We just finished the Jury Trial yesterday 02/08/2024. We won a $20.71M judgement. The jury found in favor of us the plaintiffs in EVERY count of allegations plus we got 100% of what we ask for in punitive damages.
It was a fraud case our company got defrauded. Mr. Brown took over the case on fifth month after the first complaint was filed. The first thing he did was write up an new complaint which made everything SUPER CLEAR. This is the MOST important thing you want to keep up in a lawsuit - KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAR & COMPREHENSIVE or NEVER CAUSE ANY CONFUSIONS for the Judge or the Jurors.
Mr. Brown was crushing the defendant’s attorneys. He kept our allegations/story CLEAR & SIMPLE. Why this happened, how did it happened, who was involved and ALL evidence to support your claims. That’s really all you need to win a trial.
You will never understand how important it is to keep things CLEAR before you actually attend a jury trial. Because at the trial, the defendant will do everything they could to cause confusions to the jurors, these “confusions” could potentially turn into your disadvantages which also could create challenges to the authenticity of your story factual background.
Mr. Brown has done an incredible and amazing job keeping our lawsuit CLEAR. I want to say even a young kid could understand what happen listening to his opening statement and closing arguments. And the truth is the jurors didn’t even bother spending the time going back and forth, because everything is so clear they understand what happened, they have all the evidence they want to see lined up clear and logical to support the facts.
If it wasn’t Mr. Brown, we would have a lot more challenges in our case. The other side is a fraudster, and fraudster often “lie” try to cause confusions to the jurors. Mr. Brown proved CLEARLY that the other side is a liar and 100% NOT credible. He proved it by pinning the defendant to his lie and use
evidence to prove he lied.
If any of you are victims of fraud, in harm of any breach of contract, or suffered damages from any business or personal wrongful conduct. You want to consult and hire Mr. Brown as your attorney.
It was a large case for our company and we browsed at minimum 30+ firms before hiring Mr. Brown. The result of this trial proved we made the right choice. He’s so logical and he doesn’t waste a second on “arguing”. He knows the game he knows what is the RIGHT approach to win. Because every lawsuit is different. You need Mr. Brown who is able to identify the merit of the case, and understand the insights.
Again, the worst thing you want to do or the stupidest thing you could do is to cause confusions at the court. The other side will always want to bring up nonsense arguments. You don’t need to jump into their “trap” arguing back and forth. Because the more you argue about nonsense, the weaker you are at trial even you have a strong case. All you need to do is have Mr. Brown prove to the jury this is nonsense and everyone inside the court room will understand what kind of game the other side is trying to play.

As a budding entrepreneur I've had the fortunate problem that young growing companies face where there are too many responsibilities for a small staff to do leading to not having all the necessary policies in place to safely protect our company against unethical players. An action taken towards our company forced me to quickly need a lawyer to help represent us in a legal matter.
Josh was recommended to me by my best friend who has worked with him before and was very satisfied.
I had reached out to Josh a year ago regarding a review of a 1099 contract (which in the end fell through and so I did not contract him then). I got a very good feeling then as his responses were clear, quick, informative, personable and very helpful.
When I reached out to him this second time there was a lot I needed to learn and decide in a very short time-frame. Due to our goodwill approach to doing business we had a lot more legal exposure in this matter than I ever would have considered possible for a small company wishing to do well by others. On the first call Josh was helpful in putting all the facts forward and explaining the various scenarios that could possibly play out and recommended a plan to follow to help resolve this as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Throughout 3 weeks of calls, emails, fact searching and finally a negotiation he was able to guide us through a very complex landscape of tricky regulatory legislature to reach a resolution that was much less expensive emotionally, time-wise and financially than anticipated (by a significant amount). This situation could have ended up costing our company a sum that could easily put a small team like ours out of business.
As I expressed to Josh, I can now look back and feel gratitude that this unpleasant situation happened as it has allowed us to learn and put in place the necessary policies to make our company compliant with local and federal law to ensure similar problems don't occur to us in the future.

Aside from Shannon being the most kind, patient and understanding person, I also had an incredibly pressing timeline to meet a legal deadline. (LESS THAN 24 HOURS!) I was hit with a nuisance lawsuit by a serial litigant. I consulted with several attorneys who suggested that I should settle to make the litigant go away. I spoke to Shannon Claire regarding a rental dispute between my apartment complex and a roommate I share a lease with. Claire's advice was clear, concise and extremely helpful. I would have absolutely hired her for my issue but her advice was so good it made my property management company drop the complaints entirely. Rude and unprofessional — the other reviews also look fake/paid for, be wary. I wanted to do a consult but they insisted that with what I need it requires a 1 hour consult which would be $500 instead of $350 for 30 minutes lol. I only needed 30 minutes. Then Mr Gerber proceeded to tell me that “yeah, you can’t afford my services”. I actually can, just not looking to throw my money away to a lawyer who will do minimal work and charge up a storm. For what? So I feel taken advantage of by a lawyer? A tale as old as time. I’ve heard these stories plenty to know what to look out for. Already found better consult elsewhere who won’t waste my time and money. Thanks! ☺️

Adam Miller is UNMATCHED!!! Stop your search and look no further! Adam came highly recommended through a friend of a friend and oh my lord thank god he did. Long story short- I got conned by the highest level con artist who has been doing everything under the sun to seize control of my company from filing fraudulent documents, removing me as owner, causing a freeze on my bank account, contacting my associates and spreading lies, and more!
