I worked with Ms. Antonino recently in a commission dispute with a former employer. Her diligence, direct approach, and candid communication with both me and opposing counsel led to the result I could've hoped for - full payment of tens of thousands of dollars in commissions owed to me. Anthony was referred by my co worker, after I had a car wreck. I was rear ended in a multiple car involved accident. I had occasion to need advice from Mr. Cannon on a rather complex property title matter. While I was very angry about this situation and wanted to pursue it diligently, Mr. Cannon suggested I turn take some time to let my anger subside, see the problem clearly, and make an unemotional decision. My wife and I hired John Makowski to represent us in a dispute with my well known insurance company. Last summer, our boat caught fire and sank and my son received second degree burns during the accident. Our insurance company repeatedly denied medical coverage and decimated the value of our boat despite the coverage limits that we had in place. John took our case and dealt with our carrier in a firm but professional manner. He pointed out details in our policy that our claims adjuster had missed and assured our adjuster that we would file suit if necessary to get a fair settlement on the value of the boat. Our insurance company quickly rethought their position, paid the medical bills and offered a fair settlement on the value of the boat. Its a shame that insurance companies treat customers this way but fortunately there are lawyers like John Makowski to hold them accountable.

John got slanderous and in accurate reports made to the Better Business Bureau about my company removed and kept the same A+ rating in place. If he would not have persude this to the full extent of the law I am certain my company would have suffered loss of revenue for many years. It is very easy for someone to spread false information, but hard for the truth to get in the correct hands. John was able to get this handled.

Joseph Weeks and his firm have shown a high level of professionalism in dealing with my case. When I call his firm I talk directly with a live person, and not an automated attendant asking me to press numbers to speak to someone. I have on several occasions stopped by his office just to drop off requested documents and he has taken time to talk to me and let me know what the latest is with my case. Everyone at his office that I have worked with or spoken to has always been friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have.
From the onset of my case, Joseph has been upfront about what to expect and what actions the other party can take. He has guided me through the litigation process and kept me informed of what is going on. Joseph is confident and knowledgeable in preparing documents and dealing with the other party. I will receive a copy of motions, responses and other documents within a few days of receiving them or filing them with the court. I was appointed by the Superior Court of Fulton Couty to act as a Special Master in a highly complex legal malpractice case in which Mr. Schklar represented a number of well-known VC firms. My business was in a dispute with a competitor. I contacted Marc's firm about the matter and was very impressed not only with his knowledge but also his patience when answering the large number of questions I had. My case was certainly not his largest but he took the time to understand my situation and I never felt rushed. Mrs. Hise is an exceptional attorney. She laid out all of the evidence for our case and she did a fantastic job recalling every detail. Mr. Cooper is smart and trustworthy. I have used him several times for different matters. He is very thorough and very competent. There were times when I did not like what he had to say, and one time I thought he was being too cautious about a contract and I wanted to hurry and close the deal. I disregarded his recommendation, but I learned the hard way that I should have listened.
He has represented me a number of times and has represented friends I referred to him for things from business problems, divorce, custody, accidents, wrongful death etc. and always got excellent results. I highly recommend him.

Attorney Luther knows the law and quotes the case laws like the back of her hand. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and thorough. I was facing the option of having to appeal a ruling or petitioning for the judge to vacate their ruling and grant a new case. In my case, the judge imediately vacated their ruling and granted a new case. Attorney Luther did more than I thought was possible. She was realistic with me about my options and the potential outcomes and I felt confident having her on my team. She was effective in arguing my case after only having a short amount of time to prepare. She located and subpoenad information that my previous attorney did not obtain and appears to be very respected by the courts. She has over 2 decades of experience and I pity the attorney that opposes her if they don't have their work done. I would hire her again and again and again should the need ever arise but hopefully the need doesn't arise.

