It has truly been a pleasure working with Mr. Forrest K. Clinard for the past 6 years. I found his information on "Avvo" in 2015. My Lawyer, Jennifer Herzog helped us through legal proceedings with a child custody/visitation agreement. Thomas is always very prompt and thorough. Which was extremely important to me because my previous attorney did not meet expectations. I had a great experience with Mr. Sinowski. I previously had a different lawyer who was doing nothing to help me so I found C&S. They promptly sent me paperwork to sign to begin working on my case. They made sure to communicate with me regularly to update me. Whenever I had questions they would take the time to explain it in terms I understood. Tommy was very accommodating when he had papers for me to sign. I was unable to make it to his office so he would fax things to me. He was always very polite and professional. Michael Geoffroy and his staff worked quickly to get me a great settlement from my car accident. Even though my medical bills were not very high, the firm made me feel my case was important. In addition to a great settlement, they helped me by dealing with all the insurance companies and healthcare billing companies, so I didn't have to. I would recommend them to anyone in a car wreck.

He gathered all of the necessary paperwork and information necessary and always kept me informed as to what was going on with my case. The Georgia DOT was about to condemn my property to widen a road. I hired Josh and he took the time to walk me through the condemnation process. He then reviewed the road plans with me and explained exactly what the DOT was taking. Josh answered every one of my questions and I felt a great sense of relief when I left his office after my initial consultation. He really put my mind at ease. Once negotiations started with DOT, Josh had already compiled all of the local sales comps and the DOT’s lawyer knew that Josh was willing to go to court if necsssary to get me the most money for the property that was being condemned. Robyn is a great lawyer and super personal. I had to acquire her service to help fight for custody of my only son. For a long 18 months, she communicated and explained every question or concern I had throughout the process. she was very professional and transparent throughout every step by sharing email exchanges of the negotiation for custody of my two-year-old son. In the end, she did the impossible by settling my case with 50/50 physical custody because we live in the south and family court is one-sided.
Listen, lawyers are expensive, but it was worth it in the long run because now I no longer have to pay child support, and claim child tax credit every other year. Now, this doesn’t mean it will work for everyone, but she will advise you on the do’s and don’t, to help build your case. There's hope for good fathers that want to be a part of their kid's life and Robyn will be a solid asset to your fight.

Mr. Pettersson just helped me with a divorce case. I called a lot of attorneys before I contacted Mr. Pettersson. I was really happy I hired him and please with the outcome of the case. He was very clear about what he could do for me, what results to expect and what he needed from me. He was personable and compassionate about my concerns and always contacted me back with responses to my questions. His paralegal, Michelle, was fantastic! Mr. Pettersson was persistent and firm without being obnoxious and he was very thorough in covering each part of my case. There was nothing cheap about hiring an attorney, however, I feel that he did everything he could to keep the expenses reasonable on my side of the case. The other side paid three times as much (and some of my fees too :). I had the confidence knowing Mr. Pettersson, as my attorney, did everything he could to help me in an efficient and ethical manner. Just over 2 years ago I contacted Danny about representing my 15 year old son in Superior Court for 3 felony counts (aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodemy, and child molestation of his younger sister). You cannot imagine the pain and confusion our family was suffering at the time. We did not know where to turn or what to do next. Danny’s advice in the initial free consultation was sound, experienced, and straight to the point. His fee was more than what we had, but we worked hard to come up with the money because we knew he was who we wanted to represent our son. After we retained his services he introduced us to Melissa. Melissa was sympathetic to our situation and was clearly as well experienced as Danny was. Together, her and Danny developed a clear strategy that we should follow and consulted us on what we should do step by step. The knowledge those two attorneys exhibited to us as a team assured us consistently time and time again that we had made the right choice by hiring them. They worked tirelessly to get the case transferred back to juvenile court and stuck with us throughout the entire process keeping us well informed, answering all of our questions, and even once contacting me from home while caring for her sick child to answer some unimportant questions pertaining to the status of my son’s case (which took 2 years to get resolved). All the work they did for us was a flat charge and never once did they ever ask for another penny. In the end, our son was transferred to juvenile court where he got a fair sentence instead of the 75+ years he was facing in superior court. A+ attorneys that you will not regret hiring. Although no attorney can promise exceptional results, I can say without any resolve that that these two attorneys will work hard to get you the results you desire within reason and remain honest throughout the process about what you can expect from them without blurring the truth just to take your money. I was charged with a DUI. Mr. Thompson clearly walked me through the process, and made recommendations for my actions.
His handling of the case resulted in the charges being lowered and no jail time. Certainly, every case is different, and he never made any guarantees to me. I was hit from behind on my way to work on January 22, 2014. My 2 year old car was totalled. I incurred neck pain and a pre-existing back condition was aggravated by the impact which eventually resulted in my having back surgery.
