He spent many hours to investigate and write a motion.
Granted. Now I don't have to hire another atty to file Motion to vacate my previous conviction at my cost.
Judge also granted even subpoena fees as well. Russell Cole did excellent job .

I want to recognize the excellent experience we had with Megan Moghtaderi and her team. We had a situation where we needed a loan to the family trust in order to avoid triggering higher property taxes under Proposition 19, and we needed assistance with finalizing the distribution of the trust assets. We had been working with a previous attorney who was unable to complete the job, and time was of the essence.
Megan and her team obtained and reviewed the files from the previous attorney, worked with the loan company on a rush basis to calculate the distribution schedule and loan amount, facilitated the property transfer, filed the documentation with the assessor, and provided the documentation needed for taxes and beneficiary distribution.
Megan was clearly experienced and professional in handling this type of work, and was very patient and responsive to numerous emails and phone calls throughout the process. She was instrumental in finalizing the trust situation for us.
I will not hesitate to work with Megan in the future and highly recommend her for any trust needs.

My name is Omar ,
On October, 2016 I got a DUI , I was very worried and scared because I’ve never had any prior history on my record. I had no idea where to start. The day after I got my DUI I called so many attorneys and Among them, Natalia Matusik was the only person I truly felt very comfortable with to handle my case.
A few days later she took my case and I Can’t be more happy and thankful of the outcome and all her valuable help. She represented me in a courteous and professional way.
She was very informative,cooperative and reachable via phone, text, e-mail and even person to person at all time. She met with me to study my case and to inform me of all my rights and responsibilities. Then she examined all possible outcomes and informed me of ways to fight my case in court.
A few months later she managed to reached an agreement with the District attorney and the judge to downgrade my criminal charges to what might have been a DUI into a Dry Reckless charge.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with this or any case, she took the stress out of dealing with this unfortunate event in my life and I look forward to getting her help once again in order to finish my probation early.

My family and I lost a loved one at the hands of a nursing home while she was recovering from an illness. We realize falls happen as people begin to age but this incident happened to have a witness. When we found out what happened we were devastated and decided to take action. We did not want this to happen to another family. We consulted Lanzone Morgan and Reza Sobati was assigned to our case. He “dug in” right away to contact witnesses and take depositions. We were impressed with his dedication, knowledge, and commitment. He was always available to answer our questions and made me aware of any updates in the case. There were a few meetings when the other side offered a pittance for this tragedy but Reza did not play their game. Early on I asked what he thought this case was worth and he gave me a range. In the end Reza got us the very top of the range he had quoted years before. This was not an easy task to deal with. Reza took it out of our hands so that we could mourn the loss of our beloved. Jee helped us recover a large sum of money that was taken during the break up of a trust. Another trustee took the money even though they knew the money was ours. They created a lot of trouble for us and we decided it was not worth it to continue with our case. Jee convinced us that it was our money and she would not let us quit. She was able to put pressure on the other party and they returned the money to us. Without her confidence in our case, we would not have succeeded in recovering our money.