You have expectations of her as a lawyer, and she has expectations of you as a client. If you are wanting her to work on your behalf, you need to be able to provide whatever she asks her within the deadline she has given to you
I hired Attorney Luther to handle my child custody/legitimization case. I was sued by my NCP. Both the NCP and I were originally filed as Pro Se until the NCP retained counsel. I didn't think much about retaining counsel due to financial reasons and my supporting documents to substantiate my case. But upon NCP obtaining counsel, the filing changed. My case went from the NCP trying to establish visitation to him wanting to take full custody of our child. I had to retain her at the last minute, and it was one best decisions I made in regards to this legal matter. She IMMEDIATELY went to work on my case! She filed motions within the 2 hours of being retained. With that being said, her 25 years of experience and good reputation with Judges was a determining factor in the judge allowing for a Continuance while I prepare with my attorney; the judge definitely made that known.
Attorney Luther is very upfront and direct and detailed. She works very hard for you but she also expects the same from her client. As a client, help her to help you! Communicate thoroughly your needs, wants and expectations and she will be very honest with you and work hard to achieve the requests of her clients.
She came to court prepared and ready! Every time opposing counsel tried to submit evidence that was not reviewed, lead a witness or imply negligent wrongdoing without supporting documentation and proof - Attorney Luther was on point to stop the opposing counsel dead in their tracks! I was very proud of her performance in Court and the overall outcome of the case. Her opening and closing arguments were phenomenal. The way she thoroughly questioned the witnesses and opposing parties were impressive.
My advice: Be prepared! You have expectations of her as a lawyer, and she has expectations of you as a client. If you are wanting her to work on your behalf, you need to be able to provide whatever she asks her within the deadline she has given to you. I had retained her at truly the last minute possible and therefore I had to beat feet and get her everything within a very tight deadline. But because I am thorough and detailed myself, I brought most of that information with me when I retained her. But I still had more to do. She explained that her deadlines are to allow her and her staff time to comply with her deadlines to file motions and submit requests and such with the court.
There is nothing negative that I can say about Attorney Luther or her staff. I would recommend her to anyone! I know that if I never hired her, that my case would not have come out the way that it did.

I had the pleasure of using Mr. Williams as my attorney to settle a legal matter in which we brought suit against a customer that did not pay for some costruction services provided. Bob was eager to listen to the details and help me understand the law. Bob went the extra mile and made every effort to satisfy our needs. We were granted a court order for our client to pay his debt within 45 days of trial or else suffer the consequences of beng in contempt of the court. I was thrilled. I have been in business for 30 years and use lawyers all over the United States; even though we are in Florida we use Mr. Williams for most of our work, although his office is in Georgia. Why would we use an out of state lawyer; he is dependable. I have been a client of Mr. Williams for years and he has never disappointed me with his quality of work or his ability to communicate. He has never over charged or taken advantage in any way as it pertains to billing. He is a lawyer who knows how to complete a transaction and not disrupt a transaction.

I hired the Melville Johnson P.C. law firm in January 2015 to represent my Merit Systems Protection Board case against Department of the Army. Mr. George Johnson assigned Mr. Yancey to work on my case. Mr. Yancey is hands down the best of the best. All our correspondence was over the phone and through e-mail. The communication and transparency was top notch. My questions were always answered thoroughly, the billing was crystal clear, and I understood every aspect of my case.
During certain moments of the case I would get worried and stress out. I would call up Mr. Yancey, he would make me feel better, and lay out the strategy. Attorney Jeffrey Diamond is a sensitive, compassionate, and above all, very competent lawyer. I cannot say enough good things about him. We were referred to him by another attorney who thought our case was interesting, and he knew Atty. Diamond would be the one who could help us.
We were so lucky that Mr. Diamond, who is semi-retired, was willing to tackle what I thought, was an impossible case to win. We had never hired a lawyer for this type of case and we were totally lost as to what we should do, where we should go.

I contacted Mr. Diamond for legal advice with assistance for a Homeowners Insurance Claim and he gave so much attention to reviewing documents and correspondence. He gave me his professional opinion and advice and had my best interest at heart which was so greatly appreciated. A while back, I gave my credit card number to a charlatan for a supposed business opportunity. I immediately realized my error, but this man would not cancel the transaction. He had worked this system for quite some time and knew the tricks to abuse the consumer. So, even the credit card company could not help me to recover my funds. Mr. Jenkins handled a floodway issue that came up when my building burnt in 2016. I went to the county to get a building permit to start rebuilding and I was told that I was in the floodway. After working with the county for a year I could not get the county to listen to anything I said about a mistake FEMA made back in 1984.
