Estate Law. Being specialists in this area of law turned out to be a great advantage to me and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my case. I was in a brutal accident in Fort Lauderdale, and I was really afraid of medical bills and not being able to work for many days. Adam was referred to me as a bicycle accident attorney from a friend of mine. I wasn't aware that someone specializes in that first of all. Carlton was hired for submitting a motion to leave the US that was booked before my arrest. He was also hired for handling everything pre-trial up until my first court date. In a time crunch to submit a motion to leave the US he was able to get the entire case dropped prior to my trip (all done within two weeks total). He is a superb attorney very understanding and can work with you on many situations. Great communication skills and very enthusiastic.

I was referred to Mr. Leigh originally by my real estate agent to handle problems with the builder of a custom >$1M home in Fort Lauderdale that had gone over two years under construction and there was concern the builder would go bankrupt. He met with the builder's attorney and the project took on a number 1 priority and was quickly completed. On another occasion, I retained his services for a pre-construction condominium >$1M purchase in Adventura that again had gone over two years requiring contracts be resigned. The real estate crash had occured during this time and the new value of the unit was 50% of the original price. I had intended to walk away from our 20% purchase but Mr. Leigh sued the builder and in arbitration was able to get my deposit back along with two other couples that saw our case and retained his services. Currently I am in the final stages of a suit with the builder of a new construction condo I purchased in Fort Lauderdale which had a major construction flaw. We had to sue both the builder and contractor that had supplied the faulty construction. What we anticipated would be a quick resolution, took three years to resolve and there is still one outstanding minor issue but the constrution issue has been corrected. During this three years, Mr. Leigh was always on top of every issue and kept the other two attorneys on notice that they were not going to wear us down which was their obvious game plan. What I appreciate most about Mr. Leigh is his total honesty. He always keeps me informed, up to date and copies me on all back and forth correspondance. I am aware of friends that have used him sucessfully with similar (preconstruction condominium issues for one) issues with positive results.

I hired Attorney Harrison for a personal injury case. Throughout the entire process, Attorney Harrison kept me informed and eased the anxiety that often came with the financial, physical, and emotional burden of a car accident. She was always available for questions, and I never felt she was too "busy" explain a process or advise me on the next steps. The settlement took about a year (with COVID-19 being a prominent reason), but there was never a time I felt my case was not given priority. Even after the case settled, Attorney Harrison extended her help for future services, and I would 100% recommend her for my friends and family.

Ken got back to me the day after I contacted him, using both email and phone. I felt that he was extremely well-versed in his specialty, and within a few minutes had identified some areas of vulnerability with respect to my successor trusteeship and made me feel confident enough to engage his firm, which I will do upon reviewing his agreement. He has been in the business since 1969, so he "knows the rules." I will review Ken again after we have had some experience together warding off a litigious beneficiary.

Twenty years ago I had a terrible accident. I had a subderal hematoma and lost the ability to use the entire right side of my body. I worked a case with Nick recently. I found him to be very knowledgable, thorough and detail-oriented.
I do not often give accolades to opposing counsel but he was polite, timely and everything that an attorney should be. Over the years, I have dealt with very unprofessional opposing counsel and very professional opposing counsel. Nick does it right, and he does it well.
He did an excellent job representing his client and skillfully resolved the issue at hand quickly and with a minimum of expense to both parties. I can't hire him due to a conflict of interest, but you can.
