My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. The family was placing tremendous pressure on her to do just that. She approached me and requested that I find her an attorney that would limit the law suit solely to the amount her best friend’s insurance would pay and would not go after all of her best friend’s assets. After some extensive research I referred her to Roy Comer. Roy did just that and as a result my mother has received the maximum award under her friends insurance and her best friend, who was done driving anyway, was not hurt in the process. Because of Roy, her friendship, that she cherishes so much, has survived the law suit and continued to flourish and she is in a much better financial position which has taken pressure off of my whole family. Brad assisted me in helping settle part of my late father's estate. I was having problems dealing with one of my father's banks, who were extremely unhelpful and basically just giving me bad information (causing me a great deal of stress in the process). He got back to me the same day I called. I explained the issues with the bank, and he took me through all my options, explained what the pros/cons were of each, and helped reduce my confusion and let me know that I could get this settled relatively easily. I really felt supported and appreciate everything. Also, his legal secretary, Hazel, was absolutely amazing, keeping me informed about everything.

I went online looking for a attorney to represent me in a Chase credit card debt lawsuit being handled by the Moore Law Group.
I called John, and he actually answers his own phone. That was a time saver and I did not have to wait for a call back.
We had a brief discussion about my situation and he gave me sound advice. I was leaning toward hiring him, but unfortunately I am in northern California and his recommendation was to find a local attorney.

We really appreciated Andrew’s advice. We had disagreement with our landlord and could hardly handle the matter on our own. Andrew gave us valuable advice about protecting our rights and resolve the issues. He is very knowledgeable and caring our benefit.
Andrew is willing to help and refer to other lawyers if he cannot accept the case. Mother of our friend, who lives in Bay area, got insured when she was on bus. They received extremely expensive medical bills. Our friend and his mother are not native English speaker. We recommend them to ask Andrew. My experience with Greer & Rineer Law was a life-changing one that will never be forgotten. In my situation I was dealing with a landlord who owed me back rent due to the fact that my apartment had been an illegal unit. The city made him close down the place and pay me to relocate but it also became apparent that I was owed back rent. When the landlord found out that I was going to pursue getting back some of my rent he began threatening me with all kinds of things that people with lots of money tend to do. He told me that he would sue me with lawyers that were way more expensive than what I could afford and used all kinds of supposed terminology and fake paperwork that he sent to me showing that I would actually owe him more money if I sought reimbursement. This was a very stressful time for me but, when I was referred to Allegra's Law Firm it was then that everything immediately started to de-escalate and I in turn began to de-stress. The best thing I can say about Allegra's Law Firm is that she and her partner never let anything go over my head. A lot of times if you're the layman and you don't understand legal terms and legal jargon it can be very confusing. I find things cmabout the law confusing when I'm just watching on television! Very few attorneys listen and understand. Mr. Gonter is one of them. He will listen to you as a person, then make a knowledgeable decision on how to proceed in your best interests, explaining the process along the way. Mr. Gonter did an excellent job representing our corporation and was understanding of our concerns.
Most importantly, he's well respected by fellow attorneys and judges. His stellar reputation and intelligent approach leads to favorable results.
I used to be impressed by descriptions like "aggressive" and theatrical attorneys whose shot gun style ends up more noise than result. Sara is a true professional and joy to work with. I called her about a commercial tenant/landlord dispute that I was pursuing legal action for. I needed advice on how to draft a demand letter stemming from substantial damages to my office. I hired Ms.Gulick for her trademark expertise. The experience was excellent. She explained to me how the trademark process works. She then sent me an email stating what she needed from me to process the application. After she reviewed my paperwork and she saw everything was up to par she collected my payment, and the application was sent. She also handles all communication from there on out with the USPTO!
